Definitions
- This invention consists of a female member and a male member, and in a state in which one of the two members is fixed to the attachment target, by combining both members using a hole formed in the attachment target, It is related with the fixture which attaches to the said to-be-attached object.
- a female member having a cylindrical portion that can be inserted into a mounting hole formed in the mounting member and the mounted member, and a flange portion that cannot be inserted into the mounting hole, and a male member, and the cylindrical portion of the female member as a mounting hole
- a fastener that pushes the male member from the inserted state to cause the leg portion of the male member to bend outward and clamp the attachment member and the attached member between the leg portion and the flange portion.
- the main problem to be solved by the present invention is that a fixture composed of a female member and a male member is first formed on the mounting target from a state where one of the two members is fixed to the mounting target.
- the fixture is made up of a female member having a receiving portion and a male member having a plug portion, and a hole formed in a mounting target is used. Then, by inserting and inserting the insertion portion into the receiving portion, the attachment target is sandwiched between the base portion of the female member and the base portion of the male member, Either one of the base part of the female member and the base part of the male member is provided with a fixing part for an attachment target, and the other of them is provided with a twisting operation part,
- the insertion portion includes an engagement portion and a guide portion, and can be inserted into the receiving portion while elastically deforming the engagement portion.
- the receiving portion includes an engaged portion that allows the engagement portion to be elastically returned at an insertion end position of the insertion portion and is engaged with the engagement portion, and a guided portion with respect to the guide portion. And
- the engagement state can be released by a twisting operation using the twisting operation portion on the side provided with the twisting operation portion of the female member and the male member, In connection with this twisting operation, the insertion portion is pushed out from the receiving portion by the guide portion and the guided portion.
- the attachment target in a state where the female member and the male member are integrated by the engagement, the attachment target is sandwiched between the base of the female member and the base of the male member, Can be firmly assembled.
- the engagement between the female member and the male member can be easily released by the twisting operation using the twisting operation unit, and this It is possible to easily perform the separation work of both members for extracting the insertion portion from the receiving portion by pushing out the insertion portion accompanying the twisting operation.
- the insertion of the insertion part into the receiving part is allowed only in the direction in which the guided part is placed in the guide part, and With the insertion, the male member may be rotated or relatively rotated in a direction in which the engaging portion is engaged with the engaged portion by the guide portion and the guided portion. This is one of the preferred embodiments.
- the guide portion has a groove shape formed on the outside of the insertion portion, and the guided portion has a protrusion shape formed on the inside of the receiving portion.
- the guide portion includes an outward path for guiding the guided portion when the insertion portion is inserted into the receiving portion, and a return path for guiding the guided portion when the insertion portion is pushed out from the receiving portion. It is a preferred embodiment that all or part of the groove wall to be formed is formed so as to cross obliquely with respect to the insertion direction of the insertion portion.
- the guide portion includes an outward path for guiding the guided portion when the insertion portion is inserted into the receiving portion, and a return path for guiding the guided portion when the insertion portion is pushed out from the receiving portion.
- One preferred embodiment is to form the groove width so as to gradually narrow toward the point of communication with the return path.
- the guided part Due to the construction of the guide part in the outward path, the guided part can be more easily introduced into the guide part than in the outward path when the insertion part is inserted into the receiving part.
- the guide member and the guided portion rotate or relatively rotate the male member in the direction in which the engaging portion is engaged with the engaged portion as the insertion portion is inserted into the receiving portion. It is possible to move.
- the male member due to the configuration of the return path of the guide portion, the male member can be moved or relatively moved in the direction in which the insertion portion is removed from the receiving portion during the twisting operation.
- At least one of the left and right side portions along the insertion direction of the insertion portion in the engagement portion is configured by an inclined surface that gradually reduces the left-right dimension of the engagement portion toward the top of the engagement portion. Then, when the twisting operation is performed, the engaging portion can be smoothly elastically deformed in such a direction as to release the engagement of the two members by using the inclined surface.
- the fixture according to this invention from the state in which one of the female member and the male member is fixed to the attachment target, by combining both members using the hole formed in the attachment target, Can be easily and appropriately attached even when a special space cannot be secured inward of the attachment target. Moreover, the separation operation of both the members when it is necessary to cancel the attachment can be easily performed.
