Definitions
- the present invention provides a guide for a long object that is guided in accordance with the movement of the moving part in a state in which a long part such as a flexible cable or a hose that supplies power or liquid is supplied to the moving part such as a machine tool. Relates to the device.
- the accommodation space is constituted by a space defined by bending a long elastomer resin sheet that has been subjected to extrusion molding at both sides at the folded portion.
- the long object is accommodated in the accommodation space along the longitudinal direction of the sheet (for example, see Patent Document 1).
- the elastomer resin sheet includes an outer peripheral wall forming portion, two side wall forming portions disposed on both sides of the outer peripheral wall forming portion via bent portions, and two inner peripheral walls provided respectively on the two side wall forming portions. And a forming portion.
- One of the two inner peripheral wall forming portions has a female inner peripheral wall portion.
- the other of the two inner peripheral wall forming portions has a male inner peripheral wall portion.
- the male inner peripheral wall portion is configured to be fitted to the female inner peripheral wall portion. Then, when forming the accommodation space for the long object, the two inner peripheral wall forming portions are closed in a state where the female inner peripheral wall portion and the male inner peripheral wall portion are fitted to each other along the longitudinal direction of the sheet. Thus, a flat surface facing the outer peripheral wall forming portion is formed.
- the female inner peripheral wall portion includes a concave groove
- the male inner peripheral wall portion includes a convex portion.
- the convex portion of the male inner peripheral wall portion is inserted into the concave groove of the female inner peripheral wall portion and is locked in the concave groove.
- a locked portion that functions as a retainer when inserted into the groove is formed.
- the present invention has been made paying attention to such problems existing in the prior art.
- the purpose is to bend the convex portion provided at the first end in the lateral direction of the sheet when the sheet extending along the longitudinal direction is bent to form a housing space for accommodating a long object.
- An object of the present invention is to provide a guide device for a long object that can be easily inserted into a housing portion provided at a second end in the short direction.
- a guide device for a long object that solves the above problem is a sheet that extends along a longitudinal direction, a bent portion that extends along the longitudinal direction, a first end portion in a lateral direction orthogonal to the longitudinal direction, and An accommodation space extending along the longitudinal direction is formed inside the sheet by bending the sheet including the second end portion at the bending portion and connecting the first end portion and the second end portion. The long object formed and accommodated in the accommodation space is guided.
- the elongate guide device includes a convex portion provided at the first end portion and a flexible accommodating portion provided at the second end portion and capable of accommodating the convex portion.
- the convex portion In the state where the housing space is formed, the convex portion is housed in the housing portion.
- the convex portion has two locked portions provided on both sides thereof.
- the accommodating portion includes an opening and the two locked portions when the convex portion is inserted into the accommodating portion through the opening while elastically deforming the accommodating portion so as to widen the opening. And two locking portions that can be locked. The positions of the two locked portions in the insertion direction when the convex portion is inserted into the housing portion via the opening are different from each other.
- the convex portion when the convex portion is inserted into the accommodating portion through the opening portion, the two locked portions arranged on both sides of the convex portion pass through the opening portion at different timings. Therefore, it is possible to reduce the amount of elastic deformation of the accommodating portion for expanding the opening compared to a configuration in which the two locked portions pass through the opening at the same timing. Therefore, when the sheet extending along the longitudinal direction is bent to form an accommodation space for accommodating a long object, the convex portion provided at the first end in the short direction of the sheet is provided at the second end. It can be easily inserted into the storage portion.
- the convex portion and the accommodating portion are provided on an inner peripheral wall that defines the accommodating space, and the two locking portions are provided on both sides of the opening portion of the accommodating portion.
- the first locked portion is disposed at a position relatively close to the inner peripheral wall, and the second locked portion is positioned relatively far from the inner peripheral wall. It is preferable that the first locked portion is disposed on the front side in the insertion direction with respect to the second locked portion.
- the guide device for a long object is curved so that the inner peripheral wall is on the inner side
- the convex portion and the accommodating portion are extracted in the direction in which the convex portion is extracted through the opening of the accommodating portion (the direction opposite to the insertion direction).
- the load is applied.
- the load at this time becomes larger as the position is closer to the inner peripheral wall. Therefore, when the position of the 1st to-be-latched part in the insertion direction of a convex part and the position of the 2nd to-be-latched part are the same, a 1st to-be-latched part is a relationship corresponding to the said 1st to-be-latched part.
- the load applied to the first locked portion and the locking portion corresponding to the first locked portion when locked to the locking portion is such that the second locked portion is in contact with the second locked portion. This is much larger than the load applied to the second locked portion and the locking portion corresponding to the second locked portion when locked to the corresponding locking portion. For this reason, since it becomes easy to cancel
- the 1st to-be-latched part is arrange
- the convex portion and the accommodation portion are disposed outside the accommodation space. According to this structure, compared with the structure which arrange
- the convex portion and the accommodating portion are arranged in the accommodating space in a state where the accommodating space is formed. According to this structure, compared with the structure which arrange
- the long object guide device in a state where the accommodation space is formed, it is preferable that a plane that bisects the opening bisects the convex part. According to this configuration, when a load in the direction in which the convex portion is extracted through the opening of the accommodating portion (the direction opposite to the insertion direction) is applied to the convex portion and the accommodating portion, each locked portion is handled. By the engaging portion to be engaged, it is possible to perform the locking in a state where the load balance between the locked portion and the locking portion corresponding to the locked portion is good.

- the insertion direction when the convex portion 31 is inserted into the receiving groove 35 through the opening 37 (short direction in FIG. 4).
- the positions in the direction from right to left along X) are different from each other.
- the first locked portion 32 is arranged on the front side (left side in FIG. 4) in the insertion direction of the convex portion 31 with respect to the second locked portion 33. That is, in the state where the convex portion 31 is inserted into the accommodation groove 35 and the accommodation space SK is formed, the distance from the first locked portion 32 to the opening portion 37 in the short direction X is the short direction X. The distance is set longer than the distance from the second locked portion 33 to the opening 37.
- the plane F that bisects the opening 37 bisects the convex portion 31. Furthermore, the convex part 31 and the 2nd connection part 18 are arrange

- the amount of elastic deformation at the tip of the groove forming portion 36 is small.
- the convex portion 31 is pressed in the housing groove 35 along the short direction X, the first locked portion 32 is more than the second locked portion 33 as shown in FIG. First, it enters the receiving groove 35. Therefore, the shape of the distal end portion of the second inner peripheral wall forming portion 16b that has been elastically deformed returns to the original shape before elastic deformation by its own elastic restoring force. At this time, since the pressing force against the second tip surface 39a of the second locking portion 39 by the second inclined surface 33a of the convex portion 31 increases, the amount of elastic deformation of the tip portion of the groove forming portion 36 also increases.
- the convex portion 31 when the convex portion 31 is inserted into the accommodation groove 35 through the opening 37, the first engaged members disposed on both sides of the convex portion 31 are provided.
- the stop 32 and the second locked portion 33 pass through the opening 37 at different timings. For this reason, compared with the structure in which the first locked portion 32 and the second locked portion 33 pass through the opening portion 37 at the same timing, the distal end portion of the second inner peripheral wall forming portion 16b for expanding the opening portion 37
- the maximum value of the sum of the amount of elastic deformation and the amount of elastic deformation of the tip of the groove forming portion 36 can be reduced.
- the convex portion 31 is inserted into the receiving groove 35 through the opening 37 with a small force. Can be inserted. Therefore, the convex portion 31 can be easily inserted into the accommodation groove 35 through the opening 37.
- the convex portion is provided via the opening 37.
- the operation when inserting 31 into the accommodation groove 35 will be described below as a comparative example with reference to FIGS. 6 (a) to 6 (c).
- the first locked portion 32 and the second locked portion 33 of the above embodiment are changed to a first locked portion 101 and a second locked portion 102, respectively.
- Other members than the first locked portion 32 and the second locked portion 33 will be described using the same reference numerals as in the above embodiment.
- the first inclined surface 32a and the second inclined surface 33a of the convex portion 31 are provided. Are in contact with the first tip surface 38a of the first locking portion 38 and the second tip surface 39a of the second locking portion 39, respectively. Subsequently, when the convex portion 31 is pressed in the accommodating groove 35 along the short direction X, the first inclined surface 32a and the second inclined surface 33a of the convex portion 31 become the first tip surface 38a of the first locking portion 38. And it slides with respect to the 2nd tip surface 39a of the 2nd stop part 39, respectively.
- the first inclined surface 32 a and the second inclined surface 33 a of the convex portion 31 correspond to the first distal end surface 38 a of the first locking portion 38 and the second distal end of the second locking portion 39.
- Each of the surfaces 39a is pressed. Therefore, the distal end portion of the second inner peripheral wall forming portion 16b and the distal end portion of the groove forming portion 36 are elastically deformed so that the opening 37 is widened.
- the position of the first locked portion 101 of the convex portion 31 in the insertion direction of the convex portion 31 (the direction from right to left along the short direction X in FIGS. 6A to 6C) and the first 2 Since the position of the locked portion 102 is set to the same position, the elastic deformation amount of the tip portion of the second inner peripheral wall forming portion 16b and the elastic deformation amount of the tip portion of the groove forming portion 36 are the same timing. Is the largest.
- the convex portion 31 when the convex portion 31 is inserted into the receiving groove 35 through the opening 37, the first locked portion 101 and the second locked portion disposed on both sides of the convex portion 31 are used.
- the locking part 102 passes through the opening 37 at the same timing.
- the 2nd inner peripheral wall formation part for expanding the opening part 37 The maximum value of the sum of the elastic deformation amount of the tip end portion of 16b and the elastic deformation amount of the tip end portion of the groove forming portion 36 is increased.
- the long guide device 11 moves along the longitudinal direction Y so that the curved portion W is displaced following the moving body (not shown). Move back and forth.
- a long object TK is accommodated in the accommodating space SK of the long object guide device 11.
- the long object TK is guided by the long object guide device 11 in accordance with the movement of the moving body (not shown) while being protected in the accommodation space SK.
- the first inner peripheral wall forming portion 16 a and the second inner peripheral wall forming portion 16 b are arranged in the short direction X. A force in the direction of separating along each acts.
- the first locked portion 32 in the convex portion 31 is inserted in the direction in which the convex portion 31 is inserted (the shorter direction X in FIGS. 7A to 7D) than the second locked portion 33. Along the direction from the right to the left) (the left side in FIGS. 7A to 7D).
- the tip end portion of the second inner peripheral wall forming portion 16 b is significantly larger than the tip end portion of the groove forming portion 36. Deform. Then, as shown in FIG. 7D, the locked state of the first locked portion 32 by the first locking portion 38 is released. Thereafter, the locked state of the second locked portion 33 by the second locking portion 39 is released, and the convex portion 31 inserted into the receiving groove 35 is extracted through the opening portion 37.
- the first locked portion 32 is inserted into the receiving groove 35.
- An operation when the protruding convex portion 31 is extracted through the opening 37 will be described below as a comparative example with reference to FIGS. 8A and 8B.
- the first locked portion 32 and the second locked portion 33 of the above embodiment are changed to a first locked portion 101 and a second locked portion 102, respectively.
- Other members than the first locked portion 32 and the second locked portion 33 will be described using the same reference numerals as in the above embodiment.
- the distance between the position where the first locked portion 101 is locked by the first locking portion 38 and the inner peripheral wall 21 is The distance between the position where the second locked portion 102 is locked by the second locking portion 39 and the inner peripheral wall 21 is shorter. For this reason, when the first locked portion 101 is locked by the first locking portion 38, the load applied to the first locked portion 101 and the first locking portion 38 is the second locked portion. When the portion 102 is locked by the second locking portion 39, the load applied to the second locked portion 102 and the second locking portion 39 is much larger.
- a first locked portion 32 and a second locked portion 33 are provided on both sides of the convex portion 31.
- the positions of the first locked portion 32 and the second locked portion 33 in the insertion direction when the convex portion 31 is inserted into the receiving groove 35 through the opening 37 are different from each other. For this reason, when inserting the convex part 31 in the accommodation groove 35 through the opening part 37, the 1st to-be-latched part 32 and the 2nd to-be-latched part 33 pass the opening part 37 at a mutually different timing. .
- the tip of the second inner peripheral wall forming portion 16b for expanding the opening 37 is formed.
- the maximum value of the sum of the amount of elastic deformation and the amount of elastic deformation at the tip of the groove forming portion 36 can be reduced.
- the convex portion 31 enters the receiving groove 35 through the opening portion 37 with a small force. Can be inserted.
- the convex portion 31 provided at the first end in the lateral direction X of the sheet 12 is formed. It can be easily inserted through the opening 37 into the receiving groove 35 provided at the second end.
- the first locked portion 32 and the second locked portion 33 provided on both sides of the convex portion 31 are arranged at positions relatively close to the inner peripheral wall 21.
- the first locked portion 32 thus formed has an insertion direction of the convex portion 31 relative to the second locked portion arranged at a position relatively far from the inner peripheral wall 21, that is, the convex portion 31 passes through the opening 37.
- a load is applied in the direction of extraction through the direction (the direction opposite to the insertion direction of the convex portion 31). Since the load at this time increases as the position is closer to the inner peripheral wall 21, when the positions in the insertion direction of the convex portions 31 of the first locked portion 32 and the second locked portion 33 are the same, When the locking portion 32 is locked to the first locking portion 38, the load applied to the first locked portion 32 and the first locking portion 38 is such that the second locked portion is locked by the second locked portion. The load applied to the second locked portion and the second locking portion 39 when locked to the portion 39 is much larger. For this reason, since the locked state of the first locked portion 32 and the first locking portion 38 is easily released, there is a problem that the convex portion 31 is easily pulled out from the receiving groove 35.
- the first locked portion 32 is disposed on the front side in the insertion direction of the convex portion 31 with respect to the second locked portion 33 in the convex portion 31. Therefore, when a load is applied to the first connecting portion 17 and the second connecting portion 18 in the direction in which the convex portion 31 is extracted from the accommodation groove 35 through the opening 37, the second locked portion 33 is applied. When the load is applied to the second locked portion 33 and the second locked portion 39 when the second locked portion 39 is locked to the second locked portion 39, the first locked portion 32 is moved to the first level. Locked to the stop 38.
- the convex portion 31 and the accommodating groove 35 are disposed outside the accommodating space SK. ing. For this reason, compared with the structure which arrange
- the plane F that bisects the opening 37 divides the convex portion 31 into two. Divide equally. For this reason, a load is applied to the first connecting portion 17 and the second connecting portion 18 in the direction in which the protruding portion 31 is extracted from the accommodation groove 35 through the opening 37 (the direction opposite to the inserting direction of the protruding portion 31).
- the first locked portion 32 can be locked by the first locking portion 38 in a state where the load balance between the first locked portion 32 and the first locking portion 38 is good.
- the second locked portion 33 can be locked by the second locking portion 39 in a state where the load balance between the second locked portion 33 and the second locking portion 39 is good.
- the above embodiment may be modified as follows. -As shown in FIG. 9, you may comprise so that the convex part 31 and the accommodation groove
- the plane F that bisects the opening 37 does not necessarily bisect the convex portion 31.
- the first locked portion 32 and the second locked portion 33 disposed on both sides of the convex portion 31 are disposed at positions relatively close to the inner peripheral wall 21.
- the first locked portion 32 is located on the rear side in the insertion direction of the convex portion 31 relative to the second locked portion disposed at a position relatively far from the inner peripheral wall 21, that is, the convex portion 31 has the opening 37. Abstract
