即, 在电冰箱主体 1的外箱 7与内箱 9之间发泡成型隔热材料 10时, 侧面 板 3、 4的沿着机械室 12的部分向外侧膨出形成线, 有可能损害侧面板 3、 4的 外观。 因此, 通过用加强板 24覆盖侧面板 3、 4的沿着机械室 12的部分, 使得 该部分也得到加强,伴随隔热材料 10的发泡成型产生的线不会显现在侧面板 3、 4上。 在通风开口 21、 22上分别从外侧安装装饰盖 25。 装饰盖 25具有多个向前 后倾斜的横百叶窗 26, 并且, 在多个横向百叶窗 26之间形成有通风口 27, 使 得侧面板 3、 4的通风开口 21、 22无法从外部直接观察到。
如图 3及图 4所示, 在电冰箱主体 1的侧面板 3、 4上, 在端部一体形成有 内侧折弯片 3A、 4A。 并且, 在侧面板 3、 4的内侧折弯片 3A、 4A的下部和背 部, 以沿着机械室 12的外周缘的方式, 利用螺丝或点焊分别固定安装有 L型的 加强角铁 28。
上述加强板 24, 其周缘部 (至少下部以及背部)通过点焊固定在加强角铁 28上, 加强板 24和加强角铁 28为连结状态,从内侧加强了位于机械室 12的侧 面板 3、 4整体。 另外, 在安装于侧面板 3、 4的加强角铁 28上, 用螺丝等安装 有机械室 12的基板 16的两端部。
此外, 通风开口 21、 22位于机械室 12的侧面的中央, 使得在机械室 12内 的通风不偏倚地进行。 并且, 通风开口 21、 22的高度为 105mm, 设定为机械室 12的高度(从基板 16到形成机械室 12上壁的底板 6的高度 )的约 200mm的约 二分之一, 确保了足够的开口面积。 另外, 在电冰箱主体 1的底板 6和机械室 12的基板 16上安装有脚体 29、 30, 在电冰箱主体 1以及机械室 12与设置地面 之间确保了间隙。 压缩机 15以及冷凝器 13与未图示的蒸发器一起构成冷冻循环。 冷冻循环 通过使压缩机 15、 送风机 14等运转, 利用蒸发器使制冷剂蒸发来冷却储藏室 8
的空气, 将利用冷凝器 13使制冷剂凝结而从储藏室 8的空气获取的热量向外部 散热。
当使配置于机械室 12中的送风机 14运转时, 从侧面板 3的通风开口 21以 及机械室盖 17的通风口 19向机械室 12流入空气, 冷凝器 13被送风机 14的吸 入空气冷却。 另夕卜, 由于在送风机 14的吹出侧配置有压缩机 15 , 因此, 压缩机 15被送风机 14的吹出空气冷却。 这样, 冷却了冷凝器 13以及压缩机 15而变热 的空气从侧面板 4的通风开口 22以及机械室盖 17的通风口 20流出 , 进行了机 械室 12的散热。 在本发明的实施方式的电冰箱中, 在位于机械室 12的侧面板 3、 4上设置 通风开口 21、 22, 以包围通风开口 21、 22的外周的方式从侧面板 3、 4的内侧 安装加强板 24。 沿着机械室 12的外周缘将该加强板 24的周缘部固定在加强角 铁 28上, 该加强角铁 28安装于电冰箱主体 1的侧面板 3、 4的内侧。
因此, 加强通风开口 21、 22周围的侧面板 3、 4的加强板 24和加强机 ¾戈室 12的外周缘的侧面板 3、 4的加强角铁 28成为一体化的坚固的加强结构。 尽管 在有电冰箱主体 1、 机械室 12的负重的侧面板 3、 4上设有通风开口 21、 22, 也能够使电冰箱主体 1的侧面板 3、 4不发生变形, 能够充分确保电冰箱的强度 的可靠性。
另外, 这样的加强结构无法从电冰箱的外部观察到, 并且, 由于通风开口 21、 22被装饰盖 25覆盖, 因此无需担心损害电冰箱的外观。 另外, 由于是连结了加强材料 24和加强角铁 28的加强结构, 因此通风开 口 21、 22的位置、 大小不受制约, 可以将通风开口 21、 22设定为适度的开口 面积。 并且, 通过将通风开口 21、 22设定在适于通风的位置, 能够使机械室 12 内的通风良好, 充分确保电冰箱的散热性并减少功耗。
并且, 加强板 24为与机械室 12的侧面相同的五角形状, 并且具有从内侧 覆盖位于机械室 12的电冰箱主体 1的侧面板 3、 4的除了通风开口 21、 22之外 的几乎整体的大小。 并且, 将通风开口 21、 22设定在机械室 12的侧面的中央 位置, 通风开口 21、 22的高度设定为机械室 12高度的约二分之一。 根据这种结构, 使位于机械室 12侧面的侧面板 3、 4整体被加强板 24和加
强角铁 26从内侧更坚固地加强, 能够充分保持具有通风开口 21、 22的机械室 12部分的侧面板 3、 4的强度。 并且, 能够使通风开口 21、 22的通风不偏倚, 并且能够充分确保开口面积以提高电冰箱的散热性。 因此, 电冰箱的散热性以 及强度的可靠性大幅提高。 并且, 加强板 24以向机械室 12的侧面的上方及前方延伸的状态, 安装在 电冰箱主体 1的侧面板 3、 4的内侧。 根据这种结构 , 侧面板 3、 4的沿着机械室 12的部分被加强板 24加强 , 还 能够防止由于注入电冰箱主体 1的外箱 7与内箱 9之间的隔热材料 10的发泡压 力, 侧面板 3、 4的沿着机械室 12的部分膨出, 损害侧面板 3、 4的外观。
于此, 在不脱离本发明的要旨的范围内可以进行各种变更。
Claims
1. 一种电冰箱, 其特征在于, 具备:
机械室, 其设置于电冰箱主体的背面侧下部, 由前述电冰箱主体的底板和 侧面板、 装载有压缩机、 送风机和冷凝器的基板、 以及覆盖背面的机械室盖围 起而构成;
通风开口, 其形成于位于前述机械室的前述电冰箱主体的侧面板上; 加强角铁, 其沿着前述机械室的外周缘, 安装于前述电冰箱主体的侧面板 的内侧; 以及
加强板, 其以包围前述通风开口的外周的方式安装在前述电冰箱主体的侧 面板的内侧,
前述加强板的周缘部固定在前述加强角铁上。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的电冰箱, 其特征在于, 前述加强板具有从内侧覆 盖位于前述机械室的前述电冰箱主体的侧面板的除了前述通风开口以外的整体 的大小。
3. 根据权利要求 2所述的电冰箱, 其特征在于, 前述加强板以向前述机械 室的侧面的上方及前方延伸的状态安装在前述电冰箱主体的侧面板的内侧。
