Abstract
Description
前記凹条パターンは、Y-Z平面に平行な断面において、内側の第1斜面と、この第1斜面と連続して外側に開口する第2斜面を有し、向かい合う前記第1斜面で形成される頂角を95°~110°内に設定し、向かい合う前記第2斜面で形成される見かけ上の頂角を60°~75°内に設定した段付きのV字形状であり、
Y-Z平面に平行な断面において、前記第1斜面の一辺を第1斜辺とし、前記第2斜面の一辺を第2斜辺として、連続する前記第1斜辺と前記第2斜辺の全長を全斜辺長と定義したときに、この全斜辺長に対する前記第2斜辺の斜辺長の比率が40~65%に設定されていることを特徴としている。
図1に示したように、導光板2の底面2cには、所定のピッチで形成された凹条6が形成されている。これらの凹条6は断面形状がV字形状(V溝状)に形成されており、X軸方向に延びている。詳細には、図4の拡大図に示すように、凹条6は、断面形状が段付きのV字状(以下、単に「V字状」という)に形成されている。
図2に示すように、導光板2の出射面2dには、所定のピッチで複数形成されたX-Z平面に平行な断面形状が台形状の凸条7がY軸方向に延びている。この台形状の凸条7の一般的な高さは、例えば0.001~0.1mmの範囲内に設定されており、断面が台形状の凸条7の一般的な傾斜角度は、例えば30~60°の範囲内に設定されている。

Claims (4)
- 導光板の少なくとも一方の側面側に一次光源が設置され、前記導光板は、出射面、該出射面に対向する底面、及び少なくとも一側面に設けられた前記一次光源から出射された光を入射させる入射端面を有するエッジライト方式の照明装置であって、
X軸と、X軸に直交するY軸で構成されるX-Y平面の法線をZ軸として、前記一次光源はX軸に平行に配置しており、前記導光板は前記X-Y平面に平行に配置しており、前記導光板の入射端面はX-Z平面に平行であり、
前記導光板は、前記底面に所定ピッチで形成されたX軸方向に平行な複数の凹条パターンと、前記出射面に所定ピッチで形成されたY軸方向に平行な複数の凸条パターンを有しており、
前記凹条パターンは、Y-Z平面に平行な断面において、内側の第1斜面と、この第1斜面と連続して外側に開口する第2斜面を有し、向かい合う前記第1斜面で形成される頂角を95°~110°内に設定し、向かい合う前記第2斜面で形成される見かけ上の頂角を60°~75°内に設定した段付きのV字形状であり、
Y-Z平面に平行な断面において、前記第1斜面の一辺を第1斜辺とし、前記第2斜面の一辺を第2斜辺として、連続する前記第1斜辺と前記第2斜辺の全長を全斜辺長と定義したときに、この全斜辺長に対する前記第2斜辺の斜辺長の比率が40~65%に設定されていることを特徴とする照明装置。 - 前記導光板の出射面に形成された前記凸条パターンは、断面が台形状又はレンチキュラーレンズ形状又は放物線状であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の照明装置。
- 前記導光板の底面側には光を反射する反射シートを有し、前記導光板の出射面側には光を均一に拡散する拡散シートを有していることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の照明装置。
- 前記導光板の底面側に、光を反射する反射シートを有していることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の照明装置。
