Claims (9)
- 複数のユーザに利用される複数の車両を管理するための車両管理システムであって、
ユーザによる車両の利用の受付を行うとともに、前記受付を行う際に、対象となる車両をユーザが利用した後に、ユーザが該車両を返却すべき場所を、複数の駐車スペースのうちから返却予定地として設定する利用管理手段と、
ユーザにより、実際に車両が利用され、返却された際に、該車両が、前記利用管理手段により設定された前記返却予定地に返却されたか否かを判定する返却判定手段と、
前記返却判定手段により、前記車両が設定された前記返却予定地に返却されたと判定された場合に、該車両の返却を許可する返却許可手段と、を備えることを特徴とする車両管理システム。 - 請求項1に記載の車両管理システムにおいて、
前記駐車スペースの数が、ユーザが利用することができる車両の数より多いことを特徴とする車両管理システム。 - 請求項1または2に記載の車両管理システムにおいて、
前記利用管理手段は、ユーザにより前記車両が占有されている間は、占有されている車両の前記返却予定地が、他の車両の前記返却予定地として設定されないように制限することを特徴とする車両管理システム。 - 請求項1~3のいずれかに記載の車両管理システムにおいて、
前記返却判定手段は、GPSによる測位により、返却された車両の位置を検出し、検出された車両の位置と、該車両の前記返却予定地とを比較することによって、該車両の前記返却予定地に返却されたか否かを判定することを特徴とする車両管理システム。 - 請求項4に記載の車両管理システムにおいて、
前記返却判定手段は、前記GPSにより測位された車両の位置が前記返却予定地にある場合に加え、前記GPSの位置検出誤差範囲内に、返却された車両に設定された前記返却予定地が存在し、かつ、該返却予定地以外の前記駐車スペースが存在しない場合にも、該車両の前記返却予定地に返却されたと判定することを特徴とする車両管理システム。 - 請求項4または5に記載の車両管理システムにおいて、
前記返却判定手段は、前記GPSでは、前記車両が設定された前記返却予定地に返却されたか否かを判定することができなかった場合には、各前記駐車スペースに予め設置された固有の位置特定用コードを、返却された車両に搭載された読取手段に読み取らせ、読み取らせた前記位置特定用コードの情報に基づいて、該車両の前記返却予定地に返却されたか否かを判定することを特徴とする車両管理システム。 - 請求項1~3のいずれかに記載の車両管理システムにおいて、
前記返却判定手段は、各前記駐車スペースに予め設置された固有の位置特定用コードを、返却された車両に搭載された読取手段に読み取らせ、読み取らせた前記位置特定用コードの情報に基づいて、該車両の前記返却予定地に返却されたか否かを判定することを特徴とする車両管理システム。 - 請求項1~7のいずれかに記載の車両管理システムにおいて、
前記駐車スペースのうち、現在利用可能な駐車スペースを返却候補地として抽出し、抽出した前記返却候補地の情報を、車両の利用または利用の予定をしているユーザに提供する提供手段をさらに備え、
前記利用管理手段は、前記提供手段により情報を提供されたユーザが、提供された情報に基づいて前記返却候補地を選択した場合には、選択された前記返却候補地を、ユーザにより占有されている車両の返却予定地として再設定することを特徴とする車両管理システム。 - 複数のユーザに利用される複数の車両を管理するための車両管理方法であって、
ユーザが利用しようとする車両に対し、対象となる車両をユーザが利用した後に、ユーザが該車両を返却すべき場所である返却予定地を設定し、ユーザにより、前記車両が実際に利用され、返却された際に、前記車両が設定された前記返却予定地に返却されたか否かを判定し、
前記車両が前記返却予定地に返却されたと判定した場合に、ユーザに対して、該車両の返却を許可することを特徴とする車両管理方法。
