Description
また、例えば特許文献1に記載の従来技術がある。
・該手書き入力されたコメントを文字認識してテキストデータに変換する文字認識手段;、
・該テキストデータに基づいて送信先に決定された他のプログラマブル表示器に、該テキストデータを送信するコメント転送手段;
図1は、本例のプログラマブル表示器1を含むシステム全体の概略構成図である。
図1に示すプログラマブルコントローラシステムは、各種接続機器4と、通信ライン6を介して各種接続機器4に接続するプログラマブル表示器1とを有する。更に、プログラマブル表示器1が、通信ライン3を介して作画エディタ装置5(支援装置)に接続された構成であってもよい。但し、作画エディタ装置5は、必ずしもプログラマブル表示器1に接続されている必要があるわけではない。つまり、本発明の実施例では一例を示しているに過ぎない。尚、作画エディタ装置5を支援装置5と記す場合もあるものとする。
プログラマブル表示器1は、上述した従来例と略同様に上述した画面データ等に基づく操作表示画面の表示やそのリフレッシュ等を行う機能を有するが、更に下記の各機能も有する。すなわち、プログラマブル表示器1は、例えば、任意のコメントの手書き入力を行わせる機能や、この手書き入力コメントを文字認識することでテキストデータに変換する機能を有する。プログラマブル表示器1は、更に、このテキストデータを他のプログラマブル表示器1に通知する機能や、その際にテキストデータや予め登録されている情報等に基づいて送信先のプログラマブル表示器1を自動決定する機能などを有する。詳しくは後述する。
表示操作制御装置10は、CPU11、ROM12(フラッシュメモリ等)、RAM13、通信コントローラ14、グラフィックコントローラ15、タッチパネルコントローラ16等より成り、これらがバス17に接続されている。
オペレータ等によるタッチパネル18上での押圧操作(タッチ)位置の検知結果は、タッチパネルコントローラ16を介してCPU11等に取り込まれて解析される。例えば各アイテムの上記表示位置座標や大きさのデータ等に基づいて、解析することになる。例えば、上記スイッチの画像の表示位置をオペレータ等がタッチすると、CPU11等は、このスイッチに対する操作が行われたものと解析することになる。また、所定の手書き入力領域上でのユーザ操作(手書き文字の入力)を検出することもできる。
プログラマブル表示器1においては、本体プログラム21、画面データ22、通信プログラム23等の各種プログラム/データが、例えば上記ROM12(フラッシュメモリ等)に格納されている。これらのプログラム/データ等をCPU11が読出し・実行/参照等することで、プログラマブル表示器用の上記操作表示画面等の表示制御やコメントに係わる各種処理等が行なわれる。この操作表示画面は、上述した数値表示、ランプ、スイッチ等の各種アイテムの画像表示から成り、各アイテム画像の表示内容は、例えば各接続機器4の外部メモリの割当メモリ領域から取得したデータを反映させる形で随時更新される。
接続機器4内の外部メモリへのアクセスは、作画エディタ31の各種設定により行う。各種設定とは、画面データファイル32作成時の設定である。
プログラマブル表示器1において、ユーザが所定の操作を行うことで、手書きメモ入力ウィンドウ40が表示される。上記所定の操作は、例えば上記操作表示画面上に設けられた不図示のメモ用アイテム(スイッチ)を操作するものであるが、この例に限らない。例えば、スクリーン上に所定のメニュー(不図示)を表示させてユーザに選択させる方法等であっても構わない。
プログラマブル表示器1は、他のプログラマブル表示器1から送信された上記コメント(テキストデータ)を受信すると、これを例えばRAM13等に一時的に記憶すると共に、例えば図5(a)に示すような受信通知マーク50を表示する。図示の例では、受信通知マーク50は、単に受信した旨と共に受信日時を表示する。尚、受信通知マーク50の表示方法は、アイコンであっても、割り付けたビットメモリのONであっても、何でもよい。
何れにしても、コメント送信先のプログラマブル表示器1のユーザは、“Aラインが停止した”旨を、知ることができる。特に、従来のように手書き文字がそのまま表示されるのではなく、テキストデータが表示されるので、たとえ送信元のユーザの字が下手であっても読み難いことはない。また、プログラマブル表示器1間でコメント送受信する際のデータ量も、従来よりも少なくて済む。
プログラマブル表示器1は、例えば随時、不図示の「手書きメモ」メニューが選択されたか否かをチェックしている(ステップS11)。そして、ユーザ操作によって「手書きメモ」メニューが選択されたら(ステップS11,YES)、例えば上記“手書きメモ入力ウィンドウ”40を表示する(ステップS12)。
すなわち、まず、予めROM12等のメモリ部に記憶されている「転送先に関するキーワード情報」70を取得する(ステップS17)。「転送先に関するキーワード情報」70には、任意の1以上のキーワードと、各キーワードに対応する登録情報等が含まれている。詳しくは後述する。尚、後述するネットワークテーブル80も、予め登録されている。ネットワークテーブル80は、上記通信ネットワーク7を介して他のプログラマブル表示器1等と通信する為に必要な情報であり(例えばIPアドレス等)、よって従来より存在している既存の情報である。
図示の例では、「転送先に関するキーワード情報」70は、キーワード71、“転送先ネットワークテーブルNo.リスト”72から成る。つまり、任意のキーワード71が登録されると共に、各キーワード71毎に対応する転送先を示す情報である“転送先ネットワークテーブルNo.リスト”72が登録される。
図示の例のネットワークテーブル80は、No.81、IPアドレス82、ポートNo.83、デフォルトゲートウェイ84、サブネットマスク85等から成る。ネットワークテーブル80には、LAN等のネットワークに接続された各コンピュータ装置毎に、通信に必要な情報(IPアドレス等)が登録されている。尚、上記各コンピュータ装置は、主にプログラマブル表示器1であるが、これに限らない。尚、No.81は、例えばネットワークテーブル80上の各レコードに割り当てられたシリアルナンバー等である。尚、No.81の代わりに上記識別用IDを用いるようにしてもよい。
・キーワード71=「Aライン停止」
・“転送先ネットワークテーブルNo.リスト”72=Bラインの各プログラマブル表示器1に対応するNo.81または識別用ID
これによって、上記図4の例ではコメントが「連絡 Aライン停止」であり、よってキーワード“Aライン停止”が含まれているので、Bライン上のプログラマブル表示器1全てに上記「連絡 Aライン停止」のコメントが通知されることになる。
また、例えばコメント中に複数のキーワードが含まれている場合には、例えばAND条件によってコメント送信先を決定する。
・キーワード71=「Aライン停止」に対しては、“転送先ネットワークテーブルNo.リスト”72=Bラインの各プログラマブル表示器1とPC8に対応するNo.81または識別用ID
・キーワード71=「連絡」に対しては、“転送先ネットワークテーブルNo.リスト”72=全てのプログラマブル表示器1に対応するNo.81または識別用ID
この例の場合、上記「連絡 Aライン停止」のコメントの場合、上記2つのキーワードが含まれていることになり、例えば両方のキーワードについて登録されているものが、コメント送信先に決定される。上記の例では、「Bラインの各プログラマブル表示器1、PC8」と「全てのプログラマブル表示器1」とのAND条件となるので、「Bラインの各プログラマブル表示器1」がコメント送信先に決定される。換言すれば、BラインのPC8はコメント送信先とはならないことになる。
上記ステップS19の判定がNOの場合、すなわちコメント中(テキストデータ中)にキーワードが1つも含まれていない場合には、例えばユーザに任意の転送先のプログラマブル表示器1等を設定させる(ステップS21)。そして、設定された転送先全てへコメント(テキストデータ)を送信する(ステップS22)。
図示の例のプログラマブル表示器1は、任意のコメントを手書き入力させる手書き入力部101と、該手書き入力されたコメントを文字認識してテキストデータに変換する文字認識部102を有する。更に、該テキストデータに基づいて送信先に決定された他のプログラマブル表示器1に、該テキストデータを送信するコメント転送部103を有する。
また、上記テキストデータにキーワードが含まれる場合、該キーワードに対応するコメント転送先に基づいて前記テキストデータの送信先とすべき他のプログラマブル表示器1を決定する送信先決定部105を更に有する。
ここで、上記キーワードに対応するコメント転送先とは、例えば上記No.81や識別用IDである。つまり、コメント送信先候補となる他のプログラマブル表示器1を示す情報である。また、それによって送信先のIPアドレス等を取得し得る情報である。
他のプログラマブル表示器1から送信されたテキストデータを受信するコメント受信部106;
該受信したテキストデータを表示するコメント表示部107;
上述したように、本例のプログラマブル表示器1によれば、ユーザによる手書き入力コメントをテキストデータに変換して他のプログラマブル表示器1に通知することができる。これによって、通知先のプログラマブル表示器1では、従来のように手書き文字がそのまま表示されるのではなく、テキストデータが表示されるので、たとえ送信元のユーザの字が下手であっても読み難いことはない。また、プログラマブル表示器1間でコメント送受信する際のデータ量も、従来よりも少なくて済む。
Claims (9)
- 複数のプログラマブル表示器が相互に通信可能なシステムであって、
各プログラマブル表示器は、
任意のコメントを入力させる入力手段と、
該入力されたコメントをテキストデータに変換する文字認識手段と、
該テキストデータに基づいて送信先に決定された端末に、該テキストデータを送信するコメント転送手段と、
を有することを特徴とするプログラマブルコントローラシステム。 - 前記プログラマブル表示器は、
予め任意の1以上のキーワードが登録されると共に、各キーワード毎にコメント転送先が登録されるキーワード記憶手段と、
前記テキストデータに前記キーワードが含まれる場合、該キーワードに対応する前記コメント転送先に基づいて前記端末を決定する送信先決定手段とを更に有し、
前記コメント転送手段は、該送信先決定手段で決定された前記端末に対して、前記テキストデータを送信することを特徴とする請求項1記載のプログラマブルコントローラシステム。 - 前記送信先決定手段は、複数の前記キーワードが前記テキストデータに含まれる場合、該各キーワードに対応する前記コメント転送先のAND条件に基づいて、前記端末を決定することを特徴とする請求項2記載のプログラマブルコントローラシステム。
- 前記端末は、他のプログラマブル表示器あるいは任意の情報処理装置であることを特徴とする請求項1~3の何れかに記載のプログラマブルコントローラシステム。
- 前記任意の情報処理装置は、パーソナルコンピュータまたはストレージデバイスまたは携帯電話端末であることを特徴とする請求項4記載のプログラマブルコントローラシステム。
- 前記プログラマブル表示器は、
別のプログラマブル表示器から送信された前記テキストデータを受信するコメント受信手段と、
該受信したテキストデータを表示するコメント表示手段と、
を更に有することを特徴とする請求項1~3、5の何れかに記載のプログラマブルコントローラシステム。 - 複数のプログラマブル表示器が相互に通信可能なシステムにおける該プログラマブル表示器であって、
任意のコメントを入力させる入力手段と、
該入力されたコメントをテキストデータに変換する文字認識手段と、
該テキストデータに基づいて送信先に決定された端末に、該テキストデータを送信するコメント転送手段と、
を有することを特徴とするプログラマブル表示器。 - 予め任意の1以上のキーワードが登録されると共に、各キーワード毎にコメント転送先が登録されるキーワード記憶手段と、
前記テキストデータに前記キーワードが含まれる場合、該キーワードに対応する前記コメント転送先に基づいて前記端末を決定する送信先決定手段とを更に有し、
前記コメント転送手段は、該送信先決定手段で決定された前記端末に対して、前記テキストデータを送信することを特徴とする請求項7記載のプログラマブル表示器。 - 複数のプログラマブル表示器が相互に通信可能なシステムにおける該プログラマブル表示器のコンピュータを、
任意のコメントを入力させる入力手段と、
該入力されたコメントをテキストデータに変換する文字認識手段と、
該テキストデータに基づいて送信先に決定された端末に、該テキストデータを送信するコメント転送手段、
として機能させる為のプログラム。
