Abstract
L'invention concerne une presse et un procédé de fonctionnement d'une presse pour la fabrication de panneaux, des moyens d'aspiration de l'air sortant contaminé étant disposés sur la presse (2), en particulier pour l'aspiration de l'air sortant (72d) directement à partir de la presse (2) et/ou pour l'aspiration de l'air sortant (72h) au moyen d'une hotte (6) disposée au-dessus de la presse (2). L'invention a pour objectif d'apporter une solution technique pour la réalisation d'une presse pour la fabrication de panneaux, et un procédé de fonctionnement de celle-ci, qui permettent la mise en oeuvre d'une aspiration générale sûre et fonctionnelle de la presse, en particulier pour la réalisation d'une presse permettant d'éviter des flux d'air incontrôlés dans ses alentours, et par conséquent n'influence pas la fonction des éléments environnants de l'installation. De manière concomitante, l'invention vise à réduire les frais d'investissement nécessaires à la purification de l'air sortant, ou au dispositif de purification, à rendre l'exploitation plus économique et à améliorer le bilan énergétique global de l'installation. La solution selon l'invention comprend des moyens d'apport contrôlé d'air entrant (9) reliés fonctionnellement avec la presse (2).
