钱箱及使用该钱箱的自助终端设备
本申请要求 2013 年 6 月 7 日提交至中国知识产权局的、 申请号为 201310225862.X, 名称为 "钱箱及使用该钱箱的自助终端设备"的中国发明专利申请的 优先权, 其全部公开内容结合于此供参考。 技术领域 本发明涉及一种钱箱以及使用该钱箱的自助终端设备。 背景技术 自助售货机、 自助售票机及自助存款机等自助终端设备中都设置有识币机构和钱 箱。 其中, 识币机构与自助终端设备的支架固定连接, 钱箱与自助终端设备的支架可 拆卸地连接。 当钱箱安装在自助终端设备的支架上后, 识币机构的入币口与自助终端 设备的面板上的入币口连通, 识币机构的出币口与钱箱的入币口连通。 钱币 (如硬币 或纸币) 由自助终端设备的入币口经识币机构的入币口进入识币机构, 识币机构识别 钱币上的特征信息并判别钱币的真伪, 当识币机构判定钱币为真币时, 钱币由识币机 构的出币口输出, 并经钱箱的入币口进入钱箱内保存, 当钱箱装满钱币后, 操作人员 将装满钱币的钱箱从支架上拆卸下来, 由押运人员将钱箱运送到处理中心进行清点, 同时, 将空的钱箱安装在支架上继续使用。 现有的钱箱与支架的连接结构如图 la、 图 lb所示, 在钱箱 2'的左右两侧对称地 设置有具有设定长度的开口槽 31', 在开口槽 31'的开口端设置有定位豁口 311', 在支 架 Γ的左右两侧设置有与开口槽 31'相配合的导轨 32',在导轨 32'上设置有与定位豁口 311'相配合的可沿上下方向弹性伸缩的定位件 321',当钱箱 2'由前向后地安装在支架 1' 上时, 开口槽 31'与导轨 32'插接配合, 定位件 321'被压迫缩回, 随着钱箱 2'继续移动, 当开口槽 31'的封闭端与导轨 32'的前端接触时, 导轨 32'上的定位件 321'与开口槽 31 上的定位豁口 31Γ相对, 定位件 321 '伸出并与定位豁口 311 '插接定位, 将钱箱 2'锁定 在支架 Γ上。 根据自助终端设备的使用环境要求,需要钱箱从支架的前方或者后方安装或拆卸, 例如银行的大堂机需要钱箱从支架的前方安装或拆卸, 即前维护型自助终端设备, 而 银行的穿墙自助机则需要钱箱从支架的后方安装或拆卸, 即后维护型自助终端设备。 但是, 上述的钱箱只能由自助终端设备的前方安装或拆卸, 如果想要满足从自助终端 设备的后方安装或拆卸钱箱, 必须更改自助终端设备的支架上的连接结构, 或者准备 两种钱箱以满足不同的安装方式, 无论上述哪种方式都增加了用户的使用成本, 因此 目前的钱箱对使用环境的适用性差。 发明内容 本发明的目的在于提供一种对使用环境的适用性强的钱箱, 本发明的目的还在于 提供一种使用这种钱箱的自助终端设备。 为此, 根据本发明的一方面, 提供了一种钱箱, 为长方体结构, 其外壁包括相对 布置的左箱壁和右箱壁、 相对布置的前箱壁和后箱壁、 以及相对布置的顶壁和底壁, 外壁中的平行于钱箱的插接方向且相对布置的两个箱壁上分别设有插槽, 其中, 各插 槽沿插接方向的两端均为插接开口。 进一步地, 上述两个插槽在两个箱壁上的位置沿垂直于插接方向的方向相互错开 以防止钱箱装反。 进一步地, 上述两个插槽中的一个设置在左箱壁上, 两个插槽中的另一个设置在 右箱壁上, 并且两个插槽在左箱壁和右箱壁上沿钱箱的高度方向的位置相互错开。 进一步地, 上述各插接开口呈喇叭形状。 进一步地, 上述外壁上具有由凹入区域形成的用于插拔钱箱的扣手。 进一步地, 上述各插槽的上沿或下沿设有定位豁口或可伸缩的定位柱。 根据本发明的另一方面提供了一种自助终端设备, 包括识币机构、 钱箱、 以及安 装识币机构和钱箱的支架, 钱箱为根据权利要求至中任一项的钱箱, 支架上设有与钱 箱的插槽插接配合的条状凸起。 进一步地, 上述各插槽的上沿或下沿设有定位豁口或可伸缩的定位柱两个中的一 个, 条状凸起上设有定位豁口或可伸缩的定位柱两个中的另一个, 定位豁口与可伸缩 的定位柱可以插接配合或分离。 进一步地, 上述支架包括左侧壁、 右侧壁、 底板和中间隔板, 识币机构位于中间 隔板的上方并且位于左侧壁和右侧壁之间, 钱箱位于中间隔板的下方并且位于左侧壁 和右侧壁之间,钱箱的左箱壁和右箱壁上设有由凹入区域形成的用于插拔钱箱的扣手, 左侧壁和右侧壁上设有避让扣手的避让口。 本发明还提供了一种自助终端设备,包括支架、安装于支架上的识币机构和钱箱, 在钱箱和支架二者中的一个上设置有插槽, 在钱箱和支架二者中的另一个上设置有与 插槽插接配合的条状凸起, 其中, 插槽沿钱箱的插接方向的两端为插接开口, 插槽的 数量为两个, 分布在钱箱的外壁中的平行于插接方向且相对布置的两个箱壁上, 并且 两个插槽的位置在垂直于插接方向的方向上相互错开以防止钱箱装反。 本发明提供的钱箱的沿平行其插接方向且相对布置的两个箱壁上的插槽的两端均 为插接开口, 因而可双向地与支架上的条状凸起插接配合, 双向地安装于支架上, 另 外, 钱箱的分别位于两个相对布置的箱壁上的插槽在箱壁上的位置相互错开, 可防止 因安装方向的变化而可能造成的钱箱装反的问题。 除了上面所描述的目的、特征和优点之外, 本发明具有的其它目的、特征和优点, 将结合附图作进一步详细的说明。 附图说明 构成本说明书的一部分、 用于进一步理解本发明的附图示出了本发明的优选实施 例, 并与说明书一起用来说明本发明的原理。 图中: 图 la是相关技术中自助终端设备的钱箱安装示意图; 图 lb是图 la中所示的自助终端设备的支架的局部结构示意图; 图 2a是根据本发明一实施例的钱箱的第一轴测图; 图 2b是根据本发明一实施例的钱箱的第二轴测图; 图 3是使用本发明提供的钱箱的自助终端设备一实施例的局部结构示意图; 图 4是使用本发明提供的钱箱的自助终端设备一实施例的支架的结构示意图; 图 5是使用本发明提供的钱箱的自助终端设备一实施例的支架的局部结构剖面示

861b、 限位部; 861c、 弹性支撑部。 具体实施方式 以下结合附图对本发明的实施例进行详细说明, 但是本发明可以由权利要求限定 和覆盖的多种不同方式实施。 图 2a是根据本发明一实施例的钱箱的第一轴测图, 图 2b是根据本发明一实施例 的钱箱的第二轴测图。 如图 2a、 图 2b所示, 钱箱 2为长方体结构, 其外壁包括左箱 壁 21、 右箱壁 22、 顶壁 23、 底壁 (图中未示出)、 前箱壁 24, 以及后箱壁 (图中未示 出), 其中, 顶壁 23与底壁相对平行且间隔预定距离, 左箱壁 21与右箱壁 22相对平 行且间隔预定距离, 前箱壁 24与后箱壁相对平行且间隔预定距离设置, 左箱壁 21、 右箱壁 22、 顶壁 23、 底壁、 前箱壁 24、 后箱壁共同组成长方体的六个面。 其中, 在 钱箱 2的顶壁 23邻近后箱壁的一端设置有入币口 Al, 入币口 A1的长度方向沿垂直 于左箱壁 21和右箱壁 22的方向延伸, 入币口 A1的长度和宽度分别与钱币的宽度和 厚度相适配。 钱箱 2在与自助终端设备的支架安装时可在支架的前方沿从前向后的方 向安装或在支架的后方沿从后向前的方向安装。 在钱箱 2的外壁中的平行于钱箱 2的插接方向且相对的两个箱壁上设有第一连接 机构, 用于与自助终端设备的支架连接。 其中, 钱箱 2的平行于钱箱 2的插接方向且 相对的两个箱壁可以是钱箱 2的左箱壁 21和右箱壁 22, 也可以是钱箱 2的顶壁 23和 底壁, 即第一连接机构可以设置在钱箱的左箱壁 21和右箱壁 22的外侧, 还可以设置 在钱箱的顶壁 23和底壁的外侧。 第一连接机构包括第一导向件和第一定位件, 其中, 第一导向件包括插槽或者条状凸起两者中的一个, 第一定位件包括豁口或者定位柱两 者中的一个。 本实施例中, 第一连接机构设置在钱箱 2的左箱壁 21和右箱壁 22的外 侧,其中,第一导向件包括设置在右箱壁 22上的第一插槽 26和设置在左箱壁 21上的 第二插槽 27, 各插槽沿钱箱 2的插接方向的两端均为插接开口, 第一定位件包括设置 在第一插槽 26上的第一豁口 261和设置在第二插槽 27上的第二豁口 271。 其中, 第一插槽 26固定设置在右箱壁 22的外表面上, 向钱箱 2的内部凹陷, 其 长度沿钱箱安装方向 (即图 2a中坐标所示的前后方向) 延伸, 第一插槽 26贯穿于钱 箱 2的前箱壁 24和后箱壁, 具有设定的宽度与深度, 且第一插槽 26的长度两端呈喇 叭状敞开; 第二插槽 27固定设置在左箱壁 21的外表面上, 向钱箱 2的内部凹陷, 其 长度方向与第一插槽 26的长度方向平行,第二插槽 27贯穿于钱箱 2的前箱壁 24和后 箱壁, 具有设定的宽度与深度, 且第二插槽 27的长度两端呈喇叭状敞开。 优选地,在钱箱 2的顶壁 23的外表面上粘贴有标识,用于提示用户钱箱的安装方 向。 优选地, 两个插槽在钱箱 2的两个箱壁上的位置沿垂直于钱箱插接方向的方向相 互错开, 以防止钱箱 2在安装在支架上时装反。 具体地, 当第一连接机构设置在钱箱 2的左箱壁 21和右箱壁 22上时, 第一插槽 26与底壁之间的距离 dl不等于第二插槽 27与底壁之间的距离 d2, 即 dl≠d2; 当第一连接机构设置在钱箱的顶壁 23和底壁上 时,第一插槽 26与左箱壁 21之间的距离 d3不等于第二插槽 27与左箱壁 21之间的距 离 d4。 如此设置, 无论当钱箱 2由前向后地安装在支架上, 或者钱箱 2由后向前地安 装在支架上时, 只有在钱箱 2上的入币口 A1相对于支架的位置不变时, 钱箱 2的第 一插槽 26和第二插槽 27与支架的配合结构才能正确配合, 由此避免了因安装方向的 变化可能造成的钱箱装反的问题, 从而保证无论从哪种方向安装钱箱 2, 钱箱 2上的 入币口 A1相对于支架的位置不变。 第一豁口 261位于第一插槽 26的上沿或下沿上, 沿垂直于钱箱安装方向延伸,优 选地, 第一豁口 261关于第一插槽 26的长度居中设置; 第二豁口 271位于第二插槽 27的上沿或下沿上, 沿垂直于钱箱安装方向延伸, 优选地, 第二豁口 271关于第二插 槽 27的长度居中设置。 优选地,在钱箱 2的左箱壁 21和 /或右箱壁 22的外表面上还设置有向钱箱 2内部 凹陷的扣手 25, 用于用户把持, 以便安装或拆卸钱箱 2。 本实施例中, 在钱箱 2的左 箱壁 21和右箱壁 22上各设置有两个扣手 25, 其中, 左箱壁 21上的两个扣手 25分别 邻近于前箱壁 24和后箱壁设置, 右箱壁 22上的两个扣手 25与左箱壁 21上的两个扣 手 25关于左箱壁 21与右箱壁 22两者之间的宽度中心对称设置。 本发明提供的钱箱的平行于其插接方向且相对的两个箱壁上分别设有插槽, 各插 槽沿插接方向的两端均为插接开口, 本发明提供的钱箱在安装在自助终端设备的支架 上时, 既可以在支架的前方沿由前向后的方向安装在支架上, 也可以在支架的后方沿 由后向前的方向安装在支架上, 因此, 本发明提供的钱箱对使用环境的适用性强。 进 一步地, 由于, 这两个插槽在箱壁上的位置沿垂直于钱箱插接方向的方向相互错开, 因此在将钱箱安装在自助终端设备的支架上时必须使钱箱的入币口与支架之间的相对 位置不变, 才能使钱箱上的插槽与支架上的条状凸起正确配合, 避免了因安装方向的 变化可能造成的钱箱装反的问题, 保证了钱箱的正常使用, 因此本发明提供的钱箱可 靠性强。 图 3是使用本发明提供的钱箱的自助终端设备一实施例的局部结构示意图, 图 4 是使用本发明提供的钱箱的自助终端设备一实施例的支架的结构示意图。如图 3、 图 4 所示, 本实施例中, 自助终端设备包括识币机构 1、 钱箱 2、 以及支架 8。 支架 8用于支撑识币机构 1和钱箱 2。支架 8包括左侧壁 81、右侧壁 82、底板 84、 中间隔板 85, 以及第二连接机构, 其中, 左侧壁 81和右侧壁 82相对平行, 且两者内 表面之间的距离与钱箱 2的左箱壁 21和右箱壁 22的外表面之间的距离相适配; 中间 隔板 85和底板 84相对平行地垂直支撑在左侧壁 81和右侧壁 82之间, 且两者内表面 之间的距离与钱箱 2的顶壁 23和底壁的外表面之间的距离相适配。 优选地, 在支架 8 的左侧壁 81和右侧壁 82的前后两端临近底板 84的一侧, 分别设置有第一避让口 811 和第二避让口 821, 用于避让钱箱 2上的扣手 25, 以便于安装或拆卸钱箱 2。 图 5是使用本发明提供的钱箱的自助终端设备一实施例的支架的局部结构剖面示 意图。 如图 4、 图 5所示, 支架 8上的第二连接机构用于与钱箱 2可拆卸地连接。 根 据钱箱 2上的第一连接机构的位置,第二连接机构可以设置在支架 8的左侧壁 81和右 侧壁 82的内侧, 也可以设置在支架 8的中间隔板 85和底板 84的内侧, 其中, 当钱箱 2上的第一连接机构设置在钱箱 2的左箱壁 21和右箱壁 22外侧时, 第二连接机构设 置在支架 8的左侧壁 81和右侧壁 82的内侧, 当钱箱 2上的第一连接机构设置在钱箱 2的顶壁 23和底壁外侧时, 第二连接机构设置在支架 8的中间隔板 85和底板 84的内 侧。 本实施例中, 第二连接机构设置在支架 8的左侧壁 81和右侧壁 82的内侧。 第二连接机构包括第二导向件和第二定位件, 其中, 第二导向件用于与钱箱 2上 的第一导向件插接配合, 限定钱箱 2相对支架 8仅能沿安装方向移动, 第二定位件用 于与钱箱 2上的第一定位件插接配合, 锁定钱箱 2相对于支架 8在安装方向的位置。 其中, 当钱箱 2上的第一导向件为插槽时, 第二导向件为与插槽相配合的条状凸起, 当钱箱 2上的第一导向件为条状凸起时, 第二导向件为与条状凸起相配合的插槽; 第二定位柱位于第二条状凸起 87的空腔内, 可以沿垂直于钱箱安装方向 (即图中坐标所示的上下方向)移动, 与位于第二插槽 27 上的第二豁口 271插接配合或者分离。 第二定位柱的结构形式及工作原理同第一定位 柱的结构形式及工作原理, 在此不再赘述。 识币机构 1与支架 8固定连接, 位于左侧壁 81与右侧壁 82之间、 中间隔板 85 的上方。在识币机构 1的前端设置有入币口 A2,与自助终端设备的面板上的入币口(图 中未示出)连通, 在识币机构 1的底部设置有出币口 (图中未示出), 钱币由识币机构 1的入币口 A2进入识币机构 1的内部,经过识别确定为真币的钱币由出币口送入到钱 箱内部保存, 经过识别确定为假币的钱币由入币口 A2退出自助终端设备。 钱箱 2的结构形式同上述实施例,在此不再赘述。钱箱 2与支架 8可拆卸地连接, 当钱箱 2安装在支架 8上时, 钱箱 2位于支架 8的底板 84与中间隔板 85, 以及左侧 壁 81与右侧壁 82之间, 钱箱 2的顶壁 23的上表面与支架 8的中间隔板 85的下表面 贴合, 钱箱 2的左箱壁 21和右箱壁 22分别与支架 8的左箱壁 21和右箱壁 22贴合, 钱箱 2的底壁的下表面与支架 8的底板 84的上表面贴合。在钱箱 2的入币口 A1与识 币机构 1的出币口连通, 经过验证为真的钱币可以由识币机构 1的出币口经钱箱 2的 入币口 A1进入钱箱 2的内部保存起来。 下面介绍自助终端设备安装及拆卸钱箱的过程。 图 6是使用本发明提供的钱箱的 自助终端设备一实施例的钱箱安装示意图, 其中钱箱从自助终端设备的前方安装。 如图 6所示, 当自助终端设备为前维护型自助终端设备时, 需要将钱箱由支架 8 的前方安装至支架 8上, 在安装钱箱时, 用户把持位于钱箱 2的左箱壁 21和右箱壁 22上的邻近前箱壁 24的两个扣手 25, 使位于钱箱 2上的第一插槽 26和第二插槽 27 分别与支架 8上的第一条状凸起 86和第二条状凸起 87相对, 由前向后地移动钱箱 2, 钱箱 2上的第一插槽 26和第二插槽 27的喇叭状起始段首先分别与支架 8上的第一条 状凸起 86、 第二条状凸起 87接触, 引导第一条状凸起 86与第一插槽 26插接、 第二 条状凸起 87与第二插槽 27插接, 从而限制钱箱 2相对于支架 8沿上下、 左右方向的 移动。 在钱箱 2由前向后移动的过程中, 第一插槽 26和第二插槽 27分别压迫第一定 位柱 861和第二定位柱, 使两者向空腔内缩回, 当第一插槽 26上的第一豁口 261与第 一定位柱 861相对、 第二插槽 27上的第二豁口 271与第二定位柱相对, 第一定位柱 861和第二定位柱在弹性支撑部的弹性力作用下, 分别插入第一豁口 261和第二豁口 271,并且在弹性支撑部的弹性力的作用下,第一定位柱 861始终与第一豁口 261插接、 第二定位柱始终与第二豁口 271插接,从而限制钱箱 2对于支架 8沿前后方向的移动, 使钱箱 2相对于支架 8位置固定。 此时, 钱箱 2的顶壁 23上的入币口 A1与识币机构 1的出币口连通。 这样, 经过验证为真的钱币可以由识币机构 1的出币口经入币口 A1 进入钱箱 2的内部, 钱箱 2可以正常使用。 当拆卸钱箱 2时, 用户把持位于钱箱 2的左箱壁 21和右箱壁 22上的邻近前箱壁 24的两个扣手 25, 沿由后向前的方向拉拽钱箱 2, 第一插槽 26和第二插槽 27分别压 制第一定位柱 861和第二定位柱, 使第一定位柱 861和第二定位柱缩回到空腔内, 继 续拉动钱箱 2, 可将钱箱 2由支架 8上拆卸下来。 图 7是使用本发明提供的钱箱的自助终端设备另一实施例的钱箱安装示意图, 其 中钱箱从自助终端设备的后方安装。 如图 7所示, 当自助终端设备为后维护型自助终 端设备时, 需要将钱箱由支架 8的后方安装至支架 8上。 与自助终端设备为前维护型 自助终端设备相比, 安装时需要保持钱箱 2的入币口 A1与支架 8之间的相对位置不 变, 以使钱箱 2安装至支架 8后钱箱 2的入币口 A1与识币机构 1的出币口相对应。 安装时, 首先把持钱箱 2上的位于钱箱 2的左箱壁 21和右箱壁 22上的邻近后箱 壁的两个扣手 25, 使位于钱箱 2上的第一插槽 26和第二插槽 27分别与支架 8上的第 一条状凸起 86和第二条状凸起 87相对, 由后向前地移动钱箱 2, 钱箱 2上的第一插 槽 26和第二插槽 27与第一插槽 26和第二插槽 27插接, 随着钱箱 2继续移动, 支架 8上的第一定位柱 861和第二定位柱在弹性支撑部 861c的弹性力作用下, 分别插入钱 箱 2上的第一豁口 261和第二豁口 271, 实现钱箱 2位置固定, 此时, 在钱箱 2的顶 壁 23上的入币口 A1与识币机构 1的出币口连通, 这样, 经过验证为真的钱币可以由 识币机构 1的出币口经入币口 A1进入钱箱 2的内部, 钱箱 2可以正常使用。 当拆卸钱箱 2时, 用户把持钱箱 2上的位于钱箱 2的左箱壁 21和右箱壁 22上的 邻近后箱壁的两个扣手 25, 沿由前向后的方向拉拽钱箱 2, 第一插槽 26和第二插槽 27分别压制第一定位柱 861和第二定位柱, 使第一定位柱 861和第二定位柱缩回到空 腔内, 继续拉动钱箱 2, 可将钱箱 2由支架 8上拆卸下来。 本实施例中的自助终端设备使用本发明提供的钱箱, 无论自助终端设备为前维护 型还是后维护型, 都可以使用一种钱箱, 因此, 降低了自助终端设备的使用成本。 进 一步地, 在安装钱箱时必须使钱箱上的入币口与安装在支架上的识币机构的出币口相 对应, 才能使钱箱上的第一导向件与支架上的第二导向件插接配合, 避免了因安装方 向的变换可能造成的钱箱装反的问题, 保证了自助终端设备的正常使用, 提高了设备 的可靠性。 以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例而已, 并不用于限制本发明, 对于本领域的技 术人员来说, 本发明可以有各种更改和变化。 凡在本发明的精神和原则之内, 所作的 任何修改、 等同替换、 改进等, 均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1. 一种钱箱, 为长方体结构,其外壁包括相对布置的左箱壁(21 )和右箱壁(22)、 相对布置的前箱壁 (24) 和后箱壁、 以及相对布置的顶壁 (23 ) 和底壁, 其特 征在于, 所述外壁中的平行于所述钱箱的插接方向且相对布置的两个箱壁上分 别设有插槽 (26,27), 各所述插槽 (26,27) 沿所述插接方向的两端均为插接开 曰。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的钱箱, 其特征在于, 两个所述插槽 (26,27)在所述两个 箱壁上的位置沿垂直于所述插接方向的方向相互错开以防止所述钱箱装反。
3. 根据权利要求 2所述的钱箱, 其特征在于, 两个所述插槽 (26,27) 中的一个插 槽 (26) 设置在所述左箱壁 (21 ) 上, 两个所述插槽 (26,27) 中的另一个插槽
(27) 设置在所述右箱壁 (22) 上, 并且两个所述插槽 (26,27)在所述左箱壁 (21 ) 和右箱壁 (22) 上沿所述钱箱的高度方向的位置相互错开。
4. 根据权利要求 1所述的钱箱, 其特征在于, 各所述插接开口呈喇叭形状。
5. 根据权利要求 1所述的钱箱, 其特征在于, 所述外壁上具有由凹入区域形成的 用于插拔所述钱箱的扣手 (25 )。
6. 根据权利要求 1所述的钱箱, 其特征在于, 所述插槽 (26,27) 的上沿或下沿设 有定位豁口 (261,271 ) 或可伸缩的定位柱。
7. 一种自助终端设备, 包括识币机构(1 )、钱箱(2)、 以及安装所述识币机构(1 ) 和所述钱箱 (2) 的支架 (8), 其特征在于, 所述钱箱 (2) 为根据权利要求 1 至 4中任一项所述的钱箱, 所述支架 (8) 上设有与所述钱箱的插槽 (26,27) 插接配合的条状凸起 (86,87)。
8. 根据权利要求 7所述的自助终端设备, 其特征在于, 各所述插槽 (26,27) 的上 沿或下沿设有定位豁口 (261,271 )或可伸缩的定位柱两个中的一个, 所述条状 凸起(86,87)上设有所述定位豁口 (261,271 )或所述可伸缩的定位柱两个中的 另一个,所述定位豁口(261,271 )与所述可伸缩的定位柱可以插接配合或分离。
9. 根据权利要求 7所述的自助终端设备, 其特征在于, 所述支架(8)包括左侧壁
