技术领域
本发明涉及洗衣机领域, 尤其涉及一种滚筒洗衣机的自清洁方法及滚筒洗 衣机。
背景技术
现有的滚筒洗衣机尤其滚筒洗衣机在应用数月之后, 其内筒外表面和外筒 内表面会附着大量污垢, 主要由油污、 皮脂、 蛋白质、 线屑等杂质组成, 附着 力极强而且很容易滋生细菌。 再次洗涤衣服时, 这些细菌会进入到衣物内, 接 触到人体后会造成感染, 危害用户的健康。
现有滚筒洗衣机的自清洁功能, 也仅限于通过高水位、 高温、 长时间的空 筒洗涤的方式来清洗内筒和外筒, 跟洗涤衣物的方法类似。 但是由于没有施加 机械力, 内筒外表面和外筒内表面的污垢很难脱落, 再次使用还是会对衣物构 成二次污染, 达不到预期的洗涤效果。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提出一种滚筒洗衣机的自清洁方法和滚筒洗衣机, 应用 该方法, 能够解决现有技术中无法有效清洗滚筒洗衣机的内筒和外筒的污垢的 问题。
为达此目的, 本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种滚筒洗衣机的自清洁方法, 在设定的自清洁水位下, 使所述滚筒洗 衣机的内筒以预定旋转速度旋转一定时间, 旋转的内筒击打水面, 利用水与 内筒表面间的摩擦力以及内筒击打水面后飞溅的水滴对内筒外表面和外筒内 表面进行清洗, 该自清洁水位的水面与所述滚筒洗衣机的内筒相交并稍高于 内筒最低处。
优选的, 所述自清洁水位的水面与内筒表面相交的弦高大于 1mm 小于 50mm。
优选的, 所述内筒在以预定旋转速度进行旋转时可采用正向旋转、 反向旋 转或两种方向交替旋转的方式。
优选的, 所述预定旋转速度不低于 800r/m。
优选的, 自清洗时内筒旋转时间为 10秒至 600秒。
优选的, 在甩干程序开始前, 漂洗排水至自清洁水位时, 启动该方法进行 自清洁。
作为进一歩的改进, 该自清洁方法可在控制系统的作用下加入到漂洗程序 并自动启动, 启动的初始条件是自上次自清洁完成后累计洗衣次数不小于 m 次且不大于 n次。
当洗衣次数累计大于 m次同时洗衣重量低于 T值时, 进行自清洗并将累计 洗衣次数归零。
当洗衣次数累计大于 n次时, 强制进行自清洗并将累计洗衣次数归零。 同时提供一种滚筒洗衣机, 包括外筒、 内筒及控制系统, 该洗衣机采用上 述自清洁方法对内筒外表面和外筒内表面进行清洗。
本发明所述的滚筒洗衣机的自清洁方法及滚筒洗衣机, 使洗衣机内筒在稍 高于内筒最低处的水位下进行高速旋转, 利用水与内筒表面间的摩擦力以及内 筒击打水面后飞溅的水滴对内筒外表面和外筒内表面进行清洗, 对洗衣机内筒 施加了水流冲击的机械力, 可有效去除内筒外表面和外筒内表面附着的污垢; 同时通过洗衣机的控制系统, 可整合至甩干程序开始前漂洗排水时按一定规则 自动进行, 无须单独设置洗衣机自清洁程序, 有利于长期保持洗衣机内筒和外 筒的清洁。

下面结合附图并通过具体实施方式来进一歩说明本发明的技术方案。
图 1和图 2给出了一种使用本发明所述自清洁方法的滚筒洗衣机, 包括外 筒 1、 内筒 2及控制系统, 在控制系统作用下, 该洗衣机能保持水位至设定的 自清洁水位, 该自清洁水位的水面 4如图 1所示, 与滚筒洗衣机的内筒 2相交 并稍高于内筒 2最低处, 水面 4与内筒 2表面相交的弦高大于 1mm小于 50mm, 可根据内筒 2直径的大小进行适当的选择; 图 2给出了执行自清洁时的原理 图, 自清洁时, 滚筒洗衣机的内筒 2 以预定旋转速度旋转一定时间, 旋转的 内筒 2击打水面, 利用水与内筒 2表面间的摩擦力以及内筒 2击打水面后飞溅 的水滴对内筒 2外表面和外筒 1内表面进行清洗。
在自清洁的过程中, 内筒在以预定旋转速度进行旋转时可采用正向旋转、 反向旋转或两种方向交替旋转的方式, 尤其选用两种方向交替旋转可具有更 好的清洁效果。
所述预定旋转速度原则上应不低于 800r/m, 理论上具有一定的转速即具有 相应的清洁效果, 在相应洗衣机负荷允许的前提下, 亦可采用更高的转速, 可取得更好的清洁效果。 采用本方法时, 自清洗时内筒 2旋转时间为 10秒至 600秒。
在具体应用上述自清洁方法时, 可在洗衣机上设置单独的清洁程序, 比如 通过相应按键的操作启动该程序, 使洗衣机进行相应的自清洗动作。
作为另一种更优的选择, 可以将上述自清洁方法整合至整个洗衣机的洗衣 程序中, 在洗衣机控制系统的作用下, 使洗衣机能够根据设定的条件在洗衣 的过程中自动完成自清洁过程, 从而使洗衣机保持长时间的清洁。
对应上述方法, 如图 3所示, 给出了一种具体应用于滚筒洗衣机的自清洁 方法流程示意图。
在洗衣漂洗的排水阶段, 洗衣机的控制系统检测自上次自清洗完成后所累 计的洗衣次数, 若相应次数小于 m次, 比如 30次, 此时, 相应的洗衣机内外筒 相对清洁, 不需要进行自清洗, 洗衣机将水全部排除, 并相应进行甩干脱水; 洗衣次数达到 m次以上, 如 30次以上, 则根据本次洗衣量的大小决定是否进行 自清洗, 此时亦可根据洗衣量对应的档位进行选择, 如洗衣量较大, 自清洗过 程中电机的负载要求较高, 则不进行自清洗动作, 洗衣机将水全部排除, 并相 应进行甩干脱水; 如洗衣量较小, 自清洗过程中电机的负载较小, 则程序启动 自清洗程序, 并相应将洗衣累计次数归零, 并控制该洗衣机排水至设定的自清 洗水位, 使自清洁水位的水面与滚筒洗衣机的内筒相交并稍高于内筒最低处, 此时, 使内筒以预定旋转速度高速旋转一定时间, 在此过程中, 旋转的内筒击 打水面, 利用水与内筒表面间的摩擦力以及内筒击打水面后飞溅的水滴对内筒 外表面和外筒内表面进行清洗, 可由程序设定相应的旋转时间、 旋转方向和旋 转速度, 动作完成后相应进行甩干脱水, 完成洗衣过程。
若相应的洗衣次数累计达到 n次以上, 比如 50次, 在此过程中该洗衣机从 没有进行过一次自清洗动作, 则控制系统强制洗衣机在洗衣漂洗的排水阶段, 将洗衣累计次数归零, 控制该洗衣机排水至设定的自清洗水位, 使自清洁水位 的水面与滚筒洗衣机的内筒相交并稍高于内筒最低处, 此时, 使内筒以预定旋 转速度高速旋转一定时间, 在此过程中, 旋转的内筒击打水面, 利用水与内筒 表面间的摩擦力以及内筒击打水面后飞溅的水滴对内筒外表面和外筒内表面进 行清洗, 可由程序设定相应的旋转时间、 旋转方向和旋转速度, 动作完成后相 应进行甩干脱水, 完成洗衣过程。
上述方法通过控制系统将自清洁动作整合至甩干程序开始前漂洗排水时按 一定规则自动进行, 无须单独设置洗衣机自清洁程序, 有利于长期保持洗衣机 内筒和外筒的清洁。

2、 根据权利要求 1 所述的滚筒洗衣机的自清洁方法, 其特征在于, 所述 自清洁水位的水面与内筒表面相交的弦高大于 1mm小于 50mm。
3、 根据权利要求 1 所述的滚筒洗衣机的自清洁方法, 其特征在于, 所述 内筒在以预定旋转速度进行旋转时可釆用正向旋转、 反向旋转或两种方向交 替旋转的方式。
4、 根据权利要求 1 所述的滚筒洗衣机的自清洁方法, 其特征在于, 所述 预定旋转速度不低于 800r/m。
5、 根据权利要求 1 所述的滚筒洗衣机的自清洁方法, 其特征在于, 自清 洗时内筒旋转时间为 10秒至 600秒。
6、 根据权利要求 1至 6所述的任一种滚筒洗衣机的自清洁方法, 其特征在 于, 在甩干程序开始前, 漂洗排水至自清洁水位时, 启动该方法进行自清 洁。
7、 根据权利要求 6 所述的滚筒洗衣机的自清洁方法, 其特征在于, 该自 清洁方法可在控制系统的作用下加入到漂洗程序并自动启动, 启动的初始条 件是自上次自清洁完成后累计洗衣次数不小于 m次且不大于 n次。
