Claims (12)
- 타이어를 제조하기 위한 중간 공정에서 도출되는 타이어 중간제품에 타이어의 식별코드를 기록한 알에프아이디 태그를 부착하는 알에프아이디 태그 부착기;타이어를 제조하기 위한 복수의 공정마다 각각 도출되는 타이어 중간제품 또는 타이어 완제품에 부착된 상기 알에프아이디 태그에 기록된 식별코드를 읽어 들이는 복수의 알에프아이디 리더기;상기 복수의 공정마다 설치되어 해당 공정의 생산정보를 생성하는 복수의 공정 별 관리단말;상기 복수의 알에프아이디 리더기에서 읽어 들인 식별코드와 해당 식별코드를 갖는 타이어에 대해 상기 공정 별 관리단말에서 생성된 생산정보를 결합하는 로트 관리 서버; 및상기 로트 관리 서버로부터 상기 식별코드와 해당 공정의 생산정보를 결합한 데이터를 제공받아 타이어 생산 정보를 저장/관리하는 타이어 생산 관리 서버를 포함하는 알에프아이디 태그를 이용한 타이어 생산 관리 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 타이어를 제조하기 위한 복수의 공정은,타이어를 일부를 구성하는 반제품을 조립하여 그린케이스(green case)로 성형하는 성형공정;상기 그린케이스를 가열/가압하여 완제품 타이어 형상으로 제조하는 가류공정;상기 가류공정의 타이어 결과물을 검사하는 검사공정; 및상기 검사공정이 완료된 타이어 결과물을 타이어 사이즈 별로 선별하는 선별공정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 알에프아이디 태그를 이용한 타이어 생산 관리 시스템.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 알에프아이디 태그 부착기는, 상기 성형공정에 의해 제조된 그린케이스에 상기 알에프아이디 태그를 부착하는 것을 특징으로 하는 알에프아이디 태그를 이용한 타이어 생산 관리 시스템.
- 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서,상기 알에프아이디 태그 부착기는, 상기 그린케이스의 비드부 또는 인너라이너의 표면에 상기 알에프아이디 태그를 부착하는 것을 특징으로 하는 알에프아이디 태그를 이용한 타이어 생산 관리 시스템.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 복수의 알에프아이디 리더기 및 상기 복수의 공정 별 관리단말은, 상기 성형공정, 상기 가류공정, 상기 검사공정 및 상기 선별공정의 작업장 마다 하나씩 구비되며,상기 로트 관리 서버는, 각 공정에 구비된 알에프아이디 리더기로부터 상기 타이어의 식별코드 및 각 공정에 구비된 공정 별 관리단말로부터 각 공정의 생산정보를 제공받고, 각 공정에서 제공받은 타이어의 식별코드와 타이어의 식별코드를 제공받은 공정의 생산정보를 결합하여 상기 타이어 생산 관리 서버로 제공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 알에프아이디 태그를 이용한 타이어 생산 관리 시스템.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 성형공정의 관리단말에서 생성되는 생산정보는, 개별 타이어 각각이 속하는 성형 로트 정보, 성형공정이 이루어진 작업일, 성형 장비 정보, 성형공정을 수행한 작업자 및 작업반, 및 성형규격을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 알에프아이디 태그를 이용한 타이어 생산 관리 시스템.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 가류공정의 관리단말에서 생성되는 생산정보는, 개별 타이어 각각이 속하는 가류 로트 정보와, 가류공정이 이루어진 작업일, 가류 장비 정보, 가류공정을 수행한 작업자 및 작업반, 및 가류규격을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 알에프아이디 태그를 이용한 타이어 생산 관리 시스템.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 검사공정의 관리단말에서 생성되는 생산정보는, 개별 타이어 각각이 속하는 검사 로트 정보와, 검사공정이 이루어진 작업일, 검사공정을 수행한 작업자 및 작업반, 검사규격, 및 검사결과에 따라 개별 타이어에 부여된 등급정보를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 알에프아이디 태그를 이용한 타이어 생산 관리 시스템.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 선별공정의 관리단말에서 생성되는 생산정보는, 선별된 개별 타이어의 규격 정보, 출하일 및 출하지에 대한 정보를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 알에프아이디 태그를 이용한 타이어 생산 관리 시스템.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 타이어 생산 관리 서버는, 상기 복수의 공정마다 생성된 로트 정보를 이용하여 로트 현황을 생성하며, 상기 복수의 공정 별 재고 상태를 생성하고, 상기 복수의 공정에 적용되는 설비에 따른 타이어 중간제품 또는 완제품 품질현황 및 각 공정이 수행된 일/월별 품질현황을 생성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 알에프아이디 태그를 이용한 타이어 생산 관리 시스템.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 타이어 생산 관리 서버는, 선별된 타이어의 규격별 재고를 생성하고, 타이어 규격별 출하지를 생성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 알에프아이디 태그를 이용한 타이어 생산 관리 시스템.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 타이어 생산 관리 서버는, 일별 생산정보를 파악하여 생산 실적을 생성하며, 각종 검사 결과에 따른 타이어의 불량/수리/폐기 등의 상태를 생성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 알에프아이디 태그를 이용한 타이어 생산 관리 시스템.
