现有的显示面板的检测工艺中, 检测基台的清洁度对检测结果的影响很 大, 基台上微小的尘埃都会影响检测结果, 可能造成假不良。 另外, 如果基 台上存在碎屑等异物, 还可能导致显示面板破损, 产生重大损失。
现有的基台清洁主要是通过人工擦拭清洁。 清洁时人员需要进入设备, 一方面, 设备内部空间有限, 人员在设备内部作业不方便, 且设备内部有较 多的连接线和气管等, 存在被踩坏的隐患。 另一方面, 工作人员要经常进入 设备, 容易导致设备内部的尘粒增多, 且工作人员在设备内部具有一定安全 隐患。 发明内容

具体的, 所述尘粒吸附装置 11与所述擦拭装置 12水平设置, 即所述尘
粒吸附装置 11设置在所述擦拭装置 12的四周的任一个或多个方向, 与所述 擦拭装置水平地平行。 由于显示面板检测对基台清洁度的要求较高, 本发明 实施例提供的清洁装置 1还可用于清洁基台。 本发明实施例提供的清洁装置 1可包括尘粒吸附装置 11和擦拭装置 12 , 其中通过尘粒吸附装置 11可以初 步吸附基台上的异物,再通过擦拭装置 12可以清洁基台。 可选地, 尘粒吸附 装置 11吸附基台上的异物的步骤在擦拭之前, 之中或之后均可。

例如, 在本发明的另一个实施例中, 如图 2所示, 在所述清洁装置 1的 底部可安装有弹性装置 16 ,所述无尘布 103覆盖所述弹性装置 16。所述弹性 装置 16为凸出结构,如图 2所示, 所述弹性装置成弧形,使得所述清洁装置 1的底部凸出, 这样无尘布 103覆盖在弹性装置 16上, 无尘布 103在擦拭过 程中, 可以与基台表面充分接触, 改进擦拭效果。 例如, 所述弹性装置 16 可以是海绵、泡沫、弹簧等弹性体。另外,所述弹性装置 16还可以为圓片状、 方块状等, 只要其能形成凸出的平整平面, 便于支撑无尘布 103对基台进行 擦拭。
例如, 在擦拭装置 12的相对的两侧分别设置有一个尘粒吸附装置 11。 如图 2所示, 在擦拭装置 12的左右两侧分别设置一个尘粒吸附装置 11。
在擦拭装置 12的相对两侧分别设置有一个尘粒吸附装置 11 , 则所述清 洁装置在进行清洁时可以从设置有尘粒吸附装置 11 的任一端开始对基台进 行清洁, 更加方便。 且经过前面一个尘粒吸附装置 11和擦拭装置 12清洁之 后,还可以进一步通过另一个尘粒吸附装置 11再次进行吸附,保证基台清洁 的质量。
例如, 在本发明的另一个实施例中, 如图 2所示, 所述清洁装置还包括 风干装置 13 , 所述风干装置 13与擦拭装置 12以及尘粒吸附装置 11并排地 设置, 且设置在擦拭装置 12的相对两侧。
需要说明的是,风干装置 1 3与擦拭装置 12以及尘粒吸附装置 11并排设 置, 即其设置在同一水平线上。 由于无尘布浸有清洁液, 在擦拭装置 12进行
擦拭之后基台是湿的,则在擦拭完成之后,通过风干装置 13可以使得基板干 的更快。 具体的, 所述风干装置 13设置在擦拭装置 12相对的两侧, 其可以 是设置在擦拭装置 12和尘粒吸附装置 11之间, 还可以设置在尘粒吸附装置 11的外侧。 且所述清洁装置每一次进行清洁时, 位于擦拭装置 12的一侧的 尘粒吸附装置 11和擦拭装置 12另一侧的风干装置 13同时对基台进行清洁。
例如,在本发明的另一个实施例中,所述尘粒吸附装置 11与外部相连通, 可将吸附的尘粒传送至清洁装置外部。 由于清洁装置 1的体积较小, 可以将 尘粒吸附装置 11吸附的尘粒传送至清洁装置的外部,这样就不需要经常对尘 粒吸附装置吸附的尘粒进行清洁, 且可以进一步的改进清洁效果, 筒化清洁 过程, 并节约了人力和工作时间。
例如,在本发明的另一个实施例中,所述清洁装置还包括:控制电路 17 , 用于控制清洁装置的各个组成部分。所述控制电路 17用于控制清洁装置的各 组成部分进行清洁工作。 具体的, 所述控制电路 17 可以控制尘粒吸附装置 11、 电机模块 18、 风干装置 13等的运行, 进一步方便操作和控制。 例如, 所述控制电路 17可以控制电机模块 18 , 从而控制主动轴的转动, 完成无尘 布 103的替换,所述控制电路 17还可以控制尘粒吸附装置 11和风干装置 13 的开启和停止工作, 以协调各个组成部分的运行, 更高效率地完成对基台的 清洁。
例如, 在本发明的另一个实施例中, 所述清洁装置还可以包括: 固定装 置 15 , 用于固定所述清洁装置 1。 需要说明的是, 所述固定装置 15用于固定 清洁装置 1 ,其可以是与清洁装置一体形成结构,也可以是如图 1、图 2所示, 固定装置 15设置在清洁装置的顶盖 14上。 当然,所述顶盖 14还可以是其他 形状和结构, 本发明实施例中仅以附图为例进行说明。
本发明的实施例中, 所述清洁装置 1主要用于清洁检测基台, 则在对基 台进行清洁之前,所述清洁装置 1可以通过固定装置 15固定在检测装置固定 检测传感器的连杆上, 并通过控制电路 17控制清洁装置 1对基台进行清洁。 例如, 还可以根据需要通过控制电路 17使得清洁装置 1在基台上以直线、 S 形、 W形等各种路线来回运动对基台进行清洁, 确保清洁后基台的洁净。
以上所述, 仅为本发明的具体实施方式, 但本发明的保护范围并不局限 于此, 任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内, 可轻易 想到的变化或替换, 都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。 因此, 本发明的保 护范围应以所述权利要求的保护范围为准。
Claims
1、 一种清洁装置, 其中包括: 尘粒吸附装置以及擦拭装置, 所述尘粒吸 附装置用于吸附异物, 擦拭装置用于进行擦拭清洁, 所述尘粒吸附装置与所 述擦拭装置水平设置。
2、根据权利要求 1所述的清洁装置,其中所述擦拭装置包括两个容置空 间, 每一个容置空间分别设置有一个转轴, 无尘布的两端分别缠绕在所述两 个转轴上, 且所述无尘布至少覆盖清洁装置底部的部分, 其中一个容置空间 的转轴为主动轴。
3、根据权利要求 2所述的清洁装置,其中在两个转轴之间还设置有多个 传导轴, 用于传导无尘布。
4、根据权利要求 2或 3所述的清洁装置, 其中还包括电机模块, 所述电 机模块带动所述主动轴转动。
5、根据权利要求 2至 4中任一项所述的清洁装置, 其中, 在所述清洁装 置的底部安装有弹性装置, 所述无尘布覆盖所述弹性装置。
6、根据权利要求 1至 5中任一项所述的清洁装置,其中在擦拭装置相对 的两侧分别设置有一个尘粒吸附装置。
7、根据权利要求 1至 6中任一项所述的清洁装置,其中还包括风干装置, 所述风干装置与擦拭装置以及尘粒吸附装置并排设置, 且所述风干装置设置 在擦拭装置的相对两侧。
8、根据权利要求 1至 7中任一项所述的清洁装置, 其中, 所述尘粒吸附 装置与外部相连通, 可将吸附的尘粒传送至清洁装置外部。
9、 根据权利要求 1-8中任一项所述的清洁装置, 其中还包括控制电路, 用于控制清洁装置的各个组成部分的工作。
10、 根据权利要求 1至 9中任一项所述的清洁装置, 其中还包括固定装 置, 用于固定所述清洁装置。
