2012年 9月 6日申请人曾向中华人民共和国国家知识产权局提出了, 发 明名称为 《一种替代赛璐珞的乒乓球用材料及制造方法》 的发明专利申请, 申 请号为 201210327507. 9。 该申请中记载该材料由醋酸纤维素、 增塑剂、 增强材 料及颜料组成, 其制造方法是原料经高速混合后用双螺杆挤出机挤出造粒, 再 用单螺杆挤出机挤片。 本发明是对上述专利申请中制造方法的一个改进, 其特 点是利用现有的赛璐珞生产设备进行制造, 而不需另加双螺杆挤出机及单螺杆 挤出机等成套设备。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种乒乓球用醋酸纤维素片材, 该材料安全环保, 在力学性能和加工性能上与赛璐珞非常接近可替代赛璐珞用于制造乒乓球。
本发明的另一目的在于提供一种乒乓球用醋酸纤维素片材的制造方法, 该 制造方法是利用现有的赛璐珞生产设备进行制造, 乒乓球生产企业无需投入新 的设备即可进行制造。
为达到此目的, 本发明采用以下技术方案- 一种乒乓球用醋酸纤维素片材, 其主体材料由醋酸纤维素和辅助材料^成, 所述辅助材料包括增塑剂、 增强材料、 颜料及溶剂。
特别地,所述主体材料按重量份包括:醋酸纤维素 60— 80份,增塑剂 15— 25 份, 增强材料 1一 10份及颜料 1一 5份, 溶剂 50— 65份。

由于本材料的主要成份是醋酸纤维素, 在传统上醋酸纤维素是民用工业材 料, 不易燃易爆, 因此具有良好的安全性能, 彻底解决了乒乓球 (包括原料) 在生产、 贮存、 运输和使用中的安全问题。

4) .炼塑:将步骤 3过滤后的胶料放入炼胶机中, 加热压延混炼,温度控制为 70 ± 2°C, 时间 2〜2. 5小时, 出料时溶剂含量控制为 15〜18%, 所得材料在料板 上修切整齐, 5) .压块: 将步骤 4的材料放置到热压机上, 压力 5〜7Mpa, 温度为 92— 94 V , 热压时间控制为 4一 5小时, 然后冷却加压, 压力为 15— 20Mpa,
6) .切片烘干: 将步骤 5所得块状材料用刨片机刨成薄片, 放进 40— 50°C烘 房中烘 6— 8天,
7) .压平: 用压平机将出烘的片料加温加压平整后即可用于制造乒乓球。
