Description
机拒及具有该机拒的机拒组 本申请要求于 2013年 4月 7日提交中国专利局、申请号为 201310117633.6, 发明名称为 "机拒及具有该机拒的机拒组" 的中国专利申请的优先权, 其全部 内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本发明涉及通信领域, 尤其涉及一种机拒及具有该机拒的机拒组。
背景技术
现有单抢机拒主要采用底板、 顶板、 左右侧板(或框体)通过焊接形成骨 架, 内部不同位置根据需要焊接加强肋。由于是通过板材焊接而成,左右侧板、 底板、 顶盖不能自由更换, 从而使得这种机拒模块化程度低, 灵活性差, 同时 机拒整体焊接加工导致组装费时及搬运困难。
发明内容
本发明实施例所要解决的技术问题在于, 用于解决现有技术存在着的机拒 模块化低, 组装困难的问题。
为了实现上述目的, 本发明实施例提供如下技术方案:
一方面, 提供了一种机拒, 所述机拒包括底座、 至少三个立柱组件、 顶围 框、 顶盖及至少三个侧板, 所述底座及顶围框相对设置, 所述顶盖设置于所述 顶围框远离所述底座的一侧 ,所述至少三个立柱组件设置于所述底座及顶围框 一个所述立柱组件包括柱体、 内夹板及外夹板, 所述内夹板包括第一侧边和第 二侧边, 所述第一侧边和第二侧边的端面形成 "L" 型, 所述外夹板包括第三 侧边和第四侧边, 所述第三侧边和第四侧边的端面形成 "L" 型, 所述柱体夹 在所述内夹板及外夹板之间,所述内夹板的第一侧边与所述外夹板的第三侧边 之间用于夹持所述侧板,所述内夹板的第二侧边与所述外夹板的第四侧边之间 用于夹持所述侧板, 所述至少三个侧板与所述底座、 顶围框、 顶盖围成一收容 腔。
在第一种可能的实现方式中, 所述内夹板与所述柱体一体成型。

本发明提供的机拒, 通过可拆卸的外夹板的拼装, 从而能够简化立柱组件 的成型工艺。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清 楚、 完整地描述, 显然, 所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例, 而不是 全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例, 本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造 性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例, 都属于本发明保护的范围。
在本发明实施例中,通过可拆卸的外夹板的拼装,从而能够简化立柱组件 的成型工艺。
请一并参阅图 1至图 3 ,本发明第一实施例提供的机拒 100,所述机拒 100 包括底座 10、 四个立柱组件 20、 顶围^ I 30、 顶盖 40及四个侧板 50。 当然, 在其他实施方式中,根据所述机拒 100的形状, 所述机拒 100也可以包括三个 或更多立柱组件 20及三个侧板 50, 以适应三棱柱形、 五棱柱形等其他形状的 机拒。
所述底座 10及顶围框 30相对设置。 本实施方式中, 所述底座 10为矩形 板状结构。 所述底座 10可以是蓄电池抢底座或其他类型的底座。 所述底座 10 包括承载面 11及固定座 12。 所述承载面 11的四周加工四个围壁 13 , 用于贴 防水胶条 60, 实现门板或墙板之间的防水。 当然, 若所述机拒 100用于室内, 所述防水胶条 60也可以省略。 所述承载面 11的四角设计有 4个过孔 10a , 所 述过孔 10a用于固定所述立柱组件 20。 所述承载面 11还开设过线孔 10b, 用 于所述机拒 100出线模块的安装。
所述固定座 12 固定垂直于所述承载面 11 上。 本实施方式中, 所述底座 10包括四个固定座 12, 四个所述固定座 12分别位于所述底座 10的四角。 具 体地, 所述固定座 12垂直固定于所述承载面 11的四角, 用于加强所述立柱组 件 20与所述底座 10之间的连接。 请参阅图 4, 所述固定座 12包括底连接片 120、 第一侧连接片 121及第二侧连接片 122。 所述底连接片 120固定于所述 承载面 11上, 具体地, 所述底连接片 120通过螺钉固定于所述承载面 11上。 所述第一侧连接片 121及第二侧连接片 122固定于所述底连接片 120上,所述

所述外夹板 20c可拆卸的固定于所述柱体 21上。 所述外夹板 20c可以通 过多种方式固定于所述柱体 21上。 例如, 所述外夹板 20c可以和所述柱体 21 通过导轨及滑槽固定连接。 或所述外夹板 20c和所述柱体 21通过螺钉连接。 或所述外夹板 20c和所述柱体 21通过销子连接。 本实施方式中, 所述外夹板 20c设置有导轨 240、 250, 所述柱体 21开设与所述导轨 240、 250相配合的滑 槽 215a、 214a。 具体地, 所述外夹板 20c的第三侧边 215和第四侧边 214可拆 卸的固定于所述柱体 21外面的两个侧面 20d上,所述第三侧边 24及第四侧边 25呈直角连接。 由于所述第三侧边 24及第四侧边 25可拆卸式的固定于所述 柱体 21上, 方便实现所述机拒 100的快速拼装, 解决室外机拒拼装困难的问 题, 同时降低了所述柱体 21的加工难度, 提高了加工效率, 降低机拒成本。 所述第三侧边 24及第四侧边 25沿所述柱体 21的轴向延伸。 所述第三侧边 24 包括与所述滑槽 215a相配合的所述滑轨 240, 所述第四侧边 25包括与所述滑 槽 214a相配合的所述滑轨 250。 通过滑轨 -滑槽配合实现快速拼装, 提高加工
效率, 降低机拒成本, 解决现有机拒拼装困难的问题。 当然, 在其他实施方式 中, 也可以是所述外夹板 20c设置有滑槽, 所述柱体 21开设与所述滑槽相配 合的导轨。 所述滑槽 214a及滑槽 215a均为 T型槽。
请一并参阅图 9至图 13 , 所述滑轨 240 包括第一侧轨 240a及第二侧轨 240b, 所述第一侧轨 240a及第二侧轨 240b相互平行, 所述第一侧轨 240a及 所述第二侧轨 240b的截面均为 L形, 沿彼此远离的方向弯折。 当然, 在其它 方式中, 所述第一侧轨 240a也可以与所述第二侧轨 240b一体成型, 成为 T 型滑轨。所述滑轨 250包括第三侧轨 250a及第四侧轨 250b,所述第三侧轨 250a 及第四侧轨 250b相互平行, 所述第三侧轨 250a及所述第四侧轨 250b的截面 均为 L形, 沿彼此远离的方向弯折。 当然, 在其它方式中, 所述第三侧轨 250a 也可以与所述第四侧轨 250b—体成型,成为 T型滑轨。所述第三侧边 24及第 四侧边 25也可以与所述柱体 21一体成型。
将所述立柱组件 20固定在所述底座 10上时,所述第一侧连接片 121及第 二侧连接片 122位于所述第一侧边 22及所述第二侧边 23之间 ,所述第一侧连 接片 121平行于所述第一侧边 22, 所述第二侧连接片 122平行于所述第二侧 边 23 , 且与所述第二侧边 23通过螺钉 7连接。 具体地, 所述第二侧连接片 23 与所述螺母 8条通过所述螺钉 7连接。
所述各侧板 50设置于两个相邻的立柱组件 20之间, 所述各侧板 50相对 的两侧边 51分别夹持于两个相邻的所述立柱组件 20上所述侧板 50的侧边 51 分别夹持于所述第一^ ^口 21a及第二卡口 21b。 具体地, 所述第三侧边 24及 所述第二侧边 23之间, 或夹持于所述第一侧边 22及所述第四侧边 25之间, 从而实现无螺钉安装。 所述四个侧板 50与所述底座 10、 顶围框 30、 顶盖 40 围成一收容腔 100a。 为了提高门板或墙板之间的防水, 所述侧板 50与所述第 一侧边 22还设置有所述防水胶条 60。 当然, 在其他实施方式中, 若所述机拒 100用于室内, 所述防水胶条 60也可以省略。
其中一个所述侧板 50可以作为前门, 为了方便开闭, 所述侧板 50可以通 过铰链 4安装于所述立柱组件 20上 (请参阅图 2 )。 其他所述侧板 50也可以 更换为可打开的侧门或后门。
请一并参阅图 14至图 15 , 所述顶围框 30及所述底座 10相对设置。 本实 施方式中, 所述顶围框 30为矩形框架, 所述顶围框 30的四个角设置有与所述
滑槽 26的两个侧壁 26a、 26b相配合的缺口 31 (请参阅图 1 )。 所述缺口 31中 开设有通孔 31a, 通过螺钉 4与所述螺母条 8相连接。
所述顶盖 40设置于所述顶围框 30远离所述底座 10的一侧, 所述顶盖 40 的四角开设有与所述柱体 21的另一端 211的螺孔 211a相对应的通孔 41 (请 参阅图 1 ), 通过螺钉与所述柱体 21的另一端 211相连接。 当然, 在其他实施 方式中, 所述顶盖 40也可以与所述顶围框 30—体成型。
请一并参阅图 16及图 17, 为本发明提供的机拒组 200。 所述机拒组 200 包括第一机拒 101、 第二机拒 102、 条状并拒件 300及连接管 400。 所述第一 机拒 101、 第二机拒 102与上述机拒 100完全相同。 所述第一机拒 101、 第二 机拒 102并排设置,所述第一机拒 101、第二机拒 102通过所述条状并拒件 300 及连接管 400连接。
所述第一机拒 101、 第二机拒 102之间连通。 当然, 在其他所述方式中, 所述两个机拒 100之间还可以设置侧板 103。 所述机拒组 200可以直接通过所 述顶盖 500及所述底座 600连接, 从而省略所述连接管 400。
请一并参阅图 17至图 21 , 所述第一机拒 101、 第二机拒 102相邻的两个 柱体 101a, 102a设置有内夹板 101b, 102b和所述外夹板的第三侧边 101c、 102c, 相邻的两个所述柱体 101a, 102a的两个所述内夹板 101b, 102b的第二侧边 101d、 102d之间夹持侧板 103 , 所述第一机拒 101、 第二机拒 102之间相邻的 所述柱体 101a、 102a之间通过所述条状并轨件 300组装。
所述条状并轨件 300与所述柱体 101a、 102a通过滑槽与导轨固定连接。 当然, 在其他实施方式中, 所述条状并轨件 300与所述柱体 101a、 102a也可 以通过螺钉固定连接。 所述条状并轨件 300与所述柱体 101a、 102a也可以通 过销钉固定连接。具体地, 所述条状并拒件 300包括相对设置的两个并拒滑轨 310, 所述两个并拒滑轨 310分别配合在两个相邻的所述第一机拒 101、 第二 机拒 102的滑槽 101b、 102b内, 实现竖直方向无螺钉并拒。 通过具有所述并 拒滑轨 310的条状并拒件 300可提高所述机拒组 200的设计效率和加工效率, 满足不同客户的快速定制化需求。

在其他实施方式中,所述机拒组 200也可以包括三个或更多的机拒。例如, 所述机拒组 200还包括第三机拒(未图示), 所述第三机拒也包括底座、 四个 立柱组件、 顶围框、 顶盖及三个侧板。 所述底座及顶围框相对设置, 所述顶盖 设置于所述顶围框远离所述底座的一侧,所述四个立柱组件设置于所述底座及 上。 两个所述立柱组件包括柱体、 内夹板及外夹板。 所述内夹板包括第一侧边 和第二侧边, 所述第一侧边和第二侧边的端面形成 "L" 型。 所述外夹板包括 第三侧边和第四侧边, 所述第三侧边和第四侧边的端面形成 "L" 型。 所述柱 体夹在所述内夹板及外夹板之间,所述内夹板的第一侧边与所述外夹板的第三 侧边之间用于夹持所述侧板,所述内夹板的第二侧边与所述外夹板的第四侧边 之间用于夹持所述侧板。 所述第二机拒 102、 第三机拒相邻的两个所述柱体 102a设置有所述内夹板 102b和所述外夹板的第三侧边 102c,相邻的两个所述 柱体 102a的两个所述内夹板 102b的第二侧边 102d之间夹持所述侧板 103 , 所述第二机拒 102、 第三机拒之间相邻的所述柱体 102a之间通过所述条状并 轨件 300组装。
请一并参阅图 22至图 24, 为本发明第二实施方式提供的机拒 600, 所述 机拒 600与第一实施方式提供的机拒 100基本相同, 其不同之处在于, 滑槽 626邻近第一侧边 623的侧壁 626a与第一侧边 623—体成型, 第一侧连接片 621的边缘 62 lb与所述第二侧连接片 622的边缘对齐。
本发明提供的机拒,通过可拆卸的外夹板的拼装,从而能够简化立柱组件 的成型工艺。
以上所揭露的仅为本发明一种较佳实施例而已,当然不能以此来限定本发 明之权利范围, 因此依本发明权利要求所作的等同变化,仍属本发明所涵盖的 范围。
Claims
1. 一种机拒, 其特征在于: 所述机拒包括底座、 至少三个立柱组件、 顶 围框、 顶盖及至少三个侧板, 所述底座及顶围框相对设置, 所述顶盖设置于所 述顶围框远离所述底座的一侧 ,所述至少三个立柱组件设置于所述底座及顶围 少一个所述立柱组件包括柱体、 内夹板及外夹板, 所述内夹板包括第一侧边和 第二侧边, 所述第一侧边和第二侧边的端面形成 "L" 型, 所述外夹板包括第 三侧边和第四侧边, 所述第三侧边和第四侧边的端面形成 "L" 型, 所述柱体 夹在所述内夹板及外夹板之间,所述内夹板的第一侧边与所述外夹板的第三侧 边之间用于夹持所述侧板,所述内夹板的第二侧边与所述外夹板的第四侧边之 间用于夹持所述侧板, 所述至少三个侧板与所述底座、 顶围框、 顶盖围成一收 容腔。
2. 如权利要求 1 所述的机拒, 其特征在于, 所述内夹板与所述柱体一体 成型。
3. 如权利要求 1 所述的机拒, 其特征在于, 所述外夹板可拆卸的固定于 所述柱体上。
4. 如权利要求 1 所述的机拒, 其特征在于, 所述外夹板和所述柱体通过 导轨及滑槽固定连接。
5. 如权利要求 4所述的机拒, 其特征在于, 所述外夹板设置有导轨, 所 述柱体开设与所述导轨相配合的滑槽。
6. 如权利要求 4所述的机拒, 其特征在于, 所述外夹板设置有滑槽, 所 述柱体开设与所述滑槽相配合的导轨。
7. 如权利要求 1 所述的机拒, 其特征在于, 所述外夹板和所述柱体通过
螺钉连接。
8. 如权利要求 1 所述的机拒, 其特征在于, 所述外夹板和所述柱体通过 销子连接。
9. 如权利要求 1 所述的机拒, 其特征在于, 所述柱体是直四棱柱, 所述 内夹板位于所述柱体内部顶角位置的侧边。
10. 如权利要求 9所述的机拒, 其特征在于, 所述外夹板的第三侧边和第 四侧边可拆卸的固定于所述柱体外面的两个侧面上。
11. 如权利要求 1所述的机拒, 其特征在于, 所述第一侧边和第二侧边中 的至少一个固定有螺母条, 所述底座包括承载面及固定座, 所述固定座垂直固 定于所述承载面上, 所述螺母条与所述固定座固定连接。
12. 如权利要求 11所述的机拒, 其特征在于, 所述底座包括四个固定座, 四个所述固定座分别位于所述底座的四角。
13. 如权利要求 11 所述的机拒, 其特征在于, 所述内夹板的第一侧边和 第二侧边中的至少一个开设滑槽, 所述螺母条的两侧滑动配合于所述滑槽内。
14. 如权利要求 11 所述的机拒, 其特征在于, 所述螺母条通过螺钉固定 于所述第一侧边和第二侧边中的至少一个上。
15. 如权利要求 11 所述的机拒, 其特征在于, 所述螺母条通过销子固定 于所述第一侧边和第二侧边中的至少一个上。
16. 一种机拒组, 所述机拒组包括第一机拒、 第二机拒及条状并拒件, 所 述第一机拒、 第二机拒并排设置, 所述第一机拒、 第二机拒均包括底座、 至少 三个立柱组件、 顶围框、 顶盖及至少三个侧板, 所述底座及顶围框相对设置,
所述顶盖设置于所述顶围框远离所述底座的一侧 ,所述至少三个立柱组件设置 述立柱组件上, 至少一个所述立柱组件包括柱体、 内夹板及外夹板, 所述内夹 板包括第一侧边和第二侧边, 所述第一侧边和第二侧边的端面形成 "L" 型, 所述外夹板包括第三侧边和第四侧边, 所述第三侧边和第四侧边的端面形成 "L" 型, 所述柱体夹在所述内夹板及外夹板之间, 所述内夹板的第一侧边与 所述外夹板的第三侧边之间用于夹持所述侧板,所述内夹板的第二侧边与所述 外夹板的第四侧边之间用于夹持所述侧板, 所述第一机拒、第二机拒相邻的两 个所述柱体设置有所述内夹板和所述外夹板的第三侧边,相邻的两个所述柱体 的两个所述内夹板的第二侧边之间夹持侧板, 所述第一机拒、第二机拒之间相 邻的所述柱体之间通过所述条状并轨件组装。
17. 如权利要求 16所述的机拒组, 其特征在于, 所述条状并轨件与所述 柱体通过滑槽与导轨固定连接。
18. 如权利要求 16所述的机拒组, 其特征在于, 所述条状并轨件与所述 柱体通过螺钉固定连接。
19. 如权利要求 16所述的机拒组, 其特征在于, 所述条状并轨件与所述 柱体通过销钉固定连接。
20. 如权利要求 16所述的机拒组, 其特征在于, 所述机拒组还包括一个 第三机拒, 所述第三机拒包括底座、 至少三个立柱组件、 顶围框、 顶盖及至少 三个侧板, 所述底座及顶围框相对设置, 所述顶盖设置于所述顶围框远离所述 底座的一侧, 所述至少三个立柱组件设置于所述底座及顶围框之间, 所述各侧 板相对的两侧边分别夹持于两个相邻的所述立柱组件上,至少一个所述立柱组 件包括柱体、 内夹板及外夹板, 所述内夹板包括第一侧边和第二侧边, 所述第 一侧边和第二侧边的端面形成 "L"型, 所述外夹板包括第三侧边和第四侧边, 所述第三侧边和第四侧边的端面形成 "L" 型, 所述柱体夹在所述内夹板及外 夹板之间,所述内夹板的第一侧边与所述外夹板的第三侧边之间用于夹持所述

22. 如权利要求 16所述的机拒组, 其特征在于, 所述条状并拒件还包括 两个档边, 所述两个档边分别密封于两个相邻的所述第一机拒、第二机拒的滑 槽的侧壁上。
