本发明实施例提供一种室外拼装机拒及其安装方法, 用以克服现有技术 中整体焊接成型机拒的焊接变形较大的问题, 同时还降低机拒搬运难度。

图 3为图 1所示室外拼装机拒中立柱的安装结构示意图, 如图 3所示, 立柱可以包括设置在拒体内的靠近前门板的两根前立柱 61 和靠近后门板的 两根后立柱 62, 四根立柱的结构设置一方面要考虑机拒内的容积, 另一方面 要考虑对拒体的支撑强度, 优选一根前立柱和一根后立柱设置靠近左侧板, 另一根前立柱和另一根后立柱设置靠近右侧板。 由于本发明中相互拼接处的 板边依靠铆釘和 /或螺釘连接固定, 因此,本发明中的立柱可以置于拒体内侧, 且可采用空心型钢结构以减轻重量便于安装, 具体应用中, 可通过角钢 64将 立柱 61与顶板和底板进行连接固定,即通过螺栓或螺釘将角钢与顶板或底板 固定, 再通过螺栓或螺釘将角钢与立柱固定。 进一步地, 两根前立柱的上端 和下端分别安装有横梁 63 , 横梁两端通过螺栓与所述前立柱连接固定, 具体 实施中, 也可以通过上述的角钢将立柱上端的横梁与立柱进行连接, 即通过 角钢将横梁、 顶板、 立柱进行连接固定。 同样也可以通过角钢将立柱下端的 横梁与底板和立柱进行连接固定。 为加强整体强度, 也可以在两根后立柱的 上端和 /或下端安装横梁,还可以在立柱与左侧板和 /或右侧板之间增设连接件 以固定侧板与立柱之间的相对位置, 以及在前立柱与后立柱之间增设连接件 以固定前后立柱之间的相对位置, 从而提高机拒整体的强度。
图 4为图 1所示室外拼装机拒中后门板与左侧板的拼接结构示意图, 如 图 4所示, 左侧板 30的板边与后门板 50的板边相互拼接处形成1 ^状防水 迷宫结构, 在该拼接结构中, 对左侧板 30的板边依次弯折形成的弯折边包括 第一左侧板弯折边 31、 第二左侧板弯折边 32、 第三左侧板弯折边 33和第四 左侧板弯折边 34, 对后门板 50的板边依次弯折形成的弯折边包括第一后板 弯折边 51、 第二后板弯折边 52和第三后板弯折边 53 , 上述弯折边中左侧板 30的第一左侧板弯折边 31的表面与后门板 50的板面平齐以保证拒体表面的 平整美观, 通过缩小第二左侧板弯折边 32和第一后板弯折边 51之间的间隙 可以减少拒体外侧的雨水或灰尘进入拒体内,第三左侧板弯折边 33与第二后 板弯折边 52之间可以增设防水胶条 80, 并通过螺栓 90将第三左侧板弯折边 33与第二后板弯折边 52进行压紧连接固定, 使得两弯折边压紧防水胶条, 保证防水胶条 80的压缩量, 而通过第四左侧板弯折边 34可以进一步阻止水 进入拒体内。 通过上述的多重弯折边不仅保证了机拒的连接强度, 而且还保 证了雨水等难以进入拒体内, 这种防水迷宫结构同样也适用于右侧板与后门 板之间的拼接处。
图 5为图 1所示室外拼装机拒中顶板与右侧板的拼接结构示意图, 如图
5所示, 顶板 10的板边与右侧板 40相互拼接处形成 =¾=状防水迷宫结构, 在 该拼接结构中,对顶板 10的板边依次弯折形成的弯折边包括第一顶板弯折边 11、 第二顶板弯折边 12、 第三顶板弯折边 13、 第四顶板弯折边 14, 对右侧 板 40的板边依次弯折形成的弯折边包括第一右侧板弯折边 41、 第二右侧板 弯折边 42和第三右侧板弯折边 43 , 上述弯折边中顶板 10的第一顶板弯折边 11 的表面与右侧板 40的板面平齐以保证拒体表面的平整美观, 在第二顶板 弯折边 12与第一右侧板弯折边 41之间设有防水胶条 80, 通过螺栓 90调整 第四顶板弯折边 14和第三右侧板弯折边 43之间的间隙可以使第二顶板弯折 边 12与第一右侧板弯折边 41压紧之间设置的防水胶条 80, 提高密封性, 再 通过铆釘 91将第三顶板弯折边 13与第二右侧板弯折边 42进行铆接固定,使 得顶板 10与右侧板 40之间的连接能够长时间保持, 即使机拒在使用中, 螺 栓 90松脱, 防水胶条 80的压缩量也由于铆釘 91的铆接固定而得以保持, 所 以防水性能能够长久保持。 通过上述的多重弯折边及螺栓铆釘连接不仅保证 了机拒的连接强度, 而且还保证了雨水等难以进入拒体内, 这种防水迷宫结 构同样也适用于左侧板、 后门板与顶板之间的相互拼接处。
图 6为本发明室外拼装机拒的安装方法实施例一的流程图,如图 6所示, 本实施例的安装方法包括:
步骤 601、 通过铆釘和 /或螺釘将具有弯折结构板边的顶板、 底板、 左侧 板、 右侧板和后门板进行拼接形成拒体, 并使相邻板间相互拼接处的板边匹 配形成防水迷宫。 本实施例中, 在安装机拒之前, 首先将相应规格的板材的板边进行弯折 以形成对应的弯折结构板边, 拼装时, 将具有匹配弯折结构的板边进行拼接, 使相邻板间相互拼接处的板边匹配形成防水迷宫, 并通过铆钉和 /或螺钉进行 连接固定。 为了提高密封防水性能, 还可以在相互拼接处设置防水胶条、 发 泡胶或防水胶。
步骤 602、 将立柱安装在所述顶板和底板之间的拒体内。
在上述拼装形成拒体后, 可以在拒体内顶板和底板之间设置立柱以提高 机拒的连接强度。
步骤 603、 将前门板安装在所述拒体的开口处。
本步骤中, 将前门板安装在拒体上, 具体可以为: 在左侧板或右侧板的 板边上设置连接件, 如合页等, 使前门板可以旋转开关。
本实施例通过铆釘和 /或螺釘将具有弯折结构板边的顶板、底板、左侧板、 右侧板和后门板进行拼接形成拒体, 并使相邻板间相互拼接处的板边匹配形 成防水迷宫, 不仅能够保证连接强度, 而且还具有较好的防水性能, 通过拼 接使得本发明的机拒可以现场安装, 而且安装筒单, 从而避免了整体机拒的 运输难度大的问题, 而且拼接形成的机拒无需整体焊接, 避免了焊接变形问 题, 从而还保证了机拒的整体质量。
上述图 6所示的实施例中, 是先拼装形成拒体, 再在拒体内安装立柱以 加强机拒的强度, 实际安装中, 也可以先将立柱安装在顶板和底板之间, 再 拼装顶板和底板之间的侧板和后门板, 具体过程如下实施例二。
图 7为本发明室外拼装机拒的安装方法实施例二的流程图,如图 7所示, 本实施例的安装方法包括: 机拒安装之前, 对各个板材处理如上述实施例一, 具体安装时, 首先依 照安装尺寸将立柱固定在顶板和底板之间, 之后再进行侧板和门板的安装。
步骤 702、 通过铆釘和 /或螺釘将具有弯折结构板边的左侧板、 右侧板和 后门板分别安装在顶板和底板之间, 以使顶板、 底板、 左侧板、 右侧板和后 门板形成拒体, 并使相邻板间相互拼接处的板边匹配形成防水迷宫。
本步骤中, 将左侧板、 右侧板和后门板分别与顶板和底板进行拼装固定, 同时保证侧板与后门板之间的拼装固定, 拼装时, 将对应的弯折边匹配形成 防水迷宫, 并通过铆釘和 /或螺釘对拼接处进行连接固定。 为了提高密封防水 性能, 还可以在所述相互拼接处设置防水胶条、 发泡胶或防水胶。
步骤 703、 将前门板安装在所述拒体的开口处。
本实施例通过铆釘和 /或螺釘将具有弯折结构板边的左侧板、 右侧板和后 门板分别安装在顶板和底板之间, 以使顶板、 底板、 左侧板、 右侧板和后门 板形成拒体, 并使相邻板间相互拼接处的板边匹配形成防水迷宫, 不仅能够 保证连接强度, 而且还具有较好的防水性能, 通过拼接使得本发明的机拒可 以现场安装, 而且安装筒单, 从而避免了整体机拒的运输难度大的问题, 而 且拼接形成的机拒无需整体焊接, 避免了焊接变形问题, 从而还保证了机拒 的整体质量。
通过上述图 6或图 7所示的安装方法可以形成上述图 2所示的室外拼装 机拒。
最后应说明的是: 以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案而非对其进 行限制, 尽管参照较佳实施例对本发明进行了详细的说明, 本领域的普通技 术人员应当理解: 其依然可以对本发明的技术方案进行修改或者等同替换, 而这些修改或者等同替换亦不能使修改后的技术方案脱离本发明技术方案的 ^"神和范围。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1、 一种室外拼装机拒, 其特征在于, 包括: 拼装形成拒体的顶板、底板、 左侧板、 右侧板和后门板, 所述顶板、 底板、 左侧板、 右侧板和后门板中相 邻板间相互拼接处的板边均为向拒体内侧弯折以相互匹配形成防水迷宫的弯 折结构, 且所述相互拼接处的板边通过铆釘和 /或螺釘连接, 所述顶板和底板 之间的拒体内安装有立柱, 所述拒体的开口处装设有前门板。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的机拒, 其特征在于, 所述相互拼接处设有防水 胶条、 发泡胶或防水胶。
3、 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的机拒, 其特征在于, 所述立柱包括设置在 拒体内的靠近前门板的两根前立柱和靠近后门板的两根后立柱, 且一根前立 柱和一根后立柱设置靠近左侧板, 另一根前立柱和另一根后立柱设置靠近右 侧板。
4、 根据权利要求 3所述的机拒, 其特征在于, 两根前立柱的上端和下端 分别安装有横梁, 所述横梁两端通过螺栓或螺釘与所述前立柱连接固定。
5、 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的机拒, 其特征在于, 所述立柱为空心型钢 结构, 所述空心型钢通过角钢与所述顶板和底板连接固定。
6、 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的机拒, 其特征在于, 所述左侧板和右侧板 的板边与后门板的板边相互拼接处形成1 ^33!状防水迷宫结构。
7、 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的机拒, 其特征在于, 所述左侧板、 右侧板 和后门板的板边与顶板的板边相互拼接处形成 ^ k状防水迷宫结构。
8、一种如权利要求 1~7中任一项所述的室外拼装机拒的安装方法, 其特 征在于, 包括:
通过铆釘和 /或螺釘将具有弯折结构板边的顶板、 底板、 左侧板、 右侧板 和后门板进行拼接形成拒体, 并使相邻板间相互拼接处的板边匹配形成防水 迷宫;
将立柱安装在所述顶板和底板之间的拒体内;
将前门板安装在所述拒体的开口处。
9、 根据权利要求 8所述的方法, 其特征在于, 还包括: 在所述相互拼接 处设置防水胶条、 发泡胶或防水胶。
10、 一种如权利要求 1~7中任一项所述的室外拼装机拒的安装方法, 其 特征在于, 包括: 通过铆釘和 /或螺釘将具有弯折结构板边的左侧板、 右侧板和后门板分别 安装在顶板和底板之间, 以使顶板、 底板、 左侧板、 右侧板和后门板形成拒 体, 并使相邻板间相互拼接处的板边匹配形成防水迷宫;
将前门板安装在所述拒体的开口处。
11、 根据权利要求 10所述的方法, 其特征在于, 还包括: 在所述相互拼 接处设置防水胶条、 发泡胶或防水胶。
