这样如果小孩、老人、病人的体温超过正常体温,智能手机和主体手机都鸣叫 示警。让亲人或医生护士,可以立即知道,并及时采取措施。
智能手表具有温度传感器6,如果佩戴智能手表的是女性,还可以根据每天的 温度信息,得出佩戴的人的月经周期。
智能手表的电源开关7设置在下表盖24的背面,有几种优点。因为接触 不到,所以不会被小孩子误触摸,误关闭。电源开关7不是凸起的按键式开关, 而是在凹槽中的拨动式开关,或者针捅式开关。拨动式开关或针捅式开关更加 确保不会误操作。
如果不是家长本人,而是其他人试图摘取孩子的手表,或者试图关闭智能 手表时,那么必须先取下孩子的手表,而手表在取下时,温度传感器6就会触 发智能手机和主体手机都鸣叫示警。
为了效率和方便,前文提到的三重检测,会根据不同类型的信息,设定不 同的检测标准。有些类型的信息,无需检测,直接发送;有些类型的信息,用 简单检测;有些类型的信息,用双重检测;有些类型的信息,用三重检测。例 如,温度传感器6的温度值超过设定值范围,或者加速度传感器模块229的变 化值超过设定值,无需检测双方的电话号码,直接发送。例如,查看或发送智 能手表的电池电量的信息,只用简单检测。例如,发送GPS位置信息,打开麦 克风并录音,需要双重检测。例如,打开或关闭近距离无线通讯模块228;打开 或关闭温度传感器6;打开或关闭加速度传感器模块229,这些需要三重检测。
本发明的智能手表具有报时功能,如图6,表体的侧面带有报时按键5。 按下按键5,智能手表自动通过喇叭语音报出时间,按两下按键5,或者长按按 键5,智能手表自动报出日期和星期几。报时功能的时间来源可以有3个,一个 是来自智能手表主电路22上的时钟电路,通常是石英电路。一个是来自绑定的 主手机上的时间信息,当用户按下报时按键时,智能手表向主手机发送一个时 间信息的请求信息,主手机将时间值返回给智能手表。一个是来自运营商或智 能手表服务商的服务器,当用户按下报时按键时,智能手表向服务器发送一个 时间信息的请求信息,服务器直接返回时间信息。
为了节约按键,可以不用单独的报时按键5。而是和拨号键3共用一个键。 当同时按下某两个拨号键的时候,自动报时;当同时按下另两个拨号键的时候, 自动报日期和星期几。
拨号键可以设置成每个拨号键的颜色不一样,这样利于孩子区分和记忆。
报时功能还可以设置成每隔整点,智能手机自动语音报时或者自动震动报 时。
如图7,表体2的上表盖21上,设置有指示灯。指示灯包括两种,一种是 由主手机控制亮灭的指示灯8,智能手机本身无法设置指示灯8的亮灭。一种是 智能手机本身的功能性指示灯9,但主手机也可以控制其亮灭。指示灯9的例子 有智能手表的电池电量指示灯,电量在某个设定值以上,比较充足的时候,显 示绿色;介于某两个值之间的,黄色;电量低于某个值的,显示红色或红色闪 烁。指示灯9的例子还有佩戴智能手表的人,按下录音键开始录音时,有一个 录音指示灯。
指示灯8和指示灯9还可以是在表带上。
下面是指示灯8的例子。家长的主手机号码可以通过家长手机上的应用程序, 或者在运营商提供的服务器上设置孩子的智能手表上的指示灯8的亮灭。家长 还可以通过手机上的应用程序,或者在运营商提供的服务器上设置另外一个电 话号码对智能手机上的指示灯8的亮灭。例如智能手表上有2个指示灯,1个是 粉红色的指示灯,1个是绿色的指示灯。粉红色的灯由孩子的父母的手机控制开 关和亮灭;绿色的灯由孩子的父母的设定好由孩子的老师来控制开关和亮灭。 例如现在很多孩子在家里吃饭是个老大难的问题,一家人端着碗追着小孩跑, 可能喂饭喂个一两个小时,一顿才吃完。该睡觉的时候不好好睡。家长可以通 过粉红色的指示灯的亮灭代表孩子吃饭乖不乖,例如如果在家吃饭很乖,睡觉 很乖,那么这个粉红色的指示灯就亮着,如果不乖不听话,那么这个灯就灭着。 这样孩子第二天到了幼儿园,如果别人的手腕上的智能手表都是亮着的,自己 的是暗着的,就会很不好意思,被别的小朋友笑话,也被老师知道。孩子就会 有动力好好吃饭,家长就会很开心。家长可以设置老师的手机号码可以对孩子 的另一个绿色的指示灯的亮灭进行开关。如果孩子在幼儿园的表现很好,老师 就让绿色的指示灯亮着,如果表现不好,老师就让绿色的指示灯灭着。这样孩 子白天在学校的表现,晚上回家时,家长可以马上知道。每天孩子在幼儿园, 会互相比较谁的两个灯,粉红色的灯和绿色的灯都亮着,谁的手表都亮灯更漂 亮,还是谁的手表都不亮,不好看,这样会正向促进小孩子的小时候的行为无 论在家里还是在学校里,都会越来越好。
本发明的智能手表的表体内的近距离无线通讯模块228为蓝牙,或者WiFi,或 者超声波等无线通讯技术,通常为蓝牙模块。
当智能手表和绑定的主体手机之间的距离超过蓝牙接收距离的时候,即检测不 到绑定的对象的蓝牙信号时,智能手表和主体手机都鸣叫示警。或者智能手表 的蓝牙开关关闭的时候,智能手表和主体手机都鸣叫示警。
例如家长带着孩子去商场、超市、公园、火车站、汽车站等公共场所的时候, 孩子的智能手表和家长的主手机号码之间的蓝牙信号互相检测不到的时候,智 能手表和主手机都同时鸣叫示警。这样如果家长和孩子之间的距离超过蓝牙接 收距离,家长的手机会鸣叫示警,孩子的智能手表也会鸣叫示警,这样避免了 孩子走丢的危险。大大减轻了家长出门在外带小孩的心理负担。而且可以防范 人口贩子拐卖儿童的现象。
智能手表上可以没有蓝牙的物理开关,完全由绑定的主手机,通过向智能手表 上的控制电路模块225发送开启和关闭近距离无线通讯模块228。
智能手表的蓝牙只能和绑定的几个主手机号码进行蓝牙适配,而不能和其他蓝 牙装置适配。
智能手表在表体侧面也可以有蓝牙物理开关4,蓝牙物理开关4还可以和智能手 表的GPS模块227共用一个按键,称为蓝牙/GPS切换键。即按下时,打开蓝牙, 关闭GPS;再次按下时,关闭蓝牙,打开GPS。
当采用蓝牙物理开关4时,智能手表和主手机之间的蓝牙开启和关闭如图12所 示。步骤3001,智能手表打开蓝牙开关;步骤3002,主手机打开蓝牙开关。步 骤3003,智能手表的控制电路模块225检测主手机的蓝牙地址,是不是对应的 绑定的主手机号码,如果不是则蓝牙不连接(步骤3005)。步骤3004,主手机 的应用程序检测手表的蓝牙地址,是不是对应的绑定的手表号码,如果不是则 蓝牙不连接(步骤3005)。只有当智能手表和主手机互相验证了蓝牙地址无误后, 才建立彼此间建立蓝牙连接,如步骤3006。当智能手表和主手机建立蓝牙连接 后,如步骤3007,当智能手表检测到蓝牙连接断开,或者蓝牙信号值弱于设定 值的时候,则智能手表鸣叫示警(步骤3009)。如步骤3008,当主手机检测到 蓝牙连接断开,或者蓝牙信号值弱于设定值的时候,则主手机鸣叫示警(步骤 3010)。
在步骤3006,智能手表和主手机建立蓝牙连接时,蓝牙的物理开关自动失效(步 骤3011)。只有当主手机发送允许关闭蓝牙的操作指令给智能手表后,如步骤 3012;接下来的步骤3013,就是图10中的步骤1002至1006中的步骤。对主手 机发送的允许关闭蓝牙的操作指令进行验证后,进入步骤3014,智能手表的物 理开关才可以工作。步骤3015,按蓝牙按键,关闭智能手表的蓝牙。
即控制电路模块225不允许,先关闭智能手表上的蓝牙,再关闭主手机上的蓝 牙;必须是主手机在使用智能手表的应用程序内,先关闭和智能手表的蓝牙信 号连接,智能手表的蓝牙物理开关4才开始有效,否则无效。也就是控制电路 模块225会检测,只有当主手机端关闭蓝牙,并发送已关闭蓝牙信号的信息给 智能手表端的时候,蓝牙物理开关4才有效。否则,当控制电路模块225还没 有接受到主手机端已关闭蓝牙信号的信息时,如果蓝牙物理开关4被开关,智 能手表和主体手机都鸣叫示警。而且这种情况下的示警级别更高。这样有效防 止了歹徒试图去关闭孩子智能手表的蓝牙开关。
同样的,本发明的智能手表默认GPS模块是没有物理开关的,完全由主手机通 过控制电路模块225来进行远程开关。如果GPS模块配置了物理开关的情况, 和上文中的蓝牙模块一样,是不允许先关闭智能手表上的GPS模块的,只有主 手机先发送给智能手表的控制电路模块225,允许关闭GPS模块的信号时,GPS 模块物理开关才开始生效。
当然除了儿童的防走丢,防拐卖,这样功能也很适合老人、特殊病人的防走丢。 本发明的智能手表的尺寸可以变化,可以做成适合宠物的项圈,防止宠物走丢。
智能手表可以通过GPS模块227,把地理位置信息实时传输给绑定的主手机, 主手机用户可以在手机上的对应的智能手表应用程序上,实时的查看佩戴智能 手表的用户在地图上的地理位置信息,和在地图上的移动情况;也可以分日期, 分时间查看历史地理位置信息,或佩戴智能手表的用户在地图上运动的各种统 计信息。
本发明的智能手表,具有远程地理位置报警功能。当智能手表的地理位置超出 预先设置的范围时,智能手表和主体手机都鸣叫示警。主手机用户可以在手机 上的对应的智能手表应用程序上,在地图上直接划线来圈定、设置安全范围, 超过这个安全范围,智能手表和主体手机都鸣叫示警。
例如孩子去上幼儿园或者小学,通常的行进路线就是幼儿园、家里、从幼儿园 到家里的路上,这是有一个确定的范围的。首先家长可以远程查看小孩的地理 位置。其次家长可以设定,如果智能手表的地理位置在地图上超过某个范围, 智能手机和主体手机都鸣叫示警。这也是在家长不随身和孩子在一起的时候, 防止拐卖的功能。
本发明的智能手表包含加速度传感器模块229,当加速度传感器模块229的变化 值超过设定值的时候,智能手表和主体手机都鸣叫示警。
这样如果佩戴智能手表的小孩、老人、病人发生剧烈运动,如跌倒、打斗等, 亲人或医生护士,可以立即知道,并及时采取措施。
加速度传感器示警可以在孩子遇到歹徒反抗时,剧烈摇晃手臂的时候,及时鸣 叫示警,吓走歹徒。家长马上知道情况,还可以远程打开麦克风模块221进行 录音,如录音证实情况属实,可以立即向警方报警,并将智能手表的GPS位置 发送给警方。
本发明的智能手表还可以包含录音按键。还可以带有耳机插孔232。这样小孩如 果在学校,老师讲到重点的内容,可以选择录下来,回家后复习。可以直接在 智能手表上听录音复习,也可以将录音传到主手机上或者电脑上进行复习,和 保存,归档等。
当然智能手表还可以将音乐文件从网络上,或绑定的手机,电脑上,保存到智 能手表的存储模块224上,可以通过智能手表听音乐。
有了近距离短距离示警,地理位置中长距离示警,体温示警,加速度示警,远 程录音,直接拨号电话功能。家长基本可以确保孩子的安全。近距离短距离示 警可以是蓝牙示警,地理位置中长距离示警可以是基于GPS模块,也可以是基 于智能手表的手机卡相对于运营商的基站位置计算而来。
由于本发明的智能手表的电源开关设置在下表盖的下方,所以如果非绑定的主 手机用户的其他人试图关闭智能手表,就必须先取下智能手表,那么在试图取 下智能手表的时候,上文所述的温度传感器的示警,和加速度传感器的示警, 就会让智能手表和主手机同时鸣叫示警。
控制电路模块225还可以设置在特定条件下的自动运行程序。例如当检测到智 能手表的蓝牙开关关闭的时候,自动打开麦克风录制设定时间的录音,例如自 动录音2分钟;自动记录GPS位置信息。
本发明的智能手表默认的设置是没有任何屏幕,所以十分省电。现在市面上的 各种智能电子终端,触摸屏的耗电就占了整个设备耗电的接近一半,例如配备 触摸屏的智能手表,屏幕的耗电就占整个手机耗电的一半。
本发明的智能手表还可以配置有太阳能模块,给电池充电,给智能手表供电。 例如图9,就在上表盖21上设置有太阳能模块11。当然太阳能模块11也可以 设置在表带上。
本发明的智能手表在各种耗电的情况下,也可以如图8一样,在上表盖上配置 屏幕10,屏幕10可以是黑白非触摸屏幕,早期电子手表用的那种黑白电子屏幕, 或者电子墨水屏幕。也可以是彩色屏幕和彩色触摸屏幕。
本发明的智能手表还可以配置有三轴陀螺仪,记录佩戴智能手表的各种运动信 息。
本发明的智能手表还可以配置有WiFi模块,及将智能手表的手机信号,转成 WiFi信号的电路,即无线热点的功能。这样,如果智能手表的手机卡为3G,4G,5G 等高速无线网,智能手表就可以将手机卡的3G,4G,5G信号,转换成WiFi热点, 供用户其他的电子设备使用,例如供用户的手机,平板电脑,笔记本电脑,一 体机电脑或台式电脑使用。
本发明的马达模块230,可以接受绑定的主手机的信号,用给定的频率,幅度, 方向进行震动。也可以反过来,用本身的震动的频率,幅度,方向来反馈并控 制绑定的主手机的马达震动的频率,幅度,方向;也可以是两个绑定的智能手 表之间的马达震动频率,幅度,方向的互相控制和反馈。
根据本发明的思想所做的具体的布局和操作方式都在本发明的保护范围内,对 本发明的具体实例中位置、数量、种类等进行替换和移位都在本发明的保护范 围内。
例如将拨号按键3,放置在上表盖上或者表带上。例如主电路22上的221至232 的各个电路模块,是全部放在一个PCB电路板上,还是一个大多数放在一个主 的PCB电路板上,其他的几个电路模块放在一个或多个副的PCB电路板上。主 电路22上的221至232的各个电路模块,每个模块可以是单个电路或单个芯片, 也可以是几个模块整合在一个模块上。例如近距离无线通讯模块228和GPS模 块227整合在一个芯片上,例如同一个芯片提供蓝牙功能,GPS功能,或者同 一个芯片提供蓝牙功能,GPS功能,加上WiFi功能。例如各种传感器,温度传 感器,加速度传感器等集成在一个芯片上。例如控制电路模块225和CPU模块 226整合在一个芯片上。
主电路22上的221至232的各个电路模块,也可以根据情况,减少一个或几个 模块。例如,没有GPS模块227,例如没有存储模块224,例如没有马达模块 230。
接头231,提供智能手表连接到电源上充电,或者提供智能手表连接到绑定的手 机或电脑上进行各种设置。接头231通常是Mini USB接头。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解:以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例而已,并不 用于限制本发明,尽管参照前述实施例对本发明进行了详细的说明,对于本领 域的技术人员来说,其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改, 或者对其中部分技术特征进行等同替换。凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所作 的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种智能手表,其特征在于包含表带,表体,表体上的拨号键;表体包括上 表盖,主电路,电池,下表盖;主电路包括电话功能模块,麦克风模块,喇叭 模块,CPU模块,控制电路模块,GPS模块,存储模块,近距离无线通讯模块,加 速度传感器模块,马达模块,耳机插孔,接头;
    控制电路模块,控制主电路中的其它各个模块的开启和关闭;
    智能手表和一个或多个手机绑定,由绑定的手机上的应用软件来对智能手表 中的控制电路模块,发送开启和关闭智能手表中的各个功能模块的指令,并由 控制电路模块实施开启,关闭的操作。
    拨号键有1个或多个,每个拨号键对应拨打一个设定的固定的电话号码;同 时按下两个拨号键为报时功能,语音报出日期,星期几,时间;
    智能手表的电源开关设置在下表盖的背面。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的智能手表,其特征在于当智能手表和主手机绑定后, 会产生一个绑定对应关系列表,这个绑定对应关系列表保存在智能手表内和主 手机内,也可以保存在运营商或智能手机服务商的服务器上;智能手表,主手 机,服务器根据这个绑定对应关系列表进行连接安全的监测;
    根据不同类型的信息,设定不同的检测标准;有些类型的信息,无需检测, 直接发送;有些类型的信息,用智能手表,主手机,服务器中的一个检测;有 些类型的信息,用智能手表,主手机,服务器中的两个检测;有些类型的信息, 用智能手表,主手机,服务器这三个检测;
    智能手表的检测功能模块在控制电路模块中,主手机的检测功能模块在主手 机的智能手表应用软件内。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的智能手表,其特征在于主手机在应用软件内,给绑定 的智能手表发送控制信息(操作指令):
    打开或关闭近距离无线通讯模块;打开或关闭GPS模块,查看GPS位置信 息;打开或关闭电话功能模块;打开麦克风模块,并录音;打开或关闭马达模 块,并可以给马达模块发送震动的幅度、频率和方向的指令;调节音量的信息; 查看智能手表电池电量信息;打开或关闭加速度传感器模块;打开或关闭温度 传感器,查看温度信息;打开或关闭指示灯;
    智能手表可以向绑定的主手机发送信息:
    GPS位置信息;根据智能手表手机信号计算出的地理位置信息;电池电量信 息;录音内容信息;加速度传感器信息;马达震动信息,包括马达震动的频率, 幅度,方向的信息;温度传感器的温度信息。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的智能手表,其特征在于在下表盖上或者表带上,有温 度传感器,当温度传感器的值超过设定的值,智能手机和主手机都鸣叫示警。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的智能手表,其特征在于包含指示灯,和智能手表绑定 的主手机可以远程控制智能手表上的指示灯,打开或关闭。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的智能手表,其特征在于近距离无线通讯芯片为蓝牙, 当智能手表和绑定的主手机之间的建立蓝牙连接后,当智能手机和主手机检测 到蓝牙连接断开,或者蓝牙信号值弱于设定值的时候智能手表和主手机都鸣叫 示警;
    当智能手表具有蓝牙物理开关时,当智能手表和主手机建立蓝牙连接时,蓝 牙的物理开关自动失效;只有当主手机发送允许关闭蓝牙的操作指令给智能手 表后,或者当主手机端关闭蓝牙,并发送已关闭蓝牙信号的信息给智能手表端 的时候,,智能手表的物理开关才可以工作。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的智能手表,其特征在于智能手表可以通过GPS模块把 地理位置信息实时传输给绑定的主手机,主手机可以远程查看智能手表目前的 地理位置;当智能手表的地理位置超出设定的范围时,智能手机和主手机都鸣 叫示警。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的智能手表,其特征在于包含加速度传感器模块,当加 速度传感器模块的变化值超过设定值的时候,智能手表和主体手机都鸣叫示警; 智能手表配置有三轴陀螺仪。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的智能手表,其特征在于没有屏幕,或配置黑白非触摸 屏;在上表盖或表带上,设置有太阳能模块;配置有WiFi模块,将智能手表的 手机信号,转成WiFi信号的电路,即无线热点的功能。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的智能手表,其特征在于智能手表的马达模块,可以 接受绑定的主手机的信号,用给定的频率,幅度,方向进行震动;或者用智能 手表本身的震动的频率,幅度,方向来反馈并控制绑定的主手机的马达震动的 频率,幅度,方向;可以是两个绑定的智能手表之间的马达震动频率,幅度, 方向的互相控制和反馈。
