技术领域
本实用新型属于炭烤炉领域, 具体的说是涉及一种斜圈下排风凹进式防火新型炭烤炉。 背景技术
目前大多数使用的凹进式下排风炭烤炉的餐饮店,他们所使用的炉具基本有两种,其中一种是 韩式风格 (包括烤网与桌面都在同一平面上的炭烤炉具), 第一缺陷都是无新风风箱, 大炉桶和小炉桶 都是排风风箱,所以炭盆本身也向下排风,大炉桶和小炉桶之间的排烟通道也向下排烟,这就导致油脂、 火星等, 可以顺着炭盆经小排风箱和大排风箱共同进入地下烟道, 明显的缺陷是: 烤肉油脂、 有人无意 倒入炭盆的拌肉豆油、 炭灰、 带火星的木炭或者油脂都能顺着进入排烟道, 所以频繁发生火灾。 第二个 缺陷是由于炭盆的中间往下排风更容易,大炉桶和小炉桶之间排烟通道排的风就少,所以过烟过火效果 极差, 越烤越干, 口感不好。
第二种炭烤炉具是日式风格, 第一缺陷是新风口无电机, 无法控制其风量, 任其自由进入, 导 致火力无法控制, 容易把食物烤不熟或者烤过火, 烤食品无效率、特别慢。 第二缺陷是大炉桶的桶底无 水槽,如果火苗过长或有火星进入大炉桶与小炉桶之间的排烟通道,再滑入地下排烟通道,则引起火灾。 第三缺陷是大炉桶不够长, 火苗易窜入地下排烟通道, 容易引起火灾。 第四缺陷是过滤差, 油烟过多导 致排烟通道积累大量油脂和污垢, 存在火灾隐患, 同时污染空气。
以上两种风格的炭烤炉具所产生的烤烟都从食物的下方或烤网的下方流走, 无法烟过食品或者 火过食品, 烤网上的食物不能过烟过火, 造成食物水分损失, 口感不好。
发明内容
为了克服上述技术缺陷, 本实用新型提供了一种烤网直径大, 炭火旺, 斜圈下排风凹进式防火 新
型炭烤炉。本实用新型采用的技术方案: 斜圈下排风凹进式防火新型炭烤炉是由兜风股圈、排烟吸风口 斜圈、 炭烤盆、 新风风箱、 排烟风箱、 电机组成, 其特征在于: 在排烟吸风口斜圈与烤网接触的上部分 有排烟吸风口,在排烟吸风口斜圈的上方坐落一个兜风股圈,烤网是架设在排烟吸风口斜圈的排烟吸风 口的下方, 在烤网与排烟吸风口斜圈接触的位置、排烟吸风口的前方架设挡风垂直立圈, 炭烤盆搭在排 烟吸风口斜圈的下端, 悬落在新风风箱里, 在新风风箱的顶端有一个封闭槽, 排烟吸风口斜圈的下端放 入封闭槽里,新风风箱通过排烟风箱底部的支架支撑坐落在排烟风箱里,新风管道通过排烟风箱外部进 入新风风箱里, 新风风箱通过新风管道与电机连接, 排烟风箱与地下排烟管道连接。

所述的斜圈下排风凹进式防火新型炭烤炉,地下排烟管道口高出排烟风箱的箱底, 在其周围设 置水槽。
所述的斜圈下排风凹进式防火新型炭烤炉,地下排烟管道的入口处放置一张过滤网。
