- Air-Conditioning For Vehicles (AREA)
Abstract
Description
本発明の建設機械によれば、キャブの室内空間の美観を良好に保ちながら、運転者の側方における斜め下の良好な視界を確保することが可能となる。
まず本発明の実施の形態1における建設機械の一例としてモータグレーダの構成について図1を用いて説明するが、本発明は油圧ショベル、ブルドーザなどのキャブを備えた建設機械に適用可能である。
本実施の形態によれば、図3に示すようにカバー36は、コンソール35の側面窓3C側に配置され、かつダクト37a、37bの上方を覆っている。このため、ダクト37a、37bがキャブ3内においてむき出しになることはない。よって、キャブ3の室内空間の美観を良好に保つことができる。
Claims (7)
- 内部空間を有する建設機械用キャブであって、
前記内部空間内において前記キャブの床面上に配置された運転席と、
前記運転席の側方に配置された側面窓と、
前記運転席と前記側面窓との間に配置されたコンソールと、
前記内部空間内に配置された空気調和装置と、
前記コンソールの前記側面窓側に前記コンソールからブラケットを介在して配置されたカバーとを備え、
前記側面窓の下端は、前記床面からの高さにおいて前記コンソールの前記側面窓側に位置する上端部よりも低い位置にあり、
前記カバーの前記側面窓側に位置する上端部は、前記コンソールの前記側面窓側に位置する前記上端部と前記側面窓の前記下端とを結ぶ仮想の直線上または前記仮想の直線よりも下側に位置しており、かつ前記側面窓の前記下端よりも上方に位置している、建設機械用キャブ。 - 前記空気調和装置に接続され、かつ上面視において前記コンソールと前記側面窓との間に位置する部分を有するダクトをさらに備えた、請求項1に記載の建設機械用キャブ。
- 前記側面窓の前方側において前記床面に対して上下方向に延びる送風ダクトをさらに備え、
前記カバーは、前記前方側に切欠部を有しており、前記送風ダクトに前記切欠部を嵌めることで取付けられている、請求項1または2に記載の建設機械用キャブ。 - 前記カバーの前記切欠部よりも後方側の部分と前記側面窓との間には隙間空間が設けられている、請求項3に記載の建設機械用キャブ。
- 前記カバーの上面には、凹部と、前記凹部の周囲に配置された凸部とが設けられている、請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載の建設機械用キャブ。
- 上面視において前記カバーの前方端部の位置は前記コンソールの前方端部の位置と揃っている、請求項1~5のいずれか1項に記載の建設機械用キャブ。
- 請求項1~6のいずれか1項に記載の前記建設機械用キャブを備えた、建設機械。
