- 코일로 인가되는 전기적 교번신호와 마그네트를 포함한 자기회로가 상호 작용하면서 진동하여 음원에 대응되는 음향신호를 출력시키는 사운드 제너레이터(20);자동차 중에서 간격을 둔 이중의 면인 제1,2확산체(31)(32) 또는 단일의 면인 제1확산체(31)와 그 면에 돌출된 프레임 형태로 고정되는 보강프레임(33)으로 이루어진 확산체(30);상기 사운드 제너레이터(20)를 수용하되, 상기 제1확산체(31)와 제2확산체(32) 또는 보강프레임(33) 사이에서 가압력을 제공하여 밀착 고정이 이루어지도록 함과 동시에 사운드 제너레이터(20)에서 발생된 음향을 확산체(30)에 대해 입체적으로 전달시키는 제너레이터 하우징(10); 을 포함하는 것,을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 외부 음향출력장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 케이스(11)는,상기 사운드 제너레이터(20)를 수용하되, 상기 제1확산체(31)에 대한 음향전달면(11a)을 제공하는 케이스(11); 상기 케이스(11)의 일측 면 양측 방향으로 돌출되어 나사 조임에 의해 제2확산체(32) 또는 보강프레임(33)에 대한 가압력을 제공하면서 상기 음향전달면(11a)을 제1확산체(31)로 밀어서 밀착시키는 고정수단(12)을 포함하여서 된 것,을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 외부 음향출력장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 케이스(11)는일측 외주연 또는 양측 외주연에 플랜지(11b)가 마련된 것,을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 외부 음향출력장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 케이스(11)는일측 외주연 또는 양측 외주연에 플랜지(11b)가 마련되고, 이 중 일측 플랜지(11b) 표면 외곽 부분의 면에 상기 고정수단(12)의 일측 단이 인입되어, 상기 표면의 외곽 부분의 면으로 돌출되지 않고 동일 높이를 가지도록 하는 한편, 상기 고정수단(12)의 좌우 유동을 방지하는 고정홈(11c)이 마련되고, 상기 고정홈(11c)에는 고정수단(12)을 조여서 고정시키는 나사공(11d)이 형성된 것,을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 외부 음향출력장치.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 일측 외주연의 플랜지(11b)는 고정수단(12)의 고정 부위를 제공하고, 타측 외주연이 확장되어서 이루어진 플랜지(11b')는 음향전달면을 확장시키는 것,을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 외부 음향출력장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 고정수단(12)은고정편(12a);상기 고정편(12a) 중제2확산체(32)에 대응되는 일측 단에 마련되어, 제2확산체(32)에 대한 가압력 내지 밀착력을 제공하는 부피체(12b);나사가 관통하여 상기 케이스(11)의 일측 면에 형성되는 나사공(11d)에 결합될 수 있도록, 상기 고정편(12a)의 타측 단에 형성된 구멍(12c);을 포함하는 고정체인 것,을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 외부 음향출력장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 사운드 제너레이터(20)는코일로 인가되는 전기적 교번신호와 마그네트를 포함한 자기회로가 상호 작용하면서 진동하여 음원에 대응되는 음향신호를 출력시키는 것으로, 상기 자기회로를 케이스(11) 내에 지지하는 지지수단을 포함하여 구성된 것,을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 외부 음향출력장치.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 진동은상기 코일의 일측 단에 고정된 진동판의 진동에 의해 음향이 출력되거나, 상기 자기회로의 진동에 의해 음향 내지 진동력이 출력되거나, 상기 진동판의 진동과 자기회로의 진동이 동시에 이루어지는 것 중 어느 하나인 것,을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 외부 음향출력장치.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 진동은코일 방향으로의 직선 왕복 운동 또는 코일을 중심으로 좌우 직선 왕복 운동인 것,을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 외부 음향출력장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 확산체(30)는 자동차의 보닛으로서,내부에 공간을 갖는 제1확산체(31)와 제2확산체(32)로 이루어진 2중 구조로 이루어진 것,을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 외부 음향출력장치.
- 제11항에 있어서, 제2확산체(32)의 면에 상기 케이스(11)의 직경 보다 큰 원형 구멍 또는 장축과 단축을 갖는 장공으로 이루어진 설치구멍(32')이 마련 것,을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 외부 음향출력장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 확산체(30)는 자동차의 보닛으로서,요철이 형성된 보강프레임인 패널인 제1확산체(31)에 용접 결합시킨 2중 구조로 이루어진 것,을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 외부 음향출력장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 고정수단(12)은"┏"형상으로 절곡되어, 수평 방향의 면은 케이스(11)에 나사 결합을 위한 구멍(121a)이 형성되고, 수직방향의 면에는 상으로 경사진 형상의 톱니(121b)가 수직방향을 따라 형성된 고정편1(121);"┛"형상으로 절곡되어, 수직 양단부는 "ㄷ"자 형상으로 절곡되어 고정편1(121)의 수직이동을 지지하는 가이더(122a)가 형성되고, 수직 방향의 면에는 고정편1(121)의 톱니(121b)에 대응되는 톱니(122b)가 형성되고, 수평방향의 선단부에는 상기 제2확산체(32)에 형성되는 설치구멍(32')의 주연부에 끼워져 고정되는 고정부재(122c)가 형성된 고정편2(122);을 포함하여 구성된 것,을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 외부 음향출력장치.
