该吸嘴盖202包括带有中心孔202a的盖板202b、从盖板202b上垂直延伸的外筒壁202c、以及从中心孔202a的周缘垂直延伸的内筒壁202d,其中外筒壁202c和内筒壁202d延伸的方向相同。外筒壁202c通过过盈配合的方式固定设置在保护套201的第一端内。
图6是本发明中雾化器200的电池杆连接件203的示意图;图7是本发明中雾化器200的电池杆连接件203的剖视图。结合图6和图7所示,电池杆连接件203包括相互连接的保护套连接部分203a、以及电池杆连接部分203b。在电池杆连接件203上,设置有沿着保护套201的轴向延伸的中心孔203c。保护套连接部分203a通过过盈配合固定在保护套201的第二端内,为了辅助插入保护套201,在保护套连接部分203a远离电池杆连接部分203b的一端,设置有导角203d。电池杆连接部分203b外露于保护套201外。在电池杆连接部分203b外,设置有用于连接电池杆300的外螺纹203e。
为了使得电池杆连接件203固定连接到保护套201内后不容易被拆下,在保护套连接部分203a和电池杆连接部分203b的邻接处,设置有凹槽203f。该凹槽203f由切割电池杆连接件203的外表面而形成,在垂直于保护套201的轴线的方向上,电池杆连接件203在凹槽203f处的截面外周为方形、圆形、三角形、锥形、梯形、波浪形中的任意一种。
如图8所示,在垂直于保护套201的轴线的方向上,电池杆连接件203在凹槽203f处的截面外周也可以是其它的不规则形状,例如,包括多个间隔设置的凹进211,这些凹进211绕着保护套201的轴线方向在同一圆周上均布,或者不均匀分布。相邻的凹进211之间形成凸起212,这些凹进211的深度可以彼此相同,或者各不相同;类似地,这些凸起212的高度可以彼此相同或不同。
该凹槽203f的深度使得:电池杆连接件203在该凹槽203f处的壁厚为0.05mm-0.2mm。由于该壁厚非常薄,当使用外力、在垂直于保护套201轴向的方向上对电池杆连接件203加以弯折时,会导致电池杆连接件203从凹槽203f处折断,而不会将电池杆连接件203拆下,从而起到防拆的目的。当该凹槽203f处的壁厚小于0.05mm时,将导致电池杆连接件203难以加工、强度不足;当该凹槽203f处的壁厚大于0.2mm时,在施加外力加以弯折时,电池杆连接件203难以折断。
在图8所示的实施例中,电池杆连接件203在凹进211处的壁厚为0.05-0.1mm,在凸起212处的壁厚为0.1-0.2mm。
在保护套连接部分203a外表面,还设置有凸缘210,该凸缘210设置在保护套连接部分203a靠近凹槽203f的一端。当保护套连接部分203a通过过盈配合固定在保护套201的第二端内时,凸缘210抵住保护套201的第二端的端面,以限定电池杆连接件203的位置,且方便组装。
在保护套连接部分203a内,设置有沿着保护套201的径向延伸的第一凸环203g。在电池杆连接件203内,还固定设置有第一绝缘环207。该第一绝缘环207呈圆环状,且在外周面上设置有第一固定槽207a。整个第一绝缘环207由弹性材料制成,且第一绝缘环207上的第一固定槽207a与第一凸环203g卡合,从而将第一绝缘环207固定到电池杆连接件203内。在第一绝缘环207内,通过过盈配合固定设置有第一电极208。该第一电极208与电热丝组件205电连接。
再参照图2-4,通气管204的一端套设在吸嘴盖202的内筒壁202d外,另一端抵靠在第一绝缘环207上,使得通气管204定位。
在通气管204上设置有贯穿其周壁、且相对设置的两个通气孔204a。在通气管204上固定设置有电热丝组件205。该电热丝组件205包括电热丝主体205a、以及从电热丝主体205a两端延伸的延长脚205b,电热丝主体205a从两个通气孔204a中通过,而延长脚205b则夹抵在通气管204的外表面,从而使电热丝组件205固定。
储油棉206大致呈圆筒状,且套设在电热丝组件205以及通气管204外。储油棉206的一端抵靠在吸嘴盖202的外筒壁202c端部,且电池杆连接件203的保护套连接部分203a套设在储油棉206的另一端,使储油棉206定位。在保护套201与储油棉206之间,留有间隙。
保护套201可包括内部保护套201a和外部保护套201b,其中内部保护套201a由金属、陶瓷等材料制成;外部保护套201b设置在内部保护套201a外,由金属、塑胶、木质、纸质等材料制成。在保护套201外表面,还可以设有贴纸209。
图5是本发明中电池杆300的剖面图。如图5所示,电池杆300包括筒状电池套301,在电池套301的第一端内部,设置有雾化器连接件302,该雾化器连接件302大致呈筒状,且通过过盈配合、螺纹等方式固定在电池套301内。在雾化器连接件302内,设置有内螺纹302a,用于与电池杆连接件203上的外螺纹203e配合,从而将雾化器200和电池杆300连接在一起。
在雾化器连接件302内,设置有沿着电池套301的径向延伸的第二凸环302b。在雾化器连接件302内,还固定设置有第二绝缘环304。该第二绝缘环304呈圆筒状,且在外周面上设置有第二固定槽304a。整个第二绝缘环304由弹性材料制成,且第二绝缘环304上的第二固定槽304a与第二凸环302b卡合,从而将第二绝缘环304固定到雾化器连接件302内。在第二绝缘环304,通过过盈配合固定设置有第二电极305。当雾化器200和电池杆300连接在一起时,第一电极208与第二电极305电连接。
在电池套301内,还设置有控制器306、以及用于固定控制器306的控制器座307。在控制器座307与雾化器连接件302之间,设置有电池308,该电池308通过电线与控制器306、以及第二电极305电连接。在电池套301的第二端内,固定设置有灯帽309。
使用时,吸烟者通过吸嘴盖202吸烟,控制器306感应到气流变化,使电池308与第二电极305电导通,进一步通过第一电极208将电流传送到电热丝组件205,电热丝组件205发热,使储油棉206内的烟油雾化,形成大量烟雾,供吸烟者吸入。
该一次性电子烟使用完毕后,可将雾化器200拆下,更换新的雾化器200。由于雾化器200的电池杆连接件203上设有凹槽203f,使得凹槽203f处的壁厚非常薄,当使用外力、在垂直于保护套201轴向的方向上对电池杆连接件203加以弯折时,会导致电池杆连接件203从凹槽203f处折断,而不会将电池杆连接件203拆下,从而起到防拆的目的,可有效防止向一次性电子烟的雾化器200内添加不合格的烟油,避免重复利用。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已,并不用以限制本发明,凡在本发明的精神和原则之内所作的任何修改、等同替换和改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种防拆雾化器,包括保护套、固定在所述保护套第一端的吸嘴盖、以及固定在所述保护套第二端的电池杆连接件,在所述保护套内,设置有通气管、电热丝组件、以及包覆在所述通气管和电热丝组件外的储油棉,其特征在于,所述电池杆连接件包括相互连接的保护套连接部分、以及电池杆连接部分,且所述电池杆连接件设有沿着所述保护套的轴向延伸的中心孔,在所述保护套连接部分和电池杆连接部分的邻接处设置有凹槽。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的防拆雾化器,其特征在于,所述电池杆连接件在所述凹槽处的壁厚为0.05-0.2mm。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的防拆雾化器,其特征在于,所述保护套呈筒状,在垂直于所述保护套的轴线的方向上,所述电池杆连接件的截面外周为方形、圆形、三角形、锥形、梯形、波浪形中的任意一种。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的防拆雾化器,其特征在于,在垂直于所述保护套的轴线的方向上,所述电池杆连接件在所述凹槽处的截面外周包括多个间隔设置的凹进,相邻的凹进之间形成凸起。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的防拆雾化器,其特征在于,所述电池杆连接件在所述凹进处的壁厚为0.05-0.1mm,所述电池杆连接件在所述凸起处的壁厚为0.1-0.2mm。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的防拆雾化器,其特征在于,所述保护套连接部分通过过盈配合固定在所述保护套内。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的防拆雾化器,其特征在于,在所述保护套连接部分远离所述电池杆连接部分的一端,设置有用于辅助插入所述保护套的导角。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的防拆雾化器,其特征在于,所述电池杆连接部分上设置有外螺纹。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的防拆雾化器,其特征在于,所述防拆雾化器还包括固定设置在所述电池杆连接件内的第一绝缘环、以及固定设置在所述第一绝缘环内的第一电极,所述第一绝缘环由弹性材料制成;在所述第一绝缘环的外周面上设置有第一固定槽;在所述保护套连接部分内,设置有沿着所述保护套的径向延伸的第一凸环,所述第一固定槽与所述第一凸环卡合。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的防拆雾化器,其特征在于,所述吸嘴盖包括带有中心孔的盖板、从所述盖板上垂直延伸的外筒壁、以及从所述盖板的中心孔的周缘垂直延伸的内筒壁,所述外筒壁通过过盈配合的方式固定设置在所述保护套的第一端内。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的防拆雾化器,其特征在于,所述储油棉呈筒状,一端抵靠在所述吸嘴盖的外筒壁端部,所述电池杆连连接件的保护套连接部分套设在所述储油棉的另一端。
  12. 一种电子烟,其特征在于,包括电池杆、以及如权利要求1-11任一项所述的防拆雾化器,所述电池杆与所述防拆雾化器相连。
