本实用新型涉及电热技术领域,尤其涉及一种可防止烟嘴盖弹出的电子烟。
背景技术
用户用电子烟吸烟时,电子烟的烟嘴盖会因外力作用而从电子烟的外套管中弹出,容易被用户误食。为了防止该状况的发生,生产商常在烟嘴盖与外套管之间添加胶水,以将烟嘴盖加固在外套管内部,为了防胶水渗透到烟油中,还要加设密封圈。
然而上述方法存在诸多缺陷:1、胶水对人体健康有害;2、胶水对外套软管有腐蚀作用,导致其变脆而开裂,用户吸烟时,若用力挤压烟嘴部分,外套软管将开裂,从而导致漏油影响吸食口感;3、密封圈价格昂贵,加大了电子烟的制造成本。
发明内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题在于,针对现有技术中电子烟含有对人体有害的胶水、外套管易开裂漏油和制造成本高的上述缺陷,提供一种既可防止烟嘴盖弹出又对人体无害且不影响吸食口感、制造成本低的电子烟。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种电子烟,包括内部呈中空状的外套管,以及依次内置在所述外套管内的支撑管、发热组件、雾化组件和电池组件,其特征在于,还包括烟嘴盖,所述烟嘴盖与所述支撑管卡合连接,所述外套管与所述烟嘴盖和所述支撑管在同一轴线上。
优选地,所述卡合连接为所述烟嘴盖的盖柱上设有凸起部,所述支撑管的内壁设有凹陷部,所述凸起部与所述凹陷部呈压配合以形成所述卡合连接。
优选地,所述烟嘴盖的盖柱上方还包括一盖帽,所述盖帽嵌入所述外套管内与所述外套管形成过盈连接。
优选地,所述外套管由塑胶材料或金属材料制成。
优选地,所述烟嘴盖由塑胶材料、木质材料或橡胶材料中任意一种制成。
优选地,所述支撑管与所述外套管之间留有隔热空隙,所述隔热空隙内设有高温棉,形成隔热夹层。
优选地,所述支撑管由陶瓷材料、硅胶材料或塑胶材料中任意一种制成。
优选地,所述隔热空隙与所述外套管之间留有储油空隙,所述储油空隙内设有储油棉。
优选地,所述雾化组件由硅胶材料和/或聚丙烯材料制成。
实施本实用新型的电子烟,将烟嘴盖与支撑管卡合连接,烟嘴盖与外套管间过盈配合密封,无需添加对人体有害的胶水和价格高昂的密封圈,便可防止烟嘴盖从外套管中弹出,同时外套管不易开裂,从而不会导致漏油、影响用户吸食口感。

具体实施方式
参照图1,本实用新型的优选实施例提供一种电子烟,该电子烟包括外套管100、烟嘴盖110、支撑管120、发热组件130、雾化组件140和电池组件150。在本实施例中,烟嘴盖110、支撑管120、发热组件130、雾化组件140和电池组件150均装设于外套管100内,外套管100是一个大致呈中空的筒状结构,烟嘴盖110、支撑管120、发热组件130、雾化组件140和电池组件150依次贯通连接。其中,外套管100由塑胶类的聚碳酸酯、PP、PC、PVC、ABS等、金属类的不锈钢、铜、钢、铝等、纸质或木质等材料制成。烟嘴盖110由塑胶类的ABS、PC、PP、PVC、POM、PE等或软胶类的硅胶、橡胶、TPU、TPV、TPR等柔性材料制成。支撑管120由陶瓷、黄纳等耐高温的非导体材料制成,可以是陶瓷管、玻纤管、硅胶管或塑胶管。发热组件130包括发热丝,发热丝与电池组件150连接,该发热组件130横向装设在支撑管120上,该支撑管120与雾化组件140贯通连接。雾化组件140包括与支撑管120连接的雾化座141和支撑雾化座141的雾化支架142,雾化座141由硅胶等柔性材料制成,雾化支架142由聚丙烯等塑胶材料制成。电池组件150包括用于为发热组件130提供电能的电池151和用于装设供电电路的PCB板组件152。

在本实施例中,为了防止烟嘴盖110从外套管100中弹出被正在吸食香烟的用户误吞,将烟嘴盖110与支撑管120间设为卡合连接,在烟嘴盖110的盖柱上设置凸起部113(参见图2和3),在支撑管120的内壁设置凹陷部121(参见图4和5),凸起部113与凹陷部121呈压配合以形成上述的卡合连接。将烟嘴盖110塞入外套管100中时,烟嘴盖110上凸起部113会扣入支撑管120的凹陷部121,软性材料制作而成的烟嘴盖110分别与支撑管120和外套管100过盈配合,密封电子烟的支撑管120和外套管100的内壁,无需再增设密封圈和增涂胶水,该胶水对外套管100有腐蚀作用,且对人体健康有害。
在本实施例中,外套管100与烟嘴盖110和支撑管120在同一轴线上,为同轴线设置,支撑管120与外套管100间留有储油空隙(图1中未示出),在该储油空隙沿外套管100内壁周围轴向方向上设有储油棉。雾化组件140包括雾化座141和雾化支架142,设有进气孔的雾化座141与支撑管120贯通连接,装设在支撑管120上的发热组件130包括一引油组件,储油棉与该引油组件连接。电池组件150通电时,本实用新型电子烟的发热组件130在气流通路上,使烟油充分燃烧,获得大量烟雾,燃烧烟雾依次通过雾化组件140、支撑管120、烟嘴盖110进入用户的呼吸器官。
在本实施例中,烟油燃烧产生的烟雾温度较高,为了避免内部组件将热量传导到外套管100,在支撑管120与储油空隙之间留有隔热空隙(图1中未示出),在该隔热空隙沿外套管100内壁轴向方向上设有高温棉,形成隔热夹层。
参照图2,在本实用新型电子烟中的优选实施例中,烟嘴盖110包括盖帽111和盖柱112。盖柱112上设有至少两个凸起部113,该凸起部113的形状可根据具体情况设置。
参照图3,该图为图2中烟嘴盖110的剖面图,将烟嘴盖110塞入外套管100中时,盖柱112嵌入支撑管120内,盖柱112上凸起部113会扣入支撑管120的凹陷部121(参照图4和5),密封烟嘴盖110与支撑管120间的缝隙,同时软性材料制作而成的烟嘴盖110与外套管100间过盈配合。
参照图4,在本实用新型电子烟中的优选实施例中,支撑管120上对应烟嘴盖110的盖柱112部位设有至少两个凹陷部121,所述凹陷部121可以为一个凹槽,也可以为一个凹孔。支撑管120大体上呈筒状的结构,但本实用新型的支撑管120不限于该筒状结构。
参照图5,该图为图4中支撑管120的右视图,将烟嘴盖110塞入外套管100中时,盖柱112嵌入支撑管120内,盖柱112上至少两个凸起部113会对应扣入支撑管120的至少两个凹陷部121,密封烟嘴盖110与支撑管120间的缝隙,同时软性材料制作而成的烟嘴盖110嵌入外套管100内,形成两者间的过盈配合。

  1. 一种电子烟,包括内部呈中空状的外套管,以及依次内置在所述外套管内的支撑管、发热组件、雾化组件和电池组件,其特征在于,还包括烟嘴盖,所述烟嘴盖与所述支撑管卡合连接,所述外套管与所述烟嘴盖和所述支撑管在同一轴线上。
  2. 根根据权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述卡合连接为所述烟嘴盖的盖柱上设有凸起部,所述支撑管的内壁设有凹陷部,所述凸起部与所述凹陷部呈压配合以形成所述卡合连接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述烟嘴盖的盖柱上方还包括一盖帽,所述盖帽嵌入所述外套管内形成过盈连接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述外套管由塑胶材料或金属材料制成。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述烟嘴盖由塑胶材料、木质材料或橡胶材料中任意一种制成。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述支撑管与所述外套管之间留有隔热空隙,所述隔热空隙内设有高温棉,形成隔热夹层。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述支撑管由陶瓷材料、硅胶材料或塑胶材料中任意一种制成。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述隔热空隙与所述外套管之间留有储油空隙,所述储油空隙内设有储油棉。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述雾化组件由硅胶材料和/或聚丙烯材料制成。
