Description

一种封闭式电子烟雾化组件 技术领域
本发明涉及电子烟技术领域,具体涉及一种封闭式电子烟雾化组件。
背景技术
传统的烟草产品在烟草燃烧过程中产生大量的烟焦油、不充分燃烧物等几百种对人体有毒有害的物质,进一步加大了对人体健康的损害。为了降低烟草对广大烟民消费者的健康损害,推出了各种电子烟产品,减少吸食过程中的不充分燃烧物,降低对人体的危害
目前电子雾化烟为一次性或者封闭雾化器,或者将电子雾化液加入开放式雾化器,通过加热工作原理,产生气溶胶,消费者通过吸入气溶胶得到尼古丁和香味的摄入,达到生理的满足感和愉悦感。当前大多数的雾化烟都存在能吸到雾化液的风险。电子烟雾化液中的食用香精、烟碱通过加热后可能会产生热裂解的成分,具有对人体造成有害的风险。电子雾化烟的气路结构大多数为通路,随着储存周期的增加,食用香精和烟碱都会接触空气挥发而衰减。
发明内容
为此,本发明提供一种封闭式电子烟雾化组件,以解决现有电子烟烟油容易被误吸的问题。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
本发明公开了一种封闭式电子烟雾化组件,所述封闭式电子烟雾化组件包括:烟杆、吸嘴罩、保护罩,所述烟杆内设置有烟油仓和雾化器,所述雾化器将烟油仓内的烟油雾化后逸散,在烟杆顶部安装有吸嘴,所述吸嘴罩套设在吸嘴上,通过吸嘴罩进行吸食,所述保护罩转动安装在烟杆顶部侧边,对吸嘴罩进行保护。
进一步地,所述烟杆的顶部侧壁变薄形成凸台,吸嘴罩安装在凸台上,吸嘴罩的外壁与凸台底部的烟杆侧壁平齐。
进一步地,所述吸嘴罩内部中空,形成气流通道,吸嘴罩套设在吸 嘴上,烟雾从吸嘴罩吸出。
进一步地,所述吸嘴罩从底部至顶部呈流线型逐渐变小,在吸嘴罩的顶部设有开口。
进一步地,所述保护罩通过铰链安装在烟杆顶部侧边,通过铰链转动保护罩实现保护罩的扣合与打开,在扣合状态下,保护罩盖住吸嘴罩。
进一步地,所述烟杆内的雾化器一端与烟油仓连接,对烟油进行雾化,雾化器另一端与烟杆内的烟雾气道连接,烟雾气道将烟雾送至吸嘴。
进一步地,所述烟雾气道环绕设置有密封胶圈。
本发明具有如下优点:
本发明公开了一种封闭式电子烟雾化组件,通过在原有的吸嘴上安装吸嘴罩,实现吸嘴跟油仓的气道被打断,彻底阻断了设备在发生漏油漏液情况下通过气道被吸入口中的可能性,不会出现烟油被误吸食的情况;并且吸嘴罩能够多次重复使用,避免造成浪费,降低对环境的污染。

实施例
本实施例公开了一种封闭式电子烟雾化组件,所述封闭式电子烟雾化组件包括:烟杆1、吸嘴罩2、保护罩3,所述烟杆1内设置有烟油仓和雾化器,所述雾化器将烟油仓内的烟油雾化后逸散,在烟杆1顶部安装有吸嘴,所述吸嘴罩2套设在吸嘴上,通过吸嘴罩2进行吸食,所述保护罩3转动安装在烟杆1顶部侧边,对吸嘴罩2进行保护。
烟杆1的顶部侧壁变薄形成凸台4,吸嘴罩2安装在凸台4上,吸嘴罩2的外壁与凸台4底部的烟杆1侧壁平齐。吸嘴罩2直接插在烟杆1顶部,凸台4与吸嘴罩2相互配合,完成吸嘴罩2的安装,吸嘴罩2内部中空,形成气流通道,吸嘴罩2套设在吸嘴上,吸嘴罩2从底部至顶部呈流线型逐渐变小,在吸嘴罩2的顶部设有开口,烟雾从吸嘴罩2吸出。吸嘴罩2根据使用情况可进行更换。
保护罩3通过铰链5安装在烟杆1顶部侧边,通过铰链5转动保护罩3实现保护罩3的扣合与打开,在扣合状态下,保护罩3盖住吸嘴罩2,打开保护罩3,将吸嘴罩2露出便于吸食。烟杆1内的雾化器一端与烟油仓连接,对烟油进行雾化,雾化器另一端与烟杆1内的烟雾气道连接,烟雾气道将烟雾送至吸嘴。烟雾气道环绕设置有密封胶圈,避免烟油泄露至吸嘴处。
本实施例公开的一种封闭式电子烟雾化组件,通过在原有的吸嘴上安装吸嘴罩2,实现吸嘴跟油仓的气道被打断,彻底阻断了设备在发生漏油漏液情况下通过气道被吸入口中的可能性,不会出现烟油被误吸食的情况;并且吸嘴罩2能够多次重复使用,避免造成浪费,降低对环境的污染。

  1. 一种封闭式电子烟雾化组件,其特征在于,所述封闭式电子烟雾化组件包括:烟杆、吸嘴罩、保护罩,所述烟杆内设置有烟油仓和雾化器,所述雾化器将烟油仓内的烟油雾化后逸散,在烟杆顶部安装有吸嘴,所述吸嘴罩套设在吸嘴上,通过吸嘴罩进行吸食,所述保护罩转动安装在烟杆顶部侧边,对吸嘴罩进行保护。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的一种封闭式电子烟雾化组件,其特征在于,所述烟杆的顶部侧壁变薄形成凸台,吸嘴罩安装在凸台上,吸嘴罩的外壁与凸台底部的烟杆侧壁平齐。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的一种封闭式电子烟雾化组件,其特征在于,所述吸嘴罩内部中空,形成气流通道,吸嘴罩套设在吸嘴上,烟雾从吸嘴罩吸出。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的一种封闭式电子烟雾化组件,其特征在于,所述吸嘴罩从底部至顶部呈流线型逐渐变小,在吸嘴罩的顶部设有开口。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的一种封闭式电子烟雾化组件,其特征在于,所述保护罩通过铰链安装在烟杆顶部侧边,通过铰链转动保护罩实现保护罩的扣合与打开,在扣合状态下,保护罩盖住吸嘴罩。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的一种封闭式电子烟雾化组件,其特征在于,所述烟杆内的雾化器一端与烟油仓连接,对烟油进行雾化,雾化器另一端与烟杆内的烟雾气道连接,烟雾气道将烟雾送至吸嘴。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的一种封闭式电子烟雾化组件,其特征在于,所述烟雾气道环绕设置有密封胶圈。
