普通电子烟中雾化器与烟油储存装置(简称储油烟弹)分离,雾化器重复使用,抽完一支后、更换储油烟弹即可,其雾化器通常结构如图 1 所示,包括螺旋形发热电阻丝 5 以及由导油纤维 6 和导油泡沫镍 11 构成的导油系统,发热电阻丝 5 连接烟身 12 内控制开关 9 和电池 10 ,横放在中空外壳内;一次性烟弹电子烟中雾化器与烟油储存装置一体,通常结构如图 2-1 和 2-2 所示,包括带吸孔的烟嘴 1 、烟弹外壳 4 、 储油纤维 2 、上、下两截分离中空管支架 3 、中间竖放发热电阻丝 5 、导油纤维 6 、连接件 7 和电子导线 8 , 其工作原理是:电子烟油存在储油纤维 2 中,通过导油纤维 6 进入 螺旋形 发热 电阻丝 5 中心。在抽烟时,打开烟身 12 内 / 上的控制开关 9 ,通过电子导线 8 和 连接件 7 让 电阻丝 5 与烟身 12 内的电池 10 接通。发热 电阻丝 5 开始工作,气体从中空管支架 3 的进入,带走发热 电阻丝 5 蒸发烟油产生的雾。通过烟嘴头 1 的 吸孔 进入人的口腔、达到吸烟的效果。连接件 7 可以通过螺纹、耳机插或凹凸插和烟身 12 相连,并与其内电池 10 电连接。 图 2-1 和 2-2 的方式区别仅在于电子导线 8 的连接,但①发热电阻丝 5 都是竖放、②有一头的电子导线 8 都是从 中空管支架 3 连接至连接件 7 ,① + ② 即: 竖放方式 。

A 、 分离中空管支架模式导致若装配时中空通道易不同心而堵塞,会产生漏油、吸烟憋气等不良。且因发热电阻丝 5 没有被中空管支架包裹,发出的热很快就使烟弹外壳 4 发烫。
B 、 发热电阻丝 5 和导油纤维 6 形成雾化组件竖立于中空管支架,该模式由于其上下不对称性,导油纤维导出的油不均匀。其烟雾量在吸烟全过程中就不均匀。且因其竖立,在批量生产时,其歪斜也会导致通气受影响。易出现憋气、漏油影响。
C 、 中空管支架 3 尺寸小易导致漏油和散热难的问题。
技术问题
本发明的目的在于克服上述现有技术中的不足之处,提供一种一次性电子烟雾化装置,实现增加出雾量、 抽烟均匀、生产简单、减少憋气、避免漏油发烫中的一种或多 种 。
技术解决方案
本发明的目的可以通过以下措施来达到:

本发明的目的还可以通过以下措施来达到:
所述发热元件与所述中空管支架轴心线成 30 到 90 度夹角,最优 90 度,即:横放方式,也可以是 35 、 40 、 45 、 50 、 55 、 60 、 65 、 70 、 75 、 80 、 85 度。尤其 90 度横放方式,基本无过滤烟雾、散热充分。
所述中空管支架是上、下二截同轴心中空管支架,所述发热元件位于二截同轴心中空管支架中间,这种虽是一次性电子烟传统工艺,但采用了斜放 / 横放方式。
所述中空管支架是一整体中空管支架,所述发热元件穿过所述整体中空管支架,这种新方式大大降低了生产难度。
所述中空管支架是圆管,其直径大于等于 3MM ;或者所述中空管支架的横截面是椭圆形、方形、多边形或梅花形,其横截面面积大于 7 平方毫米,由于中空管支架口径大,出雾更充分,加上本发明抽烟更均匀的效果,避免用户吸不到雾用力吸导致油被吸出的情况,有效防止了漏油。
所述发热元件包括但不限制于是电阻丝、热敏陶瓷或硅碳棒。
所述电阻丝是螺旋形电阻丝,其中心设置两端 接触 所述烟油仓的非金属导油纤维,效果较优;该发热元件也可以是平板元件,其表面设有 接触 所述烟油仓的非金属导油纤维。非金属导油纤维不导电。
有益效果
本发明相比现有技术具有如下优点:
A 、 整体中空管支架容易生产,不会导致装配出不同心的分离中空管支架而造成堵塞、漏油、吸烟憋气等不良。且因发热电阻丝 5 大部分被中空管支架包裹,架在空气中,而空气传热慢,散热快 --- 随流通通道散热 。故不容易使烟弹外壳发烫;
B 、 发热电阻丝 5 和导油纤维 6 形成雾化组件横放于中空管支架,该模式由于其左右对称性,导油纤维导出的油均匀且雾化充分无过滤,不易出现憋气、漏油影响;
C 、 中空管支架 3 尺寸足够大避免导致漏油和散热难的问题。

本发明的最佳实施方式
本发明最优实施例,具体应用于一次性烟弹电子烟中,其结构如图 3 所示,包括:烟嘴头 1 、储油纤维 2 (构成烟油仓)、中空管支架 3 、烟嘴外壳 4 、螺旋形发热电阻丝 5 、导油纤维 6 、连接件 7 和电子导线 8 ,电连接烟身 12 内控制开关 9 和电池 10 ,其主要特点是:
1 、发热电阻丝 5 和导油纤维 6 形成雾化组件横放于中空管支架 3 ,其与中空管支架 3 中心轴线成 90 度夹角,其电子导线 8 在中空管支架 3 之外、烟嘴外壳 4 之内穿插;
2 、中空管支架 3 为一整体,电子导线 8 在中空管支架 3 上穿孔连接发热电阻丝 5 ,或者发热电阻丝 5 在中空管支架 3 上穿孔连接电子导线 8 ,即:中空管支架 3 包住发热电阻丝 5 的全部或大部,优选后者;
3 、中空管支架 3 尺寸足够大,其截面直径大于等于Φ 3MM (适用于截面是圆形的情况)或横截面积大于 7 平方毫米(适用于截面不是圆形的情况)
其连接件 7 通过螺纹,凹凸插等形式使一次性烟嘴与可重复使用烟身 12 机械连接、并与烟身 12 内控制开关电连接,进而实现电池 10 、控制开关 9 、发热丝 5 成有效功能体。
