Abstract
Dans la présente invention, une poudre de gypse hémihydraté est introduite en continu dans une cuve de génération de suspension concentrée et est mélangée avec de l'eau pour former une suspension concentrée de gypse. À une position plus haute que la surface du liquide au niveau de la paroi interne de la cuve de génération ou l'ouverture d'alimentation de la poudre de gypse hémihydraté, du tartre se forme et des problèmes tels que l'occlusion de l'ouverture d'alimentation surviennent. Lesdits problèmes sont prononcés lorsque la taille de particule de la poudre de gypse hémihydraté est faible. La portion de 50 à 500 mm à partir de l'ouverture d'alimentation de la poudre de gypse hémihydraté ou la portion qui est au niveau de ou au-dessus de la surface de liquide au niveau de la paroi interne de la cuve de génération est chauffée à au moins 40° C, et de préférence au moins 50° C. En conséquence, la condensation au niveau de l'ouverture d'alimentation et similaire est évitée, ce qui évite la formation de tartre.
