Abstract
Description
本出願人は、シリンダ等の流体圧機器に配管を介して接続され、該流体圧機器に供給・排出される流体の流量を弁体の位置で調整することにより、該流体圧機器の動作を制御可能な流量制御装置を提案している(特開2011-149488号公報参照)。
第1ポートを有し、流体を供給又は排出するチューブが接続される継手機構を有する第1ボディと、
第1ボディに連結され、流体の排出又は供給される第2ポートを有する第2ボディと、
ニードルバルブに連結され、回転作用下にニードルバルブを軸線方向に変位させることにより流体の流量を調整可能なハンドルとを備え、
さらに、ハンドルを着脱自在に囲繞するカバーを備えることを特徴とする。
本実施の形態では、このようにシリンダのピストンの移動速度が固定された状態で、カバー24を前記ハンドル20の外側からこれを被嵌させる。すなわち、カバー24のU字状の切欠128を利用して、接続部28の基端部側にカバー24を装着する。その際、リリース部126の内側に設けられた第3凸部140は、ハンドル20の外周壁に沿って移動し、ハンドル20の把持部108を乗り越えるに至る。第3凸部140は、リリース部126の内方に形成されているために、カバー24をハンドル20に対して図3において下方へと押圧する際、リリース部126を若干外方へと押し広げるような作用下にハンドル20の把持部108を容易に乗り越えることができる。第3凸部140が、前記把持部108を乗り越えることによって、カバー24は、図3において、上方への移動が阻止されることになる。これによって、ハンドル20の螺回動作は不可能となり、前記ハンドル20によって設定された空気の流量は安定的に確保されることになる。
Claims (9)
- ニードルバルブ(22)を変位させることにより、一組の第1ポート(12)と第2ポート(16)との間を流通する流体の流量を制御可能な流量制御装置(10)において、
前記第1ポート(12)を有し、前記流体を供給又は排出するチューブ(74)が接続される継手機構(76)を有する第1ボディ(14)と、
前記第1ボディ(14)に連結され、前記流体の排出又は供給される前記第2ポート(16)を有する第2ボディ(18)と、
前記ニードルバルブ(22)に連結され、回転作用下に前記ニードルバルブ(22)を軸線方向に変位させることにより前記流体の流量を調整可能なハンドル(20)とを備え、
さらに、前記ハンドル(20)を着脱自在に囲繞するカバー(24)を備えることを特徴とする流量制御装置(10)。 - 請求項1に記載の流量制御装置(10)において、
前記カバー(24)に凸部(140)が設けられ、前記凸部(140)は前記ハンドル(20)に係合して前記カバー(24)は前記ハンドル(20)に装着されることを特徴とする流量制御装置(10)。 - 請求項2に記載の流量制御装置(10)において、
前記カバー(24)にリリース部(126)が設けられ、
前記凸部(140)は前記リリース部(126)の内面に設けられることを特徴とする流量制御装置(10)。 - 請求項3に記載の流量制御装置(10)において、
前記ハンドル(20)の外側に前記カバー(24)の前記凸部(140)が係合する肩部(108)が設けられていることを特徴とする流量制御装置(10)。 - 請求項3に記載の流量制御装置(10)において、
前記カバー(24)に設けられる前記リリース部(126)は該カバー(24)に設けられた溝部(136、138)で形成され、前記溝部(136、138)により前記リリース部(126)は外方へと撓曲して前記凸部(140)は前記ハンドル(20)との係合を解放されることを特徴とする流量制御装置(10)。 - 請求項3に記載の流量制御装置(10)において、
前記カバー(24)に治具(146)の脚部(150)を挿入するための円弧状孔部(132)が設けられ、
前記円弧状孔部(132)に前記治具(146)を挿入することにより、前記治具(146)が前記リリース部(126)を外方へ撓曲して前記凸部(140)が前記ハンドル(20)との係合を解放されることを特徴とする流量制御装置(10)。 - 請求項1に記載の流量制御装置(10)において、
前記カバー(24)は結束部材を取り付けるための取手部(124)を備えることを特徴とする流量制御装置(10)。 - 請求項1に記載の流量制御装置(10)において、
前記第1ボディ(14)は軸方向に延在する本体部(26)と、前記軸方向と直交する接続部(28)とを有し、前記カバー(24)は前記接続部(28)の前記本体部(26)側基端部に嵌合する切欠(128)を有することを特徴とする流量制御装置(10)。 - 請求項7に記載の流量制御装置(10)において、
前記第1ボディ(14)は軸方向に延在する本体部(26)と、前記軸方向と直交する接続部(28)とを有し、前記カバー(24)は前記接続部(28)の前記本体部(26)側基端部に嵌合する切欠(128)を有し、
前記取手部(124)が前記本体部(26)側基端部に嵌合する切欠(128)の直上に設けられることを特徴とする流量制御装置(10)。
