- a fragile portion 43 is provided, which includes a convex portion 47 that protrudes such that a distance D1 to the lower end edge (tip) along the vertical direction of the is larger than the concave portion 45.
- the concave portion 45 is formed by a notch N extending toward the vertical center line C, and the convex portion 47 and the concave portion 45 are formed on the lower end edge 41 of the partition plate 7. Is formed.
- the partition plate 7 has low surface rigidity against the load.
- the lower end edge of the partition plate does not have a recess and a protrusion, that is, the lower end edge of the partition plate extends linearly along the vehicle width direction, there is no recess due to the notch. Therefore, since the load is received by the entire lower end edge without concentrating on a specific part, when a load to be compressed in the vehicle width direction is input, the surface rigidity against the load is increased.
- the weak part 43 is provided in the lower end edge 41 of the partition plate 7, the surface direction rigidity with respect to the load input from a vehicle width direction falls. Therefore, when a side impact load is input to the side surface of the vehicle and a load compressing inward in the vehicle width direction is input to the partition plate 7, the partition plate 7 is easily deformed, and the crushing deformation of the vehicle body proceeds smoothly. Therefore, the impact load that the vehicle receives is reduced.
- a plurality of convex portions 47 of the fragile portion 43 in the partition plate 7 are provided, and the partition plate 7 is placed on the partition member 5 (vehicle body member) in at least two of the plurality of convex portions 47 (four in this embodiment).

- the straight line L1 is When traced along the vehicle width direction, the first recess 51 and the second recess 53 are arranged on the straight line L1. Therefore, when a side collision load is input to the vehicle body, a load that compresses the partition wall member 5 in the vehicle width direction acts. Further, the first convex portion 61 and the third convex portion 65 fixed to the partition wall member 5 via the fastening portion 70 are also subjected to a load that approaches each other along the vehicle width direction.
- the portion of the recess 45 formed by the notch N is easily deformed due to the concentration of the load, and the resistance against the load is reduced, so that the partition plate 7 has low surface rigidity against the load. Accordingly, when a side impact load is input to the vehicle body, the partition member 5 and the partition plate 7 are smoothly deformed in a direction in which the partition member 5 and the partition plate 7 are compressed in the vehicle width direction. Impact load is reduced.
- the fragile portion 43 is provided at the lower end edge 41 of the partition plate 7, but the fragile portion may be provided at the upper end edge, or the fragile portion 43 may be provided at both the upper end edge and the lower end edge 41. .
- the portion including the concave portion 45 and the convex portion 47 is the fragile portion 43.
- the portion is fragile with respect to the load in the vehicle width direction. Any shape can be used.
- the partition plate when a load compressing in the vehicle width direction is input to the partition plate, the load concentrates in the concave portion and is likely to be deformed, and the partition plate is resistant to the load. Decreases and the surface rigidity decreases. Therefore, when a side impact load is input to the side surface of the vehicle and a load that compresses inward in the vehicle width direction is input to the partition plate, the partition plate easily deforms and the crushing deformation of the vehicle body proceeds smoothly. The impact load that the vehicle receives is reduced.
