Abstract

L'invention concerne une cuisinière intégrée comprenant une chambre de pré-mélange pleine à soufflage d'air comprenant un corps du type meuble (500) comprenant une unité de cuisinière. Une admission d'air (5011) est disposée au niveau de la partie supérieure du corps (500). L'admission d'air (5011) est raccordée à une boîte de collecte d'air. L'admission d'air d'un ventilateur (503) est disposée à l'intérieur de la boîte de collecte d'air et le ventilateur (503) est également raccordé à une conduite d'évacuation d'air (504). Un trou d'installation (302) est disposé au fond d'une cuvette de propreté (301). Un brûleur (200) est disposé à l'intérieur du trou d'installation (302) et assure l'étanchéité du trou d'installation (302). Un support de casserole (100) est disposé à l'intérieur de la cuvette de propreté (301). Le support de casserole (100), la cuvette de propreté (301) et le brûleur (200) forment une zone de combustion de chambre de poêle fermée dans laquelle il est possible d'empêcher l'air d'entrer depuis le dessous, le brûleur (200) étant proche du sommet du trou d'installation (302). Une conduite de gaz est raccordée à une chambre de pré-mélange pleine (211) du brûleur (200) par le biais d'un robinet à tournant réglable. Le robinet à tournant réglable et un dispositif de commande peuvent commander le volume d'air selon les informations d'admission de gaz, de sorte que le gaz et l'air atteignent un rapport logique.
