  • dryness the weight ratio of the water vapor gas to the wet steam.
  • the dryness is 0.5.
  • the wet steam dryness is controlled. It is desired to be in a state close to 1.0. Therefore, various methods for measuring the dryness have been proposed.
  • Patent Document 1 uses a saturated steam table based on the wet steam flow rate and pressure before and after the pressure control valve, using the fact that there is no change in the total enthalpy before and after the pressure control valve provided in the pipe.

  • Patent Document 1 has a long time constant of the sensor for detecting the flow rate and pressure of the wet steam, and further changes the state of the wet steam to be measured from the two-phase state to the gas phase state. Since it was necessary to stabilize the object in the gas phase, there was a problem that it took time to measure the dryness. For this reason, it was possible to measure the dryness when the wet state was in a steady state, but it was not suitable for measuring the dryness when the wet state was in a transient state until the wet steam was stabilized.

  • a light transmission path is provided on the side wall of such a pipe, light is transmitted from the lateral direction crossing the flow direction of the wet steam, and the intensity of the light transmitted through the wet steam is measured. It has been found that there is a strong correlation with the dryness of the wet steam inside the pipe.

Description

 乾き度χ=f(σ) …(1)

 乾き度χ=f(σ、p) …(2)

 乾き度χ=f(σ、t) …(3)

 吸光度A=-log10(I/I) …(4)

 乾き度χ=g(σ) …(5)

 乾き度χ=g(σ、p、t) …(6)

 乾き度χ=f(σ、p、t) …(7)
