Claims (24)
- 피부 미용 물질 또는 약물을 피부로 흡수시키기 위한 미세 니들.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 미세 니들이 다당류, 폴리비닐알코올, 카르복시비닐 중합체, 키토산, 히알루론산, 셀룰로오스 폴리머 및 소금으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 생체적합성 물질인 것임을 특징으로 하는 미세 니들.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 미세 니들의 하나 이상의 면에 함몰부가 형성되어 있고, 상기 함몰부의 깊이는 상기 미세 니들의 높이의 1/2 이내인 것임을 특징으로 하는 미세 니들.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 미세 니들이 사면체 또는 피라미드 형태인 것임을 특징으로 하는 미세 니들.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 사면체 또는 피라미드의 밑변과 높이가 각각 50 μm 내지 500 μm인 것임을 특징으로 하는 미세 니들.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 미세 니들이 체액 또는 물에 용해되는 것임을 특징으로 하는 미세 니들.
- 제1항에 있어서, 피부 미용 물질 또는 약물을 추가로 포함하는 것임을 특징으로 하는 미세 니들.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 피부 미용 물질이 항산화제, 성장인자, 주름 개선 물질, 피부톤 개선 물질 및 세포 배양물 또는 배양배지로부터 선택되는 것임을 특징으로 하는 미세 니들.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 항산화제가 비타민 C 또는 비타민 E인 것임을 특징으로 하는 미세 니들.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 성장인자가 상피세포 성장인자(EGF) 또는 섬유아세포 성장인자(FGF)인 것임을 특징으로 하는 미세 니들.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 세포 배양물 또는 배양배지가 줄기세포의 배양물 또는 배양배지인 것임을 특징으로 하는 미세 니들.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 약물이 백신, 인슐린 및 성장호르몬으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것임을 특징으로 하는 미세 니들.
- 사면체 또는 피라미드 형태가 음각된, 피부 미용 물질 또는 약물을 피부로 흡수시키기 위한 미세 니들 제조용 몰드.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 몰드가 폴리프로필렌, 폴리에틸렌, 폴리아클릴레이트 및 폴리카보네이트로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 플라스틱으로 이루어진 것임을 특징으로 하는 미세 니들 제조용 몰드.
- (i) 피부 미용 물질 또는 약물과, 생체적합성 물질 및 물의 혼합용액을 음각된 몰드에 충전하는 단계;(ii) 상기 혼합용액을 건조하여 미세 니들을 얻는 단계; 및(iii) 상기 미세 니들을 상기 음각된 몰드로부터 분리하는 단계를 포함하는,피부 미용 물질 또는 약물을 피부로 흡수시키기 위한 미세 니들 제조 방법.
- 제15항에 있어서, 상기 피부 미용 물질이 항산화제, 성장인자, 주름 개선 물질 및 세포 배양물 또는 배양배지로부터 선택되는 것임을 특징으로 하는 미세 니들 제조 방법.
- 제16항에 있어서, 상기 항산화제가 비타민 C 또는 비타민 E인 것임을 특징으로 하는 미세 니들 제조 방법.
- 제16항에 있어서, 상기 성장인자가 상피세포 성장인자(EGF) 또는 섬유아세포 성장인자(FGF)인 것임을 특징으로 하는 미세 니들 제조 방법.
- 제16항에 있어서, 상기 세포 배양물 또는 배양배지가 줄기세포의 배양물 또는 배양배지인 것임을 특징으로 하는 미세 니들 제조 방법.
- 제16항에 있어서, 상기 약물이 백신, 인슐린 및 성장호르몬으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것임을 특징으로 하는 미세 니들 제조 방법.
- 제15항에 있어서, 상기 생체적합성 물질이 다당류, 폴리비닐알코올, 카르복시비닐 중합체, 키토산, 히알루론산, 셀룰로오스 폴리머 및 소금으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것임을 특징으로 하는 미세 니들 제조 방법.
- 제15항에 있어서, 상기 몰드가 사면체 또는 피라미드 형태로 음각되어 있는 것임을 특징으로 하는 미세 니들 제조 방법.
- 제22항에 있어서, 상기 사면체 또는 피라미드의 밑변과 높이가 각각 50 μm 내지 500 μm인 것임을 특징으로 하는 미세 니들 제조 방법.
- 제15항에 있어서, 상기 몰드가 폴리프로필렌, 폴리에틸렌, 폴리아클릴레이트 및 폴리카보네이트로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 플라스틱으로 이루어진 것임을 특징으로 하는 미세 니들 제조 방법.
