为使本发明的目的、 技术方案和优点更加清楚, 下面将对本发明的技 术方案进行清楚、 完整的描述, 基于本发明中的具体实施方式, 本领域普 通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动的前提下所得到的所有其它实施方式, 都属于本发明所保护的范围。
如图 1 所示, 本发明的实施例一提供了一种滑板车, 包括把手 1、 前 叉管 2、 踏板 3、 前轮 4、 后轮 5以及折叠机构; 前叉管 1的一端与把手 1 的中部垂直连接, 另一端与前轮 4转动连接; 踏板 3的一端与后轮 5转动 连接,另一端设置有两片滑片 6 ;两片滑片 6均垂直于踏板 3 ,且并排布置; 前叉管 2与滑片 6通过所述折叠机构连接;
所述折叠机构包括前叉管套管 7、 连接管 8、 限位构件 9以及设置于连 接管 8的内部用于通过弹力使连接管 8与限位构件 9能够时刻保持相互远 离的趋势的弹性构件 10; 前叉管套管 7套在前叉管 2外围; 连接管 8的一 端与前叉管套管 7的一侧连接,另一侧位于两片滑片 6之间且与两片滑片 6 铰接; 两片滑片 6之间还设置有用于限制连接管 8向远离后轮 5的方向转 动的限位装置 1 3 ; 连接管 8的内部设置有一限位柱 1 1 ;
限位构件 9的一端位于两片滑片 6之间且与两片滑片 6铰接, 另一端 设有一沿其长度方向延伸的凸出部 12 ; 限位构件 9与滑片 6的铰接部位位 于连接管 8与滑片 6的铰接部位靠近后轮 5的一侧; 凸出部 12处于连接管 8的内部;
当限位构件 9的延伸方向与连接管 8的延伸方向相同时, 连接管 8远 离前轮 4的侧壁的端面与限位构件 9相抵; 凸出部 12与所述侧壁的内表面 相抵; 连接管 8与限位装置 1 3相抵;
限位构件 9远离凸出部 12的一侧设置有一挂钩 14 ; 挂钩 14的转动轨 迹与限位柱 1 1的转动轨迹存在一个结合处, 使挂钩 14钩住限位柱 1 1 , 进 而限制连接管 8与限位构件 9朝后轮 5的转动。
该滑板车的折叠过程为: 首先将限位构件 9向前轮 4方向转动, 将其 推入连接管 8的内部; 之后将连接管 8向后轮 5方向转动, 限位构件 9会 跟随连接管 8—同向后轮 5方向转动; 当挂钩 14跟随限位构件 9转动到其 与限位柱 1 1的结合处时便会将限位柱 1 1钩住,由于限位构件 9与连接管 8 的转动轴不同, 因此两者便无法再朝后轮 5转动。 如图 2所示, 至此完成 滑板车的折叠过程。
该滑板车地展开过程为: 首先将连接管 8朝前轮 4转动, 限位构件 9 跟随连接管 8—起朝前轮 4转动; 由于限位构件 9与连接管 8的转动轴不 同, 因此在转动过程中限位构件 9会逐渐伸出连接管 8 ; 当限位构件 9完全 伸出连接管 8时, 连接管 8与限位装置 1 3相抵, 并停止转动, 而连接管 8 远离前轮 4的侧壁的端部会与限位构件 9相抵, 并且凸出部 12与该侧壁的 内表面相抵, 使连接管 8也无法向后轮 5转动。 如图 3所示, 至此完成滑 板车的展开过程。
通过设置两片滑片 6 ,并将连接管 8以及限位构件 9设置在两片滑片 6 之间, 能够防止异物从两侧进入。 而通过设置凸出部 12 , 并将凸出部 12置 于连接管 8的内部, 能够保证在滑板车处于折叠状态时限位构件 9大部分 处于连接管 8的内部,而在展开状态时限位构件 9又与连接板的端面相抵, 使其能够阻挡异物由此处进入连接管 8 内部。 并且在整个过程中弹性构件 1 0也始终处于连接管 8的内部。 因此这种结构使异物很难进入折叠构件的 内部, 能够提高折叠机构的安全与稳定性。
为了进一步提高滑板车的使用性和舒适性, 本发明的实施例二在实施 例一的基础上对滑板车进行了改进。 如图 4至 6所示, 其包括把手 1、 前叉 管 2、 踏板 3、 前轮 4、 后轮 5以及折叠机构; 前叉管 1的一端与把手 1的 中部垂直连接, 另一端与前轮 4转动连接; 踏板 3的一端与后轮 5转动连 接, 另一端设置有两片滑片 6 ; 两片滑片 6均垂直于踏板 3 , 且并排布置; 前叉管 2与滑片 6通过所述折叠机构连接;
所述折叠机构包括前叉管套管 7、 连接管 8、 限位构件 9以及设置于连 接管 8的内部用于通过弹力使连接管 8与限位构件 9能够时刻保持相互远 离的趋势的弹性构件 10; 前叉管套管 7套在前叉管 2外围; 连接管 8的一 端与前叉管套管 7的一侧连接,另一侧位于两片滑片 6之间且与两片滑片 6 铰接; 两片滑片 6之间还设置有用于限制连接管 8向远离后轮 5的方向转 动的限位装置 1 3; 连接管 8的内部设置有一限位柱 11 ; 限位构件 9的一端位于两片滑片 6之间且与两片滑片 6铰接, 另一端 设有一沿其长度方向延伸的凸出部 12 ; 限位构件 9与滑片 6的铰接部位位 于连接管 8与滑片 6的铰接部位靠近后轮 5的一侧; 凸出部 12处于连接管 8的内部;
当限位构件 9的延伸方向与连接管 8的延伸方向相同时, 连接管 8远 离前轮 4的侧壁的端面与限位构件 9相抵; 凸出部 12与所述侧壁的内表面 相抵; 连接管 8与限位装置 1 3相抵;
限位构件 9远离凸出部 12的一侧设置有一挂钩 14 ; 挂钩 14的转动轨 迹与限位柱 1 1的转动轨迹存在一个结合处, 使挂钩 14钩住限位柱 1 1 , 进 而限制连接管 8与限位构件 9朝后轮 5的转动。
连接管 8 内还设置有固定柱 15 ; 弹性构件 1 0为人字簧, 人字簧的弯 折部分套在固定柱 15上; 所述人字簧的两端分别与连接管 8以及限位构件 9相抵。
人字簧是以其中部的弯折部位为轴向两侧施加周向弹力, 所以其对限 位构件 9 以及连接管 8之间的相对位置, 尤其是相对夹角的要求较小, 因 此能够更有效的起到作用。
为了进一步提高人字簧的效果, 可以将人字簧与连接管 8相抵的端部 成弧状凸起 16 , 凸出方向指向连接管 8 ; 人字簧与限位构件 9相抵的端部 也成弧状凸起 16 , 凸出方向指向限位构件 9。 这样能够大致保证人字簧施 加给连接管 8以及限位构件 9的弹力的方向相反。
在展开状态下, 虽然连接管 8已经被限位装置 1 3和限位构件 9将其位 置进行限制, 但此时限位构件 9只有弹性构件 1 0的支撑, 如果此时限位构 件 9受到较大的推力便可使其克服弹性构件 1 0的弹力而进入连接管 8的内 部, 这样滑板车在使用过程中便有可能发生形态改变, 致使使用者无法继 续使用, 有时甚至会造成事故。
在折叠状态下, 由于挂钩 14与限位柱 11的配合只能限制限位构件 9 以及连接管 8朝后轮 5的转动, 而无法限制两者朝向前轮 4转动, 因此折 叠状态实际上也是一种不稳定的状态, 很容易改变。
为了避免上述情况的发生, 优选将限位装置 1 3设计为能够限制\解除 限制滑片 6与连接管 8之间的相对位置的快拆组件。 这样便能够在起到限 制连接管 8向远离后轮 5的方向转动的同时还能够通过控制滑片 6与连接 管 8之间的加紧程度来增大三者之间的摩擦力, 进一步起到了限制滑片 6 与连接管 8之间的相对位置的作用。
由于挂钩 14与限位柱 1 1从外部无法看到, 所以两者的配合有时不 是艮顺利。 这时可以通过在滑板车上设置联动轴 17以及联动扳手 18 ; 限位构件 9与联动轴 17 固定连接, 且通过联动轴 17与两片滑片 6 铰接; 联动扳手 18 与联动轴 1 7 的一端固定连接, 且其沿联动扳手 18 的径向延伸。
这样能够更方便的控制限位构件 9的转动状态,使挂钩 14与限位柱 1 1更容易配合上。
为了进一步限制连接管 8向后轮 5的运动趋势, 可以在连接管 8远离 前叉管套管 7的一端设置有 1HJ槽 19 ;
当挂钩 14钩住限位柱 11时, 联动轴 17卡在凹槽 19的内部。
优选地, 还可以在联动扳手 18上设置用于防滑的褶皱 20。 优选地, 前叉管 1与前轮 4通过前减振装置 21连接。 前叉管 1与后轮 5通过后减振装置 22连接。 通过设置前减震装置 21和后减振装置 22能够 减少路面颠簸对使用者的影响。
连接管 8的径向截面可以为方形, 这样便于制造。
该滑板车的主要零件的制造方法如下:
踏板:从来料检验到下料,以前用的普通切管机,现在改为数控下料, 保证了踏板平行度和下料长度的准确型, 同时提高了产量。 下料完成后先 铣床加工, 前用的是普通立铣床, 现在为了保证踏板流型性及美观改为数 控立铣, 保证了技术要求及提高了产量。 然后再经过 4 道冲床加工, 每到 冲压工序都有专门夹具检验。 在以前几道加工中会有小部分毛刺, 可以釆 用震光机将毛刺震掉, 用变频氩弧焊机焊接, 气动焊接夹具上焊接滑片。 严格操作, 检验监督。
滑片的焊接致关重要: 滑片之间一定要对齐平行对称, 孔与孔对齐, 釆用了气动夹具焊接, 为下一道工序铺好路。 绝无虚焊、 漏焊及焊疤, 保 证纹路一致美观。
连接管: 连接管釆用了模具对称一次冲压完成, 保证了限位构件折叠 时钩不住的系数大大减少。
人字簧: 人字簧釆用 65mn材质, 又经过一道下料与三道冲床成型的加 工, 然后再使用真空淬火处理, 使其不仅具有很强的硬度, 同时在弹力和 柔韧性方面得到大大提高, 因此在与限位构件和连接管的组合中不必担心 限位构件弹不起来或是钩不到限位柱, 这为滑板车的寿命和安全性提供了 又一有力保证。 联动扳手:联动扳手釆用优质铝型材,寿命长,外观釆用波浪形设计, 不仅美观而且手感极好。 案, 而非对其限制; 尽管参照前述实施方式及实施例对本发明进行了详细 的说明, 本领域的普通技术人员应当理解: 其依然可以对前述实施方式或 实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改, 或者对其中部分技术特征进行等同替 换; 而这些修改或者替换, 并不使相应技术方案的本质脱离本发明实施方 式或实施例技术方案的精神和范围。

Claims

权利要求
1. 滑板车, 其特征在于, 包括前叉管、 踏板、 前轮、 后轮以及折叠机 构; 所述前叉管的一端与所述前轮转动连接; 所述踏板的一端与所述后轮 转动连接, 另一端设置有两片滑片; 两片所述滑片均垂直于所述踏板, 且 并排布置; 所述前叉管与所述滑片通过所述折叠机构连接;
所述折叠机构包括前叉管套管、 连接管、 限位构件以及设置于所述连 接管的内部用于通过弹力使所述连接管与所述限位构件能够时刻保持相互 远离的趋势的弹性构件; 所述前叉管套管套在所述前叉管外围; 所述连接 管的一端与所述前叉管套管的一侧连接, 另一侧位于两片所述滑片之间且 与两片所述滑片铰接; 两片所述滑片之间还设置有用于限制所述连接管向 远离所述后轮的方向转动的限位装置; 所述连接管的内部设置有一限位柱; 所述限位构件的一端位于两片所述滑片之间且与两片所述滑片铰接 , 另一端设有一沿其长度方向延伸的凸出部; 所述限位构件与所述滑片的铰 接部位位于所述连接管与所述滑片的铰接部位靠近所述后轮的一侧; 所述 凸出部处于所述连接管的内部;
当所述限位构件的延伸方向与所述连接管的延伸方向相同时, 所述连 接管远离所述前轮的侧壁的端面与所述限位构件相抵; 所述凸出部与所述 侧壁的内表面相抵; 所述连接管与所述限位装置相抵;
所述限位构件远离所述凸出部的一侧设置有一挂钩; 所述挂钩的转动 轨迹与所述限位柱的转动轨迹存在一个结合处, 使所述挂钩钩住所述限位 柱, 进而限制所述连接管与所述限位构件朝所述后轮的转动。
2. 如权利要求 1所述的滑板车, 其特征在于: 所述连接管内还设置有 固定柱; 所述弹性构件为人字簧, 所述人字簧的弯折部分套在所述固定柱 上; 所述人字簧的两端分别与所述连接管以及所述限位构件相抵。
3. 如权利要求 2所述的滑板车, 其特征在于: 所述人字簧与所述连接 管相抵的端部成弧状凸起, 凸出方向指向所述连接管; 所述人字簧与所述 限位构件相抵的端部也成弧状凸起, 凸出方向指向所述限位构件。
4. 如权利要求 1所述的滑板车, 其特征在于: 所述限位装置为能够限 制 \解除限制所述滑片与所述连接管之间的相对位置的快拆组件。
5. 如权利要求 1所述的滑板车, 其特征在于: 还包括联动轴以及联 动扳手;
所述限位构件与所述联动轴固定连接,且通过所述联动轴与两片所述 滑片铰接; 所述联动扳手与所述联动轴的一端固定连接, 且其沿所述联 动扳手的径向延伸。
6. 如权利要求 5所述的滑板车, 其特征在于: 所述连接管远离所述前 叉管套管的一端设置有 槽;
当所述挂钩钩住所述限位柱时, 所述联动轴卡在所述凹槽的内部。
7. 如权利要求 5或 6所述的滑板车, 其特征在于: 所述联动扳手上设 置有用于防滑的褶皱。
8. 如权利要求 1至 6任意一项所述的滑板车, 其特征在于: 所述前叉 管与所述前轮通过前减振装置连接。
9. 如权利要求 1至 6任意一项所述的滑板车, 其特征在于: 所述前叉 管与所述后轮通过后减振装置连接。
10.如权利要求 1至 6任意一项所述的滑板车, 其特征在于: 所述连接 管的径向截面为方形。
