采用蜂毒采集器采集胡蜂粗蜂毒,加 25体积水充分溶解, 8000g离心 15min, 上清液通过截留分子量 lOOOODa的超滤膜超滤, 滤液冷冻干燥制得蜂毒。
本实施例的具有祛皱功效的蜂毒组合物, 按总质量百分数 100%计, 由以下 组份组成:
A相: 卡波姆 0.2%、 甘油 4%、 丙二醇 3%、 去离子水余量。
B相: 鲸蜡硬脂醇醚 -2 1.5%、 鲸蜡硬脂醇醚 -21 2%、 霍霍巴油 3%、 鲸蜡硬 脂醇 2%、单硬脂酸甘油酯 1%、辛酸 /癸酸甘油三酸酯 4%、棕榈酸乙基己酯 3%、 聚二甲基硅氧烷 2%、 十四酸异丙酯 3%、 羟苯乙酯 0.1%。
C相: 蜂毒 0.1% (以去离子水预先配制成质量分数 50%蜂毒溶液的形式添 加)。
D相: 氮酮/ PEG-40氢化蓖麻油 1%、 三乙醇胺 0.2%、 苯氧乙醇 /羟苯甲酯 / 羟苯丁酯 /羟苯乙酯 /羟苯丙酯 /羟苯异丁酯 0.1%。
工艺过程: 分别加热 A相和 B相到 80°C, 搅拌下将 B相加入到 A相中。搅 拌冷却至 45 °C, 将 C相加入到 A、 B相的混合物中, 搅拌混合 lOmin后, 加入 D相,混合均质制得本实施例的具有祛皱功效的蜂毒组合物一含有蜂毒的祛皱膏 霜。
本实施方式配制的膏霜有光泽、 质地细腻、 分布均匀、 油水相不分离。 涂在 脸上, 易吸收, 持续使用一个月后, 抬头纹、 鼻梁纹和颊部皱纹大部分消失或变 浅。 实施例 2
采用蜂毒采集器采集蜜蜂粗蜂毒, 加 10 倍体积水充分溶解, 5000g 离心 30min, 上清液通过截留分子量 lOOOODa的超滤膜进行超滤后, 将滤液冷冻干燥 制得蜂毒。 本实施例的具有祛皱功效的蜂毒组合物, 按总质量百分数 100%计, 由以下 组份组成:

C相: 蜂毒 2% (以粉末的形式添加)。
D相: 氮酮/ PEG-40氢化蓖麻油 1%、 三乙醇胺 0.1%、 苯氧乙醇 /羟苯甲酯 / 羟苯丁酯 /羟苯乙酯 /羟苯丙酯 /羟苯异丁酯 0.1%。
工艺过程:分别加热 A相和 B相到 80°C,搅拌下缓慢将 B相加入到 A相中。 搅拌冷却至 55 °C, 将 C相加入到 A、 B相的混合物中, 搅拌混合 lOmin后, 加 入 D相, 混合均质制得本实施例的具有祛皱功效的蜂毒组合物一含有蜂毒的祛 皱乳液。
本实施方式配制的乳液手感细腻、 涂布均匀、 油水不分离、 易吸收。 涂在颈 脖处, 持续使用一个月后, 颈部皱纹明显变浅。 实施例 3
从武汉益民蜂产品有限公司购买胡蜂粗蜂毒, 加 30 倍体积水充分溶解, lOOOOg离心 10min, 上清液通过截留分子量 lOOOODa的超滤膜进行超滤后, 将 滤液冷冻干燥制得蜂毒。
本实施例的具有祛皱功效的蜂毒组合物, 按总质量百分数 100%计, 由以下 组份组成:
A 相: 汉生胶 0.4%、 丙烯酸酯 /C1Q_3Q烷基丙烯酸酯交联聚合物 0.6%、 EDTA-2Na0.1% 甘油 5%、 丙二醇 5%、 丁二醇 5%、 去离子水余量。
B相: 蜂毒 0.00001% (以蒸馏水预先配制成质量分数 10%蜂毒溶液的形式 添加)、 去离子水 20%。
C相: PEG-40氢化蓖麻油酯 1%、 三乙醇胺 0.2%、 香精 0.1%、 苯氧乙醇 / 羟苯甲酯 /羟苯丁酯 /羟苯乙酯 /羟苯丙酯 /羟苯异丁酯 0.1%。

同时, 由于蜂毒肽、 蜂毒明肽等祛皱成分得到了有效浓縮和富集, 经过纯化 的蜂毒溶液(即 0.5%胡蜂蜂毒溶液、 0.5%蜜蜂蜂毒溶液)清除羟自由基和 DPPH 自由基能力, 以及改善皮肤皱纹的能力, 均显著优于粗蜂毒溶液 (即 0.5%胡蜂 粗蜂毒溶液、 0.5%蜜蜂粗蜂毒溶液)。
此外, 与来源于蜜蜂的蜂毒溶液(即 0.5%蜜蜂粗蜂毒、 0.5%蜜蜂蜂毒溶液) 相比, 来源于胡蜂的蜂毒溶液 (即 0.5%胡蜂粗蜂毒溶液、 0.5%胡蜂蜂毒溶液) 抗氧化和祛除皱纹的能力更显著。 因此, 胡蜂蜂毒祛皱功效要略优于蜜蜂蜂毒。 实施例 12

选取有干纹、 细纹、 鱼尾纹、 表情纹、 颈部纹等皱纹困扰的健康志愿者 66 名,其中男性 24名, 女性 42名,年龄 38-43岁,平均 40.7岁,无严重系统疾病、 免疫缺陷或自身免疫性疾病, 对化妆品无过敏、 面部无急性炎症、 未使用激素类 药物或免疫抑制剂、 未参加其他临床试验, 未涂抹外用制剂。 随机分为 22组, 即化妆品基质组、 含粗蜂毒化妆品组合物组 (样品 Al-A3 )、 含蜂毒化妆品组合 物组 (样品 Bl-B3 )、 含透明质酸化妆品组合物组 (样品 C)、 含蜂毒和透明质酸 化妆品组合物组 (样品 Dl-D4)、 含透明质酸和海洋动物胶原蛋白肽化妆品组合 物组 (样品 El-E4)、 含蜂毒、 透明质酸和海洋动物胶原蛋白肽化妆品组合物组 (样品 F1-F6), 每组 3名。
各组志愿者用温水清洁皮肤后, 在面部、 眼周、 颈部、 手背 (同一位置)均 匀涂抹相应的化妆品, 每天早晚各 1次, 连续使用 8周后, 使用皮肤水分测量仪 Corneometer CM825 测量手背皮肤角质层中的含水量 (%), 使用表皮水分散失 测定仪 TM300测量手背皮肤水分散失量 [TEML, g/(h-m2)] o 使用皮肤皱纹测试 仪 SV600测试眼周皮肤皱纹 (先用硅模复制所测定部位的皮肤皱纹模型, 计算 机根据皮肤皱纹深度进行等级分类与统计处理), 计算样品使用前、 使用后的皮 肤平均粗糙度 R3 ( BP :对 5个相同长度、不同节段所测得的 R1值取算数平均数, 其中 R1表示在一定长度内峰值与最低值之间的距离, μηι)。 结果用 AR3 (即: 使用样品前与使用样品后的皮肤平均粗糙度的差值)表示, 数值越高, 代表皱纹 改善效果越好。使用皮肤弹性测试仪 ΜΡΑ580测试面部皮肤弹性(测试过程中负 压恒定为 450mpa), 结果用回弹量 Ur (即取消负压 0.1秒后皮肤的恢复值)与皮 肤的最大拉伸量 Uf的比值表示, 数值越接近 1, 说明皮肤弹性越好。
测定结果见表 2, 其中样品 A (即含粗蜂毒化妆品组合物)为样品 A1-A3组 的平均值, 样品 B (即含蜂毒化妆品组合物)为样品 B1-B3组的平均值, 样品 D (即含蜂毒和透明质酸化妆品组合物) 为样品 D1-D4组的平均值, 样品 E (即 含透明质酸和海洋动物胶原蛋白肽化妆品组合物)为样品 E1-E4组的平均值,样 品 F (即含蜂毒、 透明质酸和海洋动物胶原蛋白肽化妆品组合物) 为样品 F1-F6 组的平均值。
与 "化妆品基质"组相比, 在连续使用其它化妆品组合物 8周后, 皮肤水合 度都有明显的增加, 表皮水分散失量显著减少, 弹性和皱纹改善程度明显。 与"含粗蜂毒化妆品组合物一 A"相比, 在连续使用"含蜂毒化妆品组合物一 B"8周后, 皮肤皱纹改善效果更明显。 与"含透明质酸化妆品组合物一 C"和"含蜂 毒化妆品组合物一 B"相比, 在连续使用"含蜂毒和透明质酸化妆品组合物一 D"8 周后, 皮肤水合度和皱纹改善效果更为明显。 与"含透明质酸和海洋动物胶原蛋 白肽化妆品组合物一 E"和"含蜂毒化妆品组合物一 B"相比, 在连续使用"含蜂毒、 透明质酸和海洋动物胶原蛋白肽化妆品组合物一 F" 8周后, 皮肤角质层含水量、 弹性和皱纹改善效果更为明显,鱼尾纹和表情纹变浅甚至消失, 皮肤变得更光润 而有弹性。

品组合物) 由此可见, 本发明中的蜂毒改善皮肤水合度、减少水分散失量、 改善皮肤弹 性和皱纹等效果显著优于粗蜂毒。此外, 本发明中的蜂毒与透明质酸, 以及蜂毒 与透明质酸、 海洋动物胶原蛋白肽具有显著的协同增效作用, 可使皮肤水合度、 弹性及皱纹等改善效果大为提高。
综上所述,本发明中的具有祛皱功效的蜂毒组合物祛除皱纹效果卓著, 而且 蜂毒与透明质酸和海洋动物胶原蛋白肽具有良好的协同复配作用,可使改善皮肤 干燥、 松弛、 皱纹等效果显著增强。
上述实施例为本发明较佳的实施方式,但本发明的实施方式并不受上述实施 例的限制, 其他的任何未背离本发明的精神实质与原理下所作的改变、 修饰、 替 代、 组合、 简化, 均应视为等效的置换方式, 都包含在本发明的保护范围。

Claims

权利要求书
1、 一种具有祛皱功效的蜂毒组合物, 包括祛皱化妆品基质成份, 其特征在 于, 还含有蜂毒。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的蜂毒组合物, 其特征在于, 所述的蜂毒是通过以 下方法制备的, 取粗蜂毒用水溶解, 然后再通过截留分子量 lOOOODa 的超滤膜 进行超滤后, 将滤液冷冻干燥制得蜂毒。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的蜂毒组合物, 其特征在于, 所述的蜂毒是通过以 下方法制备的:取粗蜂毒加 10-30倍体积水充分溶解, 5000-10000g离心 10-30min, 上清液通过截留分子量 lOOOODa 的超滤膜进行超滤后, 将滤液冷冻干燥制得蜂 毒。
4、根据权利要求 1或 2或 3所述的蜂毒组合物, 其特征在于, 所述的蜂毒, 其含量占蜂毒组合物总质量的 0.00001%~2%。
5、 根据权利要求 4所述的蜂毒组合物, 其特征在于, 所述的具有祛皱功效 的蜂毒组合物还含有透明质酸, 其含量占蜂毒组合物总质量的 0.01%-2%。
6、 根据权利要求 5所述的蜂毒组合物, 其特征在于, 所述的具有祛皱功效 的蜂毒组合物还含有海洋动物胶原蛋白肽, 其含量占蜂毒组合物总质量的 0.01%-5%。
7、 根据权利要求 6所述的蜂毒组合物, 其特征在于, 所述的海洋动物胶原 蛋白肽为鳕鱼皮胶原蛋白肽、 鲨鱼皮胶原蛋白肽、海参胶原蛋白肽、 鱿鱼皮胶原 蛋白肽中的一种或几种的组合。
8、 根据权利要求 2或 3所述的蜂毒组合物, 其特征在于, 所述的粗蜂毒为 胡蜂粗蜂毒和 /或蜜蜂粗蜂毒。
9、 根据权利要求 1所述的蜂毒组合物, 其特征在于, 所述的蜂毒组合物是 指膏霜、 乳液、 水剂、 凝胶、 啫喱、 气雾剂或面膜。
10、根据权利要求 1所述的蜂毒组合物, 其特征在于, 所述的蜂毒组合物能 用作普通化妆品或具有祛皱功效的功能化妆品, 所述祛皱的皮肤部位是指脸部、 眼周、 颈脖、 躯干或四肢。
