本发明的具有防晒功效的蜂毒组合物中的海藻多糖与皮肤中其他多糖组分 及纤维状蛋白质共同组成含大量水分的胞外胶状基质,在皮肤表面形成一层均匀 薄膜,使水分从基底组织弥散到角质层并诱导其进一步水化, 在有效补充皮肤水 分、减少经皮水分散失的同时, 增强了皮肤的自我保护能力。海藻多糖还能促进 角质细胞和皮肤成纤维细胞生长、增加皮肤弹性、清除紫外线引起的自由基、迅 速更新并修复晒伤皮肤。它还能有效吸收部分波长范围的紫外线、减弱并消除紫 外线对皮肤晒伤、 晒黑作用, 与蜂毒、 Vc磷酸酯镁以及防晒剂复配后, 可使皮 肤对 UVA和 UVB的防护能力显著提高。
本发明的具有防晒功效的蜂毒组合物中的 VC磷酸酯镁化学性质稳定, 不易 被氧化、不受碱或金属离子等因素影响, 皮肤吸收后被磷酸酯酶迅速酶解可游离 出 Vc。 Vc作为内源性抗氧化剂, 具有抑制酪氨酸酶活性, 可还原紫外线引起的 黑色素, 有效淡化并减少色素沉着, 使皮肤不被晒黑。 Vc还能有效清除自由基、 减少紫外线引起的炎症反应、激活胶原代谢、 修复晒伤皮肤, 从而延缓皮肤光老 化。 同时, Vc磷酸酯镁还能有效增加具有防晒功效的蜂毒组合物的化学稳定性、 有效性和防晒性。
2,2'-双 -(1,4-亚苯基) 1H-苯并咪唑 -4,6-二磺酸的二钠盐、 亚甲基双-苯并三唑 基四甲基丁基酚、 对苯二亚甲基二樟脑磺酸、 双-乙基己氧苯酚甲氧苯基三嗪能 吸收 UVA区域的紫外线, 可提高具有防晒功效的蜂毒组合物的 PFA值。
苯基苯并咪唑磺酸及其钾、钠和三乙醇胺盐、 甲氧基肉桂酸乙基己酯、 甲酚 曲唑三硅氧烷能吸收 UVB区域的紫外线, 可提高具有防晒功效的蜂毒组合物的 SPF值。
Ti02能有效反射并散射紫外线, 减少其与皮肤的接触, 提高具有防晒功效的 蜂毒组合物的 SPF值和 PFA值。
与现有技术相比, 本发明具有如下有益效果:
1、 本发明针对皮肤特殊的生理学构造及其对化妆品所用成分的敏感性, 本 发明的具有防晒功效的蜂毒组合物优选纯天然的蜂毒为主要原料。虽然目前添加 蜂毒的化妆品非常罕见,但蜂毒早已被收录于《国际化妆品原料标准中文名称目 录 (2010版)》 中, 这说明将蜂毒应用于化妆品是安全的、 可行的。 此外, 在本 发明的具有防晒功效的蜂毒组合物中,所使用的蜂毒是经过纯化处理的, 将粗蜂 毒中易引起皮肤过敏、发炎以及疼痛的物质有效去除, 而将蜂毒肽、 蜂毒明肽等 成分高度富集, 从而发挥出更显著的防晒功效。 同时, 本发明中的蜂毒能迅速被 皮肤吸收, 不引起皮肤过敏, 也不会给皮肤带来任何负担。
2、 本发明的具有防晒功效的蜂毒组合物优选出纯天然的蜂毒、 海藻多糖、 Vc磷酸酯镁与防晒剂协同复配, 与皮肤有更好的相容性, 能迅速被皮肤吸收, 安全、 温和, 不引起刺激、 过敏等反应, 皮肤也没有负担, 并且由于蜂毒与海藻 多糖、 VC磷酸酯镁、 防晒剂的正向协同作用, 在减少防晒剂用量的同时, 显著 提高了其对紫外线的防护能力, 有效改善了产品性能。
3、 本发明的具有防晒功效的蜂毒组合物中的蜂毒、 海藻多糖、 VC磷酸酯镁 能吸收部分紫外线,并全面提高皮肤的自我保护能力。在降低防晒剂的使用量后, 不仅未减弱其对紫外线的防护能力, 反而使其产品性能和安全性显著提高, 并防 止了因使用大量防晒剂而引发的炎症、 刺激等不良反应发生。
4、 本发明的具有防晒功效的蜂毒组合物不仅能被有效吸收、 屏蔽 UVA和 UVB从而减少对皮肤的损伤, 保持皮肤湿润、 减少黑色素沉积、 消除日光损伤、 消除炎症、 缓解防晒剂对皮肤刺激和光致敏作用, 还能促进受损皮肤修复、使色 斑和晒黑痕迹快速消退, 全面提高皮肤天然屏障功能, 具有防晒、 美白、 保湿、 营养、 消炎、 舒缓、 修复等多重功效。
5、本发明优选到几种光稳定性好、对皮肤刺激性小、协同作用好的水溶性、 油溶性 UVA防护剂和 UVB防护剂, 配制得到的具有防晒功效的蜂毒组合物质 量可靠、 效果显著。 具体实施方式:

实施例 1 采用蜂毒采集器采集胡蜂粗蜂毒,加 25体积水充分溶解, 8000g离心 15min, 上清液通过截留分子量 lOOOODa的超滤膜超滤, 滤液冷冻干燥制得蜂毒。
本实施例的具有防晒功效的蜂毒组合物, 按总质量百分数 100%计, 由以下 组份组成:
A相: 对苯二亚甲基二樟脑磺酸 1%、 卡波姆 0.1%、 NaCl 0.8% 1, 3-丁二 醇 5%、 丙二醇 4%、 EDTA-2Na0.1% 去离子水余量。
B相: 双-乙基己氧苯酚甲氧苯基三嗪 1.5%、 甲氧基肉桂酸乙基己酯 0.3%、 甲酚曲唑三硅氧烷 1%、 微米级金刚石型油性 Ti02分散液 9% (含 Ti021.5%)、 脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚 3%、 C12-C15烷基苯甲酸酯 9%、碳酸二辛酯 2%、微晶蜡 0.8%、 氮酮/ PEG-40氢化蓖麻油 0.2%、 汉生胶 0.5%。
C相: 蜂毒 0.5% (以去离子水预先配制成质量分数 50%蜂毒溶液的形式添 加)。
D相: 尼泊金丁酯 0.5%、 绿茶香精 0.2%。
工艺过程:分别加热 A相和 B相到 80°C,搅拌下缓慢将 B相加入到 A相中。 搅拌冷却至 55 °C, 将 C相加入到 A、 B相的混合物中, 搅拌混合 lOmin后, 加 入 D相, 混合均质制得本实施例的具有防晒功效的蜂毒组合物一含有蜂毒的防 晒乳液。
本实施方式配制的乳液手感细腻、 涂布均匀、 油水不分离、 易吸收。 涂在面 部、 颈脖及手臂上, 户外活动 12h, 皮肤不会变黑。 实施例 2
采用蜂毒采集器采集蜜蜂粗蜂毒, 加 10 倍体积水充分溶解, 5000g 离心 30min, 上清液通过截留分子量 lOOOODa的超滤膜进行超滤后, 将滤液冷冻干燥 制得蜂毒。
本实施例的具有防晒功效的蜂毒组合物, 按总质量百分数 100%计, 由以下 组份组成:

从武汉益民蜂产品有限公司购买胡蜂粗蜂毒, 加 30 倍体积水充分溶解, lOOOOg离心 10min, 上清液通过截留分子量 10000Da的超滤膜进行超滤后, 将 滤液冷冻干燥制得蜂毒。
采用蜂毒采集器采集蜜蜂粗蜂毒, 加 30 倍体积水充分溶解, 10000g 离心 lOmin, 上清液通过截留分子量 lOOOODa的超滤膜进行超滤后, 将滤液冷冻干燥 制得蜂毒。
本实施例的具有防晒功效的蜂毒组合物, 按总质量百分数 100%计, 由以下 组份组成:
A相: 亚甲基双 -苯并三唑基四甲基丁基酚 0.1%、 对苯二亚甲基二樟脑磺酸

将实施例 1-9制备的具有防晒功效的蜂毒组合物进行小鼠抵抗紫外线损伤能 力的测试。
测试对象是样品 1 (A、 a)、 样品 2 (B、 b)、 样品 3 ( C、 c)、 样品 4 (D、 d)、 样品 5 (E、 e)、 样品 6 (F、 0、 样品 Ί ( G、 g)、 样品 8 (H、 h)、 样品 9 (1、 i) o 样品 A-I依次是实施例 1-9制备的具有防晒功效的蜂毒组合物, 而样品 a-i依次是样品 A-I的对照样 (样品 a-i用等量的去离子水来替代样品 A-I中的蜂 毒、 海藻多糖和 VC磷酸酯镁所占的质量百分含量, 即样品 a-i中均不含蜂毒、 海藻多糖和 Vc磷酸酯镁, 并且样品 a-i中防晒剂的其他组成、 含量分别与样品 A-I中防晒剂组成、 含量相同)。
取质量 (20±2) g昆明健康小鼠 54只, 雌雄各半, 随机分成 18组, 每组 3 只。 将小鼠预防性地涂抹样品 (每组分别涂抹上述一个样品, 共 18组涂抹上述 18个样品), 每只背部给 0.6mL, 每只单耳给 0.3mL, 2次 /d, 共涂抹 4d。 将小 鼠水平固定在铁架上并置于距紫外灯垂直距离 10cm处照射 6h,造成皮损小鼠模 型。以小鼠皮肤角质化和脱皮程度为评价指标,肉眼观察小鼠背部皮肤变化情况, 分析样品对小鼠抵抗紫外线损伤作用。
将皮损小鼠模型继续用紫外线照射 40h后断脊处死,称量小鼠质量, 再分别 取两耳及背部 9mm直径的圆形耳片和皮片, 精确称量其质量, 计算耳指数 (耳 指数 =耳片质量 /小鼠质量) 和皮指数 (皮指数=皮片质量 /小鼠质量), 分析样品 对紫外射伤小鼠水肿的抑制作用。取背部部分皮肤用 10%甲醛固定 24h后,制得 封固试样。将封固试样置于 10倍镜下观察皮肤整体形态, 再于 40倍镜下从视野 观察到的皮肤最上端开始拍第一张图片, 之后每移动标尺 2mm拍取一张, 拍取 5张后用显微图像分析系统选取每张图片上的 5个点, 测量其表皮厚度, 每张图 片共测量 25个点, 取平均值记为表皮厚度, 分析样品对小鼠表皮角质化的抑制 作用。每张图片取 6个视野, 计数每个视野内成纤维细胞数, 取平均值记为每个 视野真皮成纤维细胞数。 紫外线损伤小鼠耳指数、 皮指数、表皮厚度及成纤维细 胞测定结果见表 1。

对下列各种样品防晒功效进行评价:
本实施例的百分数指的是质量百分数。
本实施例的胡蜂蜂毒和蜜蜂蜂毒是按照实施例 3的制备方法制备得到的。 防晒化妆品基质: 双-乙基己氧苯酚甲氧苯基三嗪 1.5%、 甲氧基肉桂酸乙基 己酯 0.3%、 甲酚曲唑三硅氧烷 1%、 微米级金刚石型油性 Ti02分散液 9% (含 Ti021.5%)、 对苯二亚甲基二樟脑磺酸 1%、 脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚 3%、 C12-C15烷基 苯甲酸酯 9%、 碳酸二辛酯 2%、 微晶蜡 0.8%、 氮酮 /PEG-40氢化蓖麻油 0.2%、 汉生胶 0.5%、 NaC10.8%、 1, 3-丁二醇 5%、 丙二醇 4%、 EDTA-2Na0.1%、 尼泊 金丁酯 0.5%、 绿茶香精 0.2%、 去离子水余量。
含粗蜂毒化妆品组合物 (即样品 A, 粗蜂毒含量为质量分数 2%):
A1 : 胡蜂粗蜂毒 2%、 防晒化妆品基质 98%;
A2: 胡蜂粗蜂毒 0.5%、 蜜蜂粗蜂毒 1.5%、 防晒化妆品基质 98%。
含蜂毒化妆品组合物 (即样品 B, 蜂毒含量为质量分数 2%):
B1 : 胡蜂蜂毒 2%、 防晒化妆品基质 98%;
B2: 胡蜂蜂毒 0.5%、 蜜蜂蜂毒 1.5%、 防晒化妆品基质 98%。
含海藻多糖化妆品组合物 (即样品 C, 海藻多糖含量为质量分数 2%):
C1 : 海带多糖 2%、 防晒化妆品基质 98%;
C2: 羊栖菜多糖 1%、 藻酸钠 1%、 防晒化妆品基质 98%。
含蜂毒和海藻多糖化妆品组合物(即样品 D, 蜂毒、海藻多糖的总含量为质 量分数 2%): Dl : 胡蜂蜂毒 1%、 海带多糖 1%、 防晒化妆品基质 98%;
D2: 蜜蜂蜂毒 0.5%、 胡蜂蜂毒 0.5%、 藻酸钠 0.5%、 羊栖菜多糖 0.5%、 防 晒化妆品基质 98%。
含海藻多糖和 VC磷酸酯镁化妆品组合物(即样品 E,海藻多糖和 VC磷酸酯 镁的总含量为质量分数 2%):
E1 : 海带多糖 1%、 Vc磷酸酯镁 1%、 防晒化妆品基质 98%;
E2:藻酸钠 0.5%、羊栖菜多糖 0.5%、 Vc磷酸酯镁 1%、防晒化妆品基质 98%。 含蜂毒、 海藻多糖和 VC磷酸酯镁化妆品组合物 (即样品 F, 蜂毒、 海藻多 糖和 Vc磷酸酯镁的总含量为质量分数 2%):
F1:胡蜂蜂毒 0.5%、海带多糖 0.5%、 Vc磷酸酯镁 1%、防晒化妆品基质 98%;
F2: 蜜蜂蜂毒 0.4%、 胡蜂蜂毒 0.4%、 藻酸钠 0.4%、 羊栖菜多糖 0.4%、 Vc 磷酸酯镁 0.4%、 防晒化妆品基质 98%。
选取健康志愿者 39名,其中男性 9名,女性 30名,年龄 25-32岁,平均 27.7 岁, 既往无光感性疾病史, 近期内未使用影响光感性的药物, 无严重系统疾病、 免疫缺陷或自身免疫性疾病, 对化妆品无过敏、 面部无急性炎症、 未使用激素类 药物或免疫抑制剂、 未参加其他临床试验, 未涂抹外用制剂。 随机分为 13组, 即防晒化妆品基质组、 含粗蜂毒化妆品组合物组 (样品 Al-A2)、 含蜂毒化妆品 组合物组 (样品 Bl-B2)、 含海藻多糖化妆品组合物组 (样品 Cl-C2)、 含蜂毒和 海藻多糖化妆品组合物组(样品 Dl-D2)、含海藻多糖和 Vc磷酸酯镁化妆品组合 物组 (样品 El-E2)、 含蜂毒、 海藻多糖和 Vc磷酸酯镁化妆品组合物组 (样品 F1-F2), 每组 3名。
按照 《化妆品卫生规范》 (2007年版) 关于防晒化妆品防晒指数 (SPF值) 和长波紫外线防护指数 (PFA值) 的测定方法, 测得样品 SPF值和 PFA值, 结 果见表 2。 其中, 样品 A为样品 Al、 A2组的平均值, 样品 B为样品 Bl、 B2组 的平均值, 样品 C为样品 Cl、 C2组的平均值, 样品 D为样品 Dl、 D2组的平 均值, 样品 E为样品 El、 E2组的平均值, 样品 F为样品 Fl、 F2组的平均值。 表 2: 各样品 SPF值和 PFA值

PFA值 6.6士 0.7 9.6士 0.9 11.1士 0.8 8.0士 0.9 12.0士0.7 8.8士0.8 13.2士 0.6 由表 2可以看出, 与防晒化妆品基质相比, 样品 A-F的 SPF值和 PFA值相 对较高。 这说明蜂毒、 海藻多糖和 VC磷酸酯镁对化妆品基质中防晒剂具有协同 作用, 可增强其防晒能力。
由于脱除了粗蜂毒中的致敏源, 所以与含粗蜂毒化妆品组合物 (即样品 A) 相比, 含蜂毒化妆品组合物 (即样品 B)不仅对皮肤没有明显刺激性, 还能缓解 防晒剂对皮肤的致敏性。 由于富集了蜂毒中的有效成分, 含蜂毒化妆品组合物的 SPF值和 PFA值明显比含粗蜂毒化妆品组合物高。
与含蜂毒化妆品组合物(即样品 B)、 含海藻多糖化妆品组合物 (即样品 C) 相比, 含蜂毒和海藻多糖化妆品组合物(即样品 D)在有效缓解防晒剂对皮肤的 致敏性的同时, SPF值和 PFA值得到了显著提高。 这说明本发明中海藻多糖与 蜂毒具有正向协同作用, 可使蜂毒组合物防晒能力显著提高。
与含蜂毒化妆品组合物(即样品 B)、含海藻多糖和 VC磷酸酯镁化妆品组合 物 (即样品 E) 相比, 含蜂毒、 海藻多糖和 VC磷酸酯镁化妆品组合物 (即样品 F) 在有效缓解防晒剂对皮肤的致敏作用的同时, SPF值和 PFA值得到了显著 提高。 这说明本发明中的海藻多糖、 VC磷酸酯镁与蜂毒具有正向协同作用, 可 使蜂毒组合物防晒能力显著提高。
综上所述, 本发明中的具有防晒功效的蜂毒组合物不仅能有效吸收并屏蔽 UVA和 UVB以减少其与皮肤的接触和损害,还能从根本上全面提高皮肤的自我 保护能力, 具有防晒、 美白、 保湿、 营养、 消炎、 修复等多重功效。
上述实施例为本发明较佳的实施方式,但本发明的实施方式并不受上述实施 例的限制, 其他的任何未背离本发明的精神实质与原理下所作的改变、 修饰、 替 代、 组合、 简化, 均应为等效的置换方式, 都包含在本发明的保护范围。

Claims

权利要求书
1、 一种具有防晒功效的蜂毒组合物, 包括防晒化妆品基质成份, 其特征在 于, 还含有蜂毒。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的蜂毒组合物, 其特征在于, 所述的蜂毒是通过以 下方法制备的, 取粗蜂毒用水溶解, 然后再通过截留分子量 lOOOODa 的超滤膜 进行超滤后, 将滤液冷冻干燥制得蜂毒。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的蜂毒组合物, 其特征在于, 所述的蜂毒是通过以 下方法制备的:取粗蜂毒加 10-30倍体积水充分溶解, 5000-10000g离心 10-30min, 上清液通过截留分子量 lOOOODa 的超滤膜进行超滤后, 将滤液冷冻干燥制得蜂 毒, 所述的粗蜂毒为胡蜂粗蜂毒和 /或蜜蜂粗蜂毒。
4、根据权利要求 1或 2或 3所述的蜂毒组合物, 其特征在于, 所述的蜂毒, 其含量占蜂毒组合物总质量的 0.00001%〜2%。
5、 根据权利要求 1所述的蜂毒组合物, 其特征在于, 所述的具有防晒功效 的蜂毒组合物的化妆品基质中还包含有防晒剂, 所述的防晒剂为 UVA防护剂和 / 或 UVB防护剂。
6、根据权利要求 5所述的蜂毒组合物, 其特征在于, 所述的 UVA防护剂为 2,2'-双 -(1,4-亚苯基) 1H-苯并咪唑 -4,6-二磺酸的二钠盐、 亚甲基双-苯并三唑基四 甲基丁基酚、 对苯二亚甲基二樟脑磺酸、 双-乙基己氧苯酚甲氧苯基三嗪中的一 种或几种的组合, 其用量为, 按占蜂毒组合物总质量的百分比计, 2,2'-双 -(1,4- 亚苯基) 1H-苯并咪唑 -4,6-二磺酸的二钠盐 0.1%〜4.5%、亚甲基双-苯并三唑基四甲 基丁基酚 0.1%〜3.5%、 对苯二亚甲基二樟脑磺酸 0.1%〜4.5%、 双-乙基己氧苯酚 甲氧苯基三嗪 0.2%〜4.5%; 所述的 UVB防护剂为苯基苯并咪唑磺酸及其钾、 钠 和三乙醇胺盐、 甲氧基肉桂酸乙基己酯、 甲酚曲唑三硅氧烷、 Ti02中的一种或几 种的组合, 其用量为, 按占蜂毒组合物总质量的百分比计, 苯基苯并咪唑磺酸及 其钾、 钠和三乙醇胺盐 0.1%-3%、 甲氧基肉桂酸乙基己酯 0.02%-8%、 甲酚曲唑 三硅氧烷 0.2%-8%、 TiO20.5%-6%。
7、 根据权利要求 4或 5或 6所述的蜂毒组合物, 其特征在于, 所述的具有 防晒功效的蜂毒组合物还含有海藻多糖, 其含量占蜂毒组合物总质量的 0.01%-5%。
8、 根据权利要求 7所述的蜂毒组合物, 其特征在于, 所述的海藻多糖为藻 酸钠、 紫菜多糖、 裙带菜多糖、 珍珠菜多糖、 石花菜多糖、 麒麟菜多糖、 羊栖菜 多糖、 海带多糖、 海蒿子多糖、 螺旋藻多糖、 马尾藻多糖、 铜藻多糖、 墨角藻多 糖、 角叉藻多糖、 大叶藻多糖和小球藻多糖中的一种或几种的组合。
9、 根据权利要求 7所述的蜂毒组合物, 其特征在于, 所述的具有防晒功效 的蜂毒组合物还含有 Vc磷酸酯镁, 其含量占蜂毒组合物总质量的 0.1%-5%。
10、根据权利要求 1所述的蜂毒组合物, 其特征在于, 所述的具有防晒功效 的蜂毒组合物是膏霜、 乳液、 水剂、 凝胶或啫哩, 所述的具有防晒功效的蜂毒组 合物能用作普通化妆品或具有防晒作用的功能化妆品。
