- the PVDF homopolymer may include a copolymer containing up to less than 3% by weight of the total weight of the homopolymer, another comonomer such as trifluoroethylene, chlorotrifluoroethylene, vinyl fluoride, hexafluoropropene or perfluoroalkyl vinyl ethers.
- the PVDF homopolymer according to the invention does not cover the functionalized PVDFs.
- a polymer membrane has an "emergent" porosity if there exists within this membrane an interconnected network of pore (cavities) (or percolating) allowing a permeant (gas or liquid) ) to freely diffuse from one side to the other of the material.
- freely is meant to diffuse out of the amorphous phase of the polymer (the crystalline phase of the polymer being considered impervious to permeants (gas or liquid)).
- the porous polymeric membranes formed from the formulation have the following characteristics, taken alone or in combination: a thickness of 25-50 ⁇ , a porosity of 10-25%, a pore size ranging from 50 to 150 nm and a temperature melting point of 168 ° C (measured by differential thermal analysis, or DSC method).
- VDF-HFP random copolymer a fluorinated elastomer in which the mass proportion of VDF is greater than 50%.
- thermoplastic polymer composition consisting of 80% by weight of Kynar 740 and 20% by weight of fluoroelastomer was carried out on a Buss brand PR 46 co-kneader of diameter 46 millimeters, in length 15 times its diameter equipped with a recovery extruder, at a rate of 10kg / h.

Description
FORMULATION D'UNE MEMBRANE FLUOREE POREUSE

DESCRIPTION DETAILLEE DE MODES DE REALISATION
un homopolymère de PVDF (Kynar® 740) ;
