本发明属于机械制造行业,一种 压触浸湿干湿两用纸巾的生产设备,特别是压触浸湿干湿两用纸巾机。
背景技术
目前,现有普通湿巾纸,其每一片被浸湿后都需要单独放置在一个密闭的塑料袋子里,设备的生产过程是将无纺布片或纸片侵湿后进行包装。机械生产过程是将无纺布或纸先侵湿后并切片密封在塑料袋中包装。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供 一种生产已授权专利压触式浸湿夹层纸巾的生产设备,本设备压触浸湿干湿两用纸巾机,由导布引布加热辊筒定型辊一次定型,再经定型加热辊筒二次压制成型, 其结构简单合理,用于制造压触式浸湿干湿两用夹层式纸巾,无需浸湿装在密闭袋里,通过此设备内封水分,送入裁切包装即可。生产过程简单合理产量大。
本发明的目的是这样实现的: 一种压触浸湿干湿两用纸巾机,原理是 通过将两层无纺布或纸为原料的面巾大卷筒,和夹在中间的 两层 塑料薄膜经电动牵引上加热辊,电动牵引下加热辊热压定型后,在三明治一样的纸巾中间形成有塑料薄膜封装形成小的水球,其水珠形状由加热热辊筒上的花纹决定,双层面巾各自周边内壁面之间相贴合连接,生产出由纸或无纺布和塑料薄膜构成的压触浸湿干湿两用纸巾。
本发明关键技术要点在于其两层面巾片之间水珠的形成和封装。薄膜封装的水珠需经灌水注入,一次热辊加压成型和二次热辊成型封装两个过程。过程简单产量大。

具体实施方式
一种 压触浸湿干湿两用纸巾机,如图1所示侧面剖视结构示意图,其余部分为设备支架和设备幅宽没有画出。图1由卷装封水塑料薄膜1和卷装面巾纸无纺布2受电动牵引上加热辊3电动牵引下加热辊4牵引,电动牵引上加热辊3电动牵引下加热辊4由控制电路保证热辊的恒温度控制,机器上的纸巾和薄膜受电动牵引上加热辊3的作用向下运动,卷装封水塑料薄膜1和卷装面巾纸无纺布2向下运动过程中,受辊筒7的作用叠加在一起,由在机器设备两边布置的两个电加热棒9封边,经封边后的薄膜向下运动,中间即可存入由上部储水箱8缓慢放下的一定量的湿巾专用防霉水,继续下移经橡胶软辊筒5对电动牵引上加热辊3密合加压,在电动牵引上加热辊3高温的作用下热熔合密封,薄膜中间形成细小的密封水柱,水柱的形状由电动牵引上加热辊3表面上的花纹决定,封装好的有一定压力的水柱继续下移,经橡胶软辊筒6对电动牵引下加热辊4热熔合密合二次加压成型,水珠的形状同样也是受电动牵引下加热辊4上的表面花纹决定。产品形成表面干燥内部封满水珠的压触式浸湿夹层干湿两用纸巾。成型的压触浸湿干湿两用纸巾经导布辊10改变方向,向前运行送入下一道裁切包装工序。

Claims (2)

  1. 压触浸湿干湿两用纸巾机,包括:卷装封水塑料薄膜( 1 )、卷装面巾纸无纺布( 2 )、电动牵引上加热辊( 3 )、电动牵引下加热辊( 4 )、橡胶软辊筒( 5 )、橡胶软辊筒( 6 )、辊筒( 7 )、上部储水箱( 8 )、电加热棒( 9 )、导布辊( 10) ;其特征在于,导布引布加热辊筒定型辊、定型加热辊筒由:电动牵引上加热辊( 3 )、电动牵引下加热辊( 4 )和导布辊( 10) 构成;辊筒( 7 )把卷装封水塑料薄膜( 1 )、卷装面巾纸无纺布( 2 )叠加在一起;在机器设备两边设置有两个电加热棒( 9 );上部储水箱( 8 )储存有湿巾专用防霉水。
