Abstract
本发明公开了一种压触浸湿干湿两用纸巾机,是生产已授权专利压触式浸湿夹层纸巾的生产设备,本设备通过将两层无纺布或纸为原料的面巾卷,和两层塑料薄膜卷经电动牵引上加热辊和电动牵引下加热辊热压定型后,在三明治一样的纸巾中间形成有塑料薄膜封装形成小的水球,其水珠形状由热辊筒上的花纹决定,双层面巾片各自周边内壁面之间相贴合连接,生产出由纸或无纺布和塑料薄膜构成的压触浸湿干湿两用纸巾。

技术领域
本发明属于机械制造行业,一种压触浸湿干湿两用纸巾的生产设备,特别是压触浸湿干湿两用纸巾机。
背景技术
目前,现有普通湿巾纸,其每一片被浸湿后都需要单独放置在一个密闭的塑料袋子里,设备的生产过程是将无纺布片或纸片侵湿后进行包装。机械生产过程是将无纺布或纸先侵湿后并切片密封在塑料袋中包装。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种生产已授权专利压触式浸湿夹层纸巾的生产设备,本设备压触浸湿干湿两用纸巾机,由导布引布加热辊筒定型辊一次定型,再经定型加热辊筒二次压制成型,其结构简单合理,用于制造压触式浸湿干湿两用夹层式纸巾,无需浸湿装在密闭袋里,通过此设备内封水分,送入裁切包装即可。生产过程简单合理产量大。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:一种压触浸湿干湿两用纸巾机,原理是通过将两层无纺布或纸为原料的面巾大卷筒,和夹在中间的两层塑料薄膜经电动牵引上加热辊,电动牵引下加热辊热压定型后,在三明治一样的纸巾中间形成有塑料薄膜封装形成小的水球,其水珠形状由加热热辊筒上的花纹决定,双层面巾各自周边内壁面之间相贴合连接,生产出由纸或无纺布和塑料薄膜构成的压触浸湿干湿两用纸巾。
本发明关键技术要点在于其两层面巾片之间水珠的形成和封装。薄膜封装的水珠需经灌水注入,一次热辊加压成型和二次热辊成型封装两个过程。过程简单产量大。

具体实施方式
一种压触浸湿干湿两用纸巾机,如图1所示侧面剖视结构示意图,其余部分为设备支架和设备幅宽没有画出。图1由卷装封水塑料薄膜1和卷装面巾纸无纺布2受电动牵引上加热辊3电动牵引下加热辊4牵引,电动牵引上加热辊3电动牵引下加热辊4由控制电路保证热辊的恒温度控制,机器上的纸巾和薄膜受电动牵引上加热辊3的作用向下运动,卷装封水塑料薄膜1和卷装面巾纸无纺布2向下运动过程中,受辊筒7的作用叠加在一起,由在机器设备两边布置的两个电加热棒9封边,经封边后的薄膜向下运动,中间即可存入由上部储水箱8缓慢放下的一定量的湿巾专用防霉水,继续下移经橡胶软辊筒5对电动牵引上加热辊3密合加压,在电动牵引上加热辊3高温的作用下热熔合密封,薄膜中间形成细小的密封水柱,水柱的形状由电动牵引上加热辊3表面上的花纹决定,封装好的有一定压力的水柱继续下移,经橡胶软辊筒6对电动牵引下加热辊4热熔合密合二次加压成型,水珠的形状同样也是受电动牵引下加热辊4上的表面花纹决定。产品形成表面干燥内部封满水珠的压触式浸湿夹层干湿两用纸巾。成型的压触浸湿干湿两用纸巾经导布辊10改变方向,向前运行送入下一道裁切包装工序。
Claims (2)
1.压触浸湿干湿两用纸巾机其特征是:由卷装封水塑料薄膜(1)和卷装面巾纸无纺布(2)受电动牵引上加热辊(3)电动牵引下加热辊(4)牵引,受辊筒(7)的作用叠加在一起,由在机器设备两边布置的两个电加热棒(9)封边,经封边后的薄膜中间存入由上部储水箱(8)缓慢放下的一定量的湿巾专用防霉水,经橡胶软辊筒(5)对电动牵引上加热辊(3)热熔密合加压,在电动牵引上加热辊(3)高温的作用下,薄膜中间形成细小的密封水柱,水柱的形状由电动牵引上加热辊(3)表面上的花纹决定,封装好的有一定压力的水柱继续下移,经橡胶软辊筒(6)对电动牵引下加热辊(4)热熔密合二次加压成型,生产出压触式浸湿夹层纸巾。
2.根据权利要求1所述的压触浸湿干湿两用纸巾机其特征是:由上下两个加热辊筒一次加热熔合密封形成水柱,二次加热熔合密封形成水珠,两个加热辊筒上下排列。
