Abstract
Description
しかしながら、カウンタウェイトが上部旋回体の後端部に配置されているため、上部旋回体の旋回開始又は終了時にアンテナに大きな加速度がかかる。そのため、アンテナ支持部の強度を高める必要があるので、アンテナ支持部のサイズや重量が大きくなってしまう。
(課題を解決するための手段)
本発明の第1の態様に係る油圧ショベルは、下部走行体と、上部旋回体と、カウンタウェイトと、エンジン室と、キャブと、一対のアンテナを支持するための一対のアンテナ支持部と、を備える。上部旋回体は、下部走行体上に旋回可能に取付けられる。カウンタウェイトは、上部旋回体の後端部上に配置される。キャブは、上部旋回体上においてエンジン室の前方に配置される。一対のアンテナ支持部の少なくとも一部は、前後方向において、エンジン室とキャブの間に位置する。
(発明の効果)
本発明によれば、小型のアンテナ支持部でアンテナを支持可能な油圧ショベルを提供することができる。
実施形態に係る油圧ショベル100の構成について、図面を参照しながら説明する。図1は、油圧ショベル100の前方斜視図である。図2は、油圧ショベル100の後方斜視図である。
次に、第1及び第2アンテナ支持部19a,20aの設置位置について、図面を参照しながら説明する。図3は、上部旋回体11の上面図であり、機器室14の位置などが示されている。
次に、第1及び第2アンテナ支持部19a,20aの構成について、図面を参照しながら説明する。ただし、第1及び第2アンテナ支持部19a,20aは同様の構成を有するため、以下においては、第2アンテナ支持部20aの構成について説明する。
(1)本実施形態において、第1及び第2アンテナ支持部19a,20aの前側部分は、前後方向において、エンジン室13とキャブ16の間に位置している。

- 下部走行体と、
前記下部走行体上に旋回可能に取付けられる上部旋回体と、
前記上部旋回体の後端部上に配置されるカウンタウェイトと、
前記上部旋回体上において前記カウンタウェイトの前方に配置されるエンジン室と、
前記上部旋回体上において前記エンジン室の前方に配置されるキャブと、
一対のアンテナを支持するための一対のアンテナ支持部と、
を備え、
前記一対のアンテナ支持部の少なくとも一部は、前後方向において、前記エンジン室と前記キャブの間に位置する、
油圧ショベル。 - 前記上部旋回体上において前記エンジン室と前記キャブの間に配置される機器室を備え、
前記一対のアンテナ支持部の少なくとも一部は、前記機器室の上方に配置されている、
請求項1に記載の油圧ショベル。 - 前記機器室上に配置される一対の手摺りを備え、
前記一対のアンテナ支持部は、前記一対の手摺りに接続されている、
請求項2に記載の油圧ショベル。 - 前記機器室上に配置される一対の手摺りを備え、
前記一対のアンテナ支持部は、前記一対の手摺りの一部である、
請求項2に記載の油圧ショベル - 前記一対の手摺りは、左右方向の中心線を基準として左右に配置されている、
請求項3に記載の油圧ショベル。 - 前記一対のアンテナ支持部に着脱可能に取り付けられた一対のアンテナを備える請求項1乃至5のいずれかに記載の油圧ショベル。
