Abstract
Description
図1は、本発明の実施の形態1にかかるPLCユニットの概略構成を示す正面図である。図2は、図1に示すPLCユニットの側面図である。PLCユニット50は、ベース2、制御ユニット4、ダクト7を備える。ベース2には、固定面2aに複数のコネクタ(ベース側コネクタ2b)が設けられる。固定面2aには、複数の制御ユニット4が並べて固定される。なお、制御ユニット4を固定面2aに固定するための構造や機構についての詳細な説明は省略する。
Claims (4)
- 略長方形形状を呈する第1面を有し、前記第1面の裏面側となる第2面にユニット側コネクタが設けられた制御ユニットと、
前記ユニット側コネクタと連結するベース側コネクタが設けられた固定面を有し、前記固定面に複数の前記制御ユニットを前記第1面の短手方向に並べて固定するベースと、
前記制御ユニットに対して前記第1面の長手方向側となる側方であって、前記ベース側に寄せて設けられたダクトと、を備え、
前記制御ユニットの前記第1面の少なくとも一部は、前記第1面の短手方向と略平行な軸を中心に回転可能に支持されて、前記ダクトに対して前記ベースの反対側となる領域を可動領域として開閉可能とされたカバーで構成されることを特徴とするPLCユニット。 - 前記カバーは、前記第1面側が曲面で構成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のPLCユニット。
- 前記制御ユニットは、前記第1面の長手方向に沿った大きさが、前記第2面側よりも前記第1面側のほうが大きいことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のPLCユニット。
- 前記カバーには、前記第1面の短手方向側となる前記カバーの両端から前記第2面に向けて延出する延出部と、前記延出部から他方の延出部に向けて前記軸と略平行に突出する突出部とが形成され、
前記延出部は、少なくとも前記軸と重なる部分の周囲が前記カバーの前記短手方向に沿った両端よりも内側に寄せて形成されることを特徴とする請求項1~3のいずれか1つに記載のPLCユニット。
