If the two server IDs do not match in step S203 (step S203: No), the examination information management device 30 displays a message indicating a warning that the server IDs do not match on the display device 30a (step S207). In this case, initialization for the receiving device 20 is not performed, and the process returns to the main routine.
- step S3 following step S2, if the initialization of the receiving device 20 has been executed (step S3: Yes), the process proceeds to step S4. On the other hand, when the initialization of the receiving device 20 has not been executed (step S3: No), the process returns to step S2 again after another receiving device 20 is prepared.
- step S4 the subject 2 is inspected using the capsule endoscope 10.
- the receiving antenna unit 3 is attached to the subject 2
- the initialized receiving device 20 is carried by the subject 2
- the capsule endoscope 10 is swallowed by the subject 2.
- the capsule endoscope 10 performs imaging while moving within the subject 2 and sequentially transmits image data to the receiving device 20.
- the user When the reception of the image data from the capsule endoscope 10 is completed in the reception device 20, the user removes the reception device 20 from the subject 2 and downloads the image data (step S5).
- the download of the image data is started by setting the receiving device 20 in the cradle 20a connected to the inspection information management device 30.
- FIG. 10 is a flowchart showing image data download processing executed by the examination information management apparatus 30.
- the control unit 35 acquires the server ID and the examination ID stored in the server ID storage unit 23c from the receiving device 20 in step S501.
- the ID determination unit 35c determines whether or not the server ID acquired from the receiving device 20 matches the server ID held by the server ID holding unit 33c. That is, it is determined whether or not the server 40 (inspection information database 42a) that acquired the inspection information when the receiving device 20 is initialized matches the server 40 (same as above) that stores the current inspection result.
- step S502 If the two server IDs match (step S502: Yes), the control unit 35 downloads image data from the receiving device 20 (step S503).
- control unit 35 assigns the server ID and inspection ID registered at the time of initialization of the receiving device 20 to the downloaded image data, and stores them in the image data storage unit 33b.
- the examination information creation unit 35a creates new examination information based on the examination information registered in the receiving device 20 (step S505). ). More specifically, the examination information creation unit 35a takes the examination information stored in the examination information storage unit 23b from the receiving device 20, and stores it as new examination information in the examination information database 42a of the server 40. Alternatively, the examination information creation unit 35a may create new examination information based on information input by the user using the input unit 31 and store the new examination information in the examination information database 42a. In this case, the user refers to the examination information displayed on the display unit 26 of the receiving device 20 and performs an input operation on the input unit 31.
- control unit 35 downloads the image data from the receiving device 20, assigns the inspection ID of the newly created inspection information to the image data, and associates it with the inspection information.
- step S504 the control unit 35 further assigns the server ID and the inspection ID registered at the time of initialization of the receiving device 20 to the downloaded image data and the newly created inspection information, and the image data It memorize
- step S6 the image processing unit 34 performs predetermined image processing and position detection processing on the image data stored in the image data storage unit 33b. Further, in step S7, the control unit 35 stores the image processed image data in the server 40 (inspection result database 42b).
- the user displays an image (in-vivo image) based on the image data stored in the server 40 on the display device 30a for observation, and creates a report including the findings (step S8).
- the created report is associated with the inspection information and stored in the inspection result database 42b.
- the inspection information in the server 40 is not erased even after the initialization of the receiving device 20, and the inspection information and the inspection status are in the server 40 via the inspection information management device 30. Therefore, it is possible to provide relevance to examination information regarding a plurality of examinations (examinations with different timings and types performed on the same patient).
- the image data downloaded from the receiving device 20 relates to the inspection information managed by the inspection information management system 1, and the inspection information management system 1 If it relates to the inspection information to be managed, the downloaded image data is associated with the existing inspection information. On the other hand, if the test information is not related to the test information managed by the test information management system 1, the test data is newly created and the downloaded image data is associated with the new test information. Therefore, for example, as shown in FIG. 6, downloading is performed even when the facility (for example, the facility A) where the receiving device 20 is initialized and the facility (for example, the facility B) that performs downloading from the receiving device 20 are different. And image data can be managed in association with appropriate examination information.
- the image data when image data not related to the inspection information managed by the inspection information management system 1 is downloaded, the image data is associated with the new inspection information and originally registered in the receiving device 20.
- the server ID and inspection ID that have been assigned are added to the new inspection information and image data.
- the downloaded image data is transferred to the original inspection information management system 1 (the receiver 20 has been initialized), it can be easily associated with the original inspection information. Therefore, for example, as shown in FIG. 6, the capsule endoscope inspection is performed using the receiving device 20 initialized in the facility A, and then the receiving device 20 used for the inspection is brought into the facility B to download image data. Also, a flexible operation is possible in which image processing is performed and a doctor belonging to the facility B creates a report, and then the image data and the report are transferred to the facility A.
- the server ID registered in the receiving apparatus 20 and the inspection information management system 1 By comparing with the unique server ID, it is determined whether or not the inspection information registered in the receiving device 20 is the inspection information managed by the inspection information management system 1. If the inspection information is managed by the inspection information management system 1, the inspection status of the inspection information is changed in the server 40 and the initialization of the receiving device 20 is permitted. On the other hand, if the inspection information is not managed by the inspection information management system 1, further initialization of the receiving device 20 is prohibited.
- the receiving apparatus 20 when the receiving device 20 initialized in the facility A is further initialized in the same facility A, the initialized inspection information stored in the inspection information database 42a After the inspection status is changed to “before initialization”, the receiving apparatus 20 is initialized with different inspection information.
- the receiving device 20 initialized in the facility A is lent to the facility B and further initialization is performed in the facility B, the inspection information stored in the receiving device 20 is out of the management of the facility B. Conversion is prohibited.
- FIG. 11 is a schematic diagram illustrating a part of the inspection information management system according to the first modification.
- a plurality of (three in FIG. 11) receiving devices 20-1, 20-2, 20-3 are connected to one inspection information management device 30 via the cradle 20a. Is set.
- initialization processing for these receiving apparatuses 20-1 to 20-3 will be described. Note that the operation of the entire inspection information management system according to Modification 1 is the same as that shown in FIG. 7, and the detailed processing executed by the inspection information management device 30 in step S2 is different from the above-described embodiment.
- FIG. 12 is a flowchart illustrating processing executed by the inspection information management apparatus 30 according to the first modification.
- the inspection information management apparatus 30 recognizes the receiving apparatuses 20-1 to 20-3
- the inspection information management apparatus 30 causes the user to select inspection information to be registered when the receiving apparatuses 20-1 to 20-3 are initialized (step S211).
- the control unit 35 first displays, for example, an examination selection screen M1 as shown in FIG. 9 on the display device 30a.
- the user can select a desired examination by a predetermined pointer operation using the input unit 31 on the examination selection screen M1.
- the control unit 35 specifies the selected examination according to the selection signal input via the input unit 31.
- control unit 35 executes an initialization execution command for the selected examination information in accordance with a signal input via the input unit 31 (for example, a signal input in response to a pointer operation on the initialization button m2). Accept.
- the examination information management apparatus 30 acquires individual information from each of the receiving apparatuses 20-1 to 20-3.
- the individual information includes, for example, an individual ID, model, specification, battery charge state, etc., which are uniquely given to each of the receiving devices 20-1 to 20-3.
- step S214 the display control unit 35e displays a list of the acquired individual information on the display device 30a.
- a screen M2 illustrated in FIG. 11 illustrates an example of a display screen of individual information of the receiving devices 20-1 to 20-3. This screen M2 is provided with a determination button m6 in addition to the individual information display fields m3 to 5 of the receiving devices 20-1 to 20-3.
- step S215 the control unit 35 causes the user to select a receiving device to be initialized among the receiving devices 20-1 to 20-3.
- the user can select a desired receiving device by a pointer operation on any of the display columns m3 to m5, for example.
- the control unit 35 identifies the selected receiving device according to the selection signal input via the input unit 31.
- control unit 35 determines initialization for the selected receiving device in accordance with a signal input via the input unit 31 (for example, a signal input in response to a pointer operation on the determination button m6).
- control unit 35 acquires the individual ID from the selected receiving device.
- ID determining unit 35c determines whether or not the individual ID of the receiving device acquired in step S217 matches the individual ID of the selected receiving device displayed on the screen M2.
- step S218 If the two individual IDs match (step S218: Yes), the control unit 35 executes initialization for the selected receiving device (step S219). That is, the inspection information of the inspection selected in step S211 and the server ID held by the server ID holding unit 33c are registered in the receiving device. Thereafter, the process returns to the main routine.
- step S218 if the two individual IDs do not match (step S218: No), the display control unit 35e displays an error message on the display device 30a (step S220). Thereafter, the process returns to step S214 without executing initialization for the selected receiving apparatus.
- the user confirms the individual information and receives the receiving devices 20-1 to 20-3 set in the cradle 20a. May be replaced. For example, such a situation occurs when a receiving device with insufficient charge or a receiving device that is not scheduled to be used is set by mistake.
- step S216 when initialization is determined (step S216), there is a possibility that the receiving device selected on the screen M2 by the user does not match the receiving device that is actually the object of initialization. There is. Therefore, in the first modification, by comparing the individual IDs of the receiving devices before the initialization is performed, it is possible to prevent the unintentional initialization for the receiving device for the user.
- FIG. 13 is a flowchart showing an initialization process of the receiving device 20 executed by the examination information management device 30 according to the second modification. Note that steps S200 to S206 shown in FIG. 13 correspond to the above embodiment.
- step S203 if the two server IDs do not match (step S203: No), the control unit 35 confirms whether or not there is a warning display setting (step S231).
- the warning display is an operation for causing the display device 30a to display a message indicating that the IDs do not match when the two server IDs do not match. Whether or not to display the warning is preset by the user.
- step S231 Yes
- the display control unit 35e displays a message indicating that the two server IDs do not match on the display device 30a (step S232).
- step S233 the control unit 35 confirms with the user whether or not to continue the initialization. Specifically, a confirmation screen including a message “Do you want to continue initialization?” And a confirmation button that can be selected by a pointer operation using the input unit 31 is displayed on the display device 30a.
- step S233: Yes When initialization continuation is confirmed (for example, when the confirmation button is selected, step S233: Yes), the process proceeds to step S206.
- step S233: No On the other hand, when the initialization continuation is not confirmed (for example, when the confirmation button is not selected, step S233: No), the initialization of the receiving device 20 is not executed, and the process returns to the main routine.
- Step S231 when the warning display setting is not made (Step S231: No), the control unit 35 confirms the setting contents for continuing the initialization (Step S234).
- step S234 continue
- step S206 the initialization of the receiving device 20 is not executed and the process returns to the main routine.

Abstract
