Alternatively, when an SNS update notification is received from the master communication terminal 4, a Web browser may be activated. Then, the base station slave communication unit 440 receives information from the base station 6 (step S303). Then, the process proceeds to step S306.
- step S304 the base station slave communication unit 440 receives the notification information. And the slave terminal control part 430 alert
- step S306 the base station communication control unit 432 ends the communication with the base station 6. Specifically, the base station communication control unit 432 transitions to a radio wave OFF state, and ends communication with the base station 6.
- the base station communication control unit 432 may transition to a radio wave OFF state when the application is terminated.
- the slave terminal communication unit 450 notifies the master communication terminal 3 of the end of communication with the base station 6.
- the master communication terminal 3 continues communication with the slave communication terminal 4 after the process of step S207 shown in FIG. 9 (step S308). And when the notification of the completion
- the communication instruction unit 332 does not give a communication instruction to the slave communication terminal 4 in the radio wave ON state. That is, when the slave communication terminal 4 transitions to the radio wave ON state, it is preferable that the communication instruction unit 332 does not issue a communication instruction even if there is information update or the like.
- the master communication terminal 3 may communicate with the slave communication terminal 4 every predetermined time (for example, one hour) for information that does not require immediate response. .
- the slave communication terminal 4 performs the master communication terminal 3 every predetermined time (for example, one hour). You may communicate with.
- the information that does not require immediate response includes, for example, incoming e-mail information, SNS update information, and the like.
- the information that requires quick response includes, for example, incoming call information.
- the slave terminal storage unit 460 may store a communication control table. In that case, the slave communication terminal 4 receives notification information from the master communication terminal 3 and determines whether to receive information from the base station 6.
- the master communication terminal 3 when the master communication terminal 3 receives the notification information from the base station 6, the master communication terminal 3 transmits the notification information to the slave communication terminal 4. Then, the base station communication control unit 432 determines whether to receive information from the base station 6 based on the received notification information. When receiving information from the base station 6, the base station communication control unit 432 transitions to a radio wave ON state. Therefore, in the communication system 2 according to the second modification of the first embodiment, the load on the master communication terminal 3 can be distributed to the slave communication terminals 4.
- the slave communication terminal 4 communicates with the base station 6 when receiving a communication instruction from the master communication terminal 3. Therefore, in the communication system 2 according to the present embodiment, unnecessary communication between the slave communication terminal and the base station 6 is suppressed. Therefore, the communication system 2 according to the present embodiment contributes to suppressing unnecessary communication with the base station while receiving information necessary for the user.
- the communication frequency between the master communication terminal 3 and the base station 6 is higher than the communication frequency between the slave communication terminal 4 and the base station 6. Further, the power consumption for communication with the base station 6 is larger than the power consumption for short-range communication.
- the power consumption for near field communication is the power consumption for communication between the master communication terminal 3 and the slave communication terminal 4. Therefore, the power consumption of the master communication terminal 3 is larger than the power consumption of the slave communication terminal 4.

- the control unit 30 can also be realized by a computer program that causes a computer mounted on the master / slave communication terminal 7 to execute the processing of the control unit 30 using its hardware.
- the base station communication unit 40 communicates with the base station 6. Specifically, the base station communication unit 40 performs an operation corresponding to the base station master communication unit 340 or the base station slave communication unit 440 according to the role of the communication terminal in the communication system 2a.
- the terminal communication unit 50 communicates with a communication terminal of a communication partner via short-range wireless communication. Specifically, the terminal communication unit 50 performs an operation corresponding to the master terminal communication unit 350 or the slave terminal communication unit 450 according to the role of the communication terminal in the communication system 2a.
- the storage unit 60 stores information such as a program for operating the master / slave communication terminal 7. Further, the storage unit 60 stores information stored in the master terminal storage unit 360 and information stored in the slave terminal storage unit 460. Further, the storage unit 60 preferably stores information for identifying whether or not the master / slave communication terminal 7 is used (hereinafter referred to as switching terminal information).
- FIG. 13 is a diagram illustrating an example of switching terminal information.
- the communication terminal A ⁇ b> 1 and the communication terminal C ⁇ b> 1 can switch between the role of the master communication terminal 3 and the role of the slave communication terminal 4.
- the communication terminal B1 cannot switch the role of the master communication terminal 3 and the role of the slave communication terminal 4.
- the master / slave switching unit 333 switches between the role of the master communication terminal 3 and the role of the slave communication terminal 4. Specifically, the master / slave switching unit 333 preferably switches between the role of the master communication terminal 3 and the role of the slave communication terminal 4 based on the switching terminal information. Alternatively, when the master / slave switching unit 333 plays the role of the master communication terminal 3, the master / slave switching unit 333 may inquire of the communication terminal of the communication partner whether or not it can play the role of the master communication terminal 3. . That is, the master / slave switching unit 333 may inquire of the communication terminal of the communication partner whether or not the function of the master communication terminal 3 is provided. Furthermore, in the communication terminal of the communication partner, when the remaining charge amount is less than a predetermined power, the master / slave switching unit 333 may not switch the role of the master communication terminal 3 with respect to the communication terminal.
- the master / slave switching unit 333 switches between the roles of the master communication terminal 3 and the slave communication terminal 4 in a plurality of master / slave communication terminals 7 every predetermined time (for example, one hour). Also good. Alternatively, in the plurality of master / slave communication terminals 7, the master / slave switching unit 333 may switch the role of the master communication terminal 3 in a predetermined order.
- the role of the master communication terminal 3 and the role of the slave communication terminal 4 may be switched based on the remaining charge amount. Specifically, when the remaining charge amount of the master communication terminal 3 becomes lower than a predetermined value, the master / slave switching unit 333 determines the role of the master communication terminal 3 and the slave communication terminal in the master / slave communication terminal 7. The role of 4 may be switched.
- the roles of the master communication terminal 3 and the slave communication terminal 4 are switched in a plurality of communication terminals.
- the power consumption of the master communication terminal 3 is larger than the power consumption of the slave communication terminal 4. Therefore, by switching the role of the master communication terminal 3 and the role of the slave communication terminal 4, it is possible to prevent the power consumption from increasing in a specific communication terminal.
- the communication system 2a since the plurality of communication terminals 7 play the role of the master communication terminal 3, the communication system 2a has a longer time for realizing the relationship between the master communication terminal 3 and the slave communication terminal 4.
