- the slider 10 to be inserted is provided. By sliding the slider 10, the pair of left and right fastener element rows 31 can be engaged and separated.
- the fastener element row is not limited to the coiled fastener element row described above. For example, a type in which synthetic resin or metal is directly injected onto the tape side edge of the fastener tape, or a metal element is attached to the tape side edge of the fastener tape. It may be a type fixed by caulking.
- the slider cover 50 includes an upper plate (upper member) 51 and a lower plate (lower member) 52 that are spaced apart from each other in the vertical direction and arranged in parallel, and an upper plate 51 and a lower plate 52. And a connecting pillar 53 for connecting the two.
- the upper plate 51 has a housing portion 54 that houses the upper blade 21 of the slider 10. Further, the upper plate 51, the lower plate 52, and the connecting column 53 are integrally formed.
- the slider cover 50 is made of an elastomer or a synthetic resin. Moreover, the connection pillar 53 is formed in the cross-sectional circle shape.
- the upper plate 51 has an upper surface and a lower surface
- the accommodating portion 54 is an elliptical hole that penetrates the upper and lower surfaces of the upper plate 51 and is formed so as to accommodate the entire circumference of the upper wing plate 21.
- the accommodating portion 54 has an inner side surface 54a for forming a hole, and a part of the inner side surface 54a is in contact with a part of the side wall 21a of the upper wing plate 21. To accommodate. For this reason, as shown in FIG. 2, the side wall 21 a of the upper blade 21 is surrounded by the inner side surface 54 a of the accommodating portion 54, and the slider cover 50 is held by the slider 10.
- the upper surface of the upper plate 51 and the upper surface of the upper blade plate 21 are substantially at the same height.

- the axis L1 is defined as an extension line extending along the direction in which the inner surface of the cover side flange 55 extends. Then, by setting the angle ⁇ within 90 ° ⁇ 20 °, the biting of the fabric can be reduced. If the angle ⁇ is set to be smaller than 70 °, the cloth is easily drawn into the element passage 56, and the cloth is easily bitten by the slider 10 or the slider cover 50. On the other hand, if the angle ⁇ is set larger than 110 °, the sliding property of the slider is deteriorated.
- the axis L1 is based on the right element passage 56, but the axis that is based on the left element passage 56 is symmetrical to the axis L1.
- a recess 53 a is formed on the rear end side of the connection column 53 so that the thickness of the connection column 53 in the front-rear direction is reduced. It is formed between the lower plates 52. And, when the slider cover 50 is attached to the slider 10, the recess 53 a can easily widen the gap between the upper plate 51 and the lower plate 52, as shown in FIG. 9.

And a second lower plate 52d having an upper surface formed lower than the upper surfaces of the pair of left and right first lower plates 52c. The inner surface of the first lower plate 52c and the inner surface of the second lower plate 52d A stepped portion 52e that can contact the side wall 22a of the lower wing plate 22 is formed therebetween.
- the fabric around the slider 10 is divided into the left and right sides of the slider cover 50 by the side surfaces of the upper plate 51 and the lower plate 52 of the slider cover 50. It is done. Accordingly, the fabric around the slider 10 is prevented from entering the element guide path 27 of the slider 10, and the fabric is prevented from being bitten by the slider 10.
- the upper plate 51 and the lower plate 52 that are spaced apart from each other in the vertical direction and arranged in parallel, and the connecting column 53 that connects the upper plate 51 and the lower plate 52.
- the upper plate 51 has the accommodating portion 54 for accommodating the upper wing plate 21 of the slider 10, so that the slider cover 50 can be easily attached to the slider 10 without being processed. Can be prevented from being bitten by the slider 10.
- the lower end edge of the cover side flange 55 of the slider cover 50 is disposed below the lower end edge of the upper flange 24a of the slider 10, so The gap between the side flanges 24a, 24b can be narrowed to further prevent the fabric around the slider 10 from being bitten by the slider 10.
- the slider cover 50 of the present embodiment since the concave portion 52a that accommodates the front portion of the lower blade 22 of the slider 10 is formed on the upper surface of the lower plate 52, the slider 10 is more reliably held. be able to. Further, since the thickness of the lower plate 52 is reduced by the recess 52a, when the slider cover 50 is attached to the slider 10, the lower plate 52 can be easily deformed, and the slider cover 50 can be more easily attached to the slider 10. Can be attached.
- the slider cover 50 of the present embodiment since the pair of left and right concave grooves 52b are formed on the lower surface of the lower plate 52, the thickness of the lower plate 52 is reduced. Thus, when the slider cover 50 is attached to the slider 10, the lower plate 52 can be easily deformed, and the slider cover 50 can be attached to the slider 10 more easily.
- the angle ⁇ of the inlet edge 56a of the element passage 56 with respect to the axis L1 of the element passage 56 is set to 90 ° ⁇ 20 °, so the inlet of the element passage 56 is necessary. It can be made the minimum area. This makes it difficult for the fabric around the slider 10 to enter the element passage 56, and further prevents the fabric from being bitten by the slider 10.
- the connecting column 53 of the slider cover 50 when the connecting column 53 of the slider cover 50 is divided into two vertically and the slider cover 50 is attached to the slider 10, the upper and lower connecting columns 53 are arranged. May be bonded by adhesion or welding. In this case, even if the slider cover 50 is made of a hard synthetic resin, the slider cover 50 can be easily attached to the slider 10 of the slide fastener 30 after assembly. Further, in the present modification, a concave portion 53a is formed on the lower surface of the divided upper connecting column 53, and a convex portion 53b that fits into the concave portion 53a is formed on the upper surface of the divided lower connecting column 53. The concave portion 53a and the convex portion 53b may be upside down.
- an engagement protrusion is provided on one side and the other is provided on the other side.
- An engaging recess may be provided so that they are snap-engaged.
- the lower plate 52 extends rearward, and the lower wing plate 22 of the slider 10 is placed on the lower plate 52.
- the housing portion 57 Similar to the housing portion 54, the housing portion 57 has an elliptical shape when viewed from above, and is formed so as to accommodate the entire circumference of the lower wing plate 22. According to this modification, since the accommodating parts 54 and 57 are formed in the upper board 51 and the lower board 52, respectively, the slider 10 can be held more reliably.
- the slider cover 50 of this embodiment can be used in addition to the slider 10 in which the flange 24a is formed on the upper blade 21.
