Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de production de polyuréthanes contenant des structures carbonate cycliques en faisant réagir au moins A) une composition contenant a) un ou plusieurs composés contenant des groupes isocyanate et des structures carbonate cycliques de formule générale (I), et b) ≤ 1 % en poids, rapporté à la masse totale de la composition A), d'un ou plusieurs diisocyanates monomères contenant des groupes isocyanate aliphatiques, cycloaliphatiques, araliphatiques et/ou aromatiques liés de formule générale (II), où R représente l'hydrogène ou un reste aliphatique saturé ou insaturé, linéaire ou ramifié, contenant 1 à 7 atomes de carbone, X représente un reste organique linéaire ou ramifié contenant 1 à 36 atomes de carbone et pouvant contenir facultativement des groupes éther, ester et/ou carbonate, n vaut 0 ou 1, et Y représente un reste aliphatique ou cycloaliphatique linéaire ou ramifié contenant 4 à 18 atomes de carbone ou un reste aromatique ou araliphatique facultativement substitué contenant 6 à 18 atomes de carbone, avec B) un polyol au minimum difonctionnel ayant une masse moléculaire moyenne en nombre Mn de 62 à 22000 g/mol, de préférence de 90 à 12000 g/mol, en respectant un ratio équivalent des groupes isocyanate sur les groupes hydroxyle dans la plage de 0,3:1 à 1,2:1. L'invention concerne en outre les produits qui peuvent être obtenus par le procédé de l'invention. Elle concerne également l'utilisation des produits qui peuvent être obtenus par le procédé de l'invention en tant que composants de départ pour fabriquer des liants réticulables, ainsi que des matières premières de peintures, de matériaux d'étanchéité ou d'adhésifs.
