本发明创造提供一种打蛋器,尤指一种打蛋器的改良机构。
背景技术
打蛋器,是制作蛋糕及西点不可缺少的器具,如今为了使蛋白或者面糊的搅拌能更省时、省力,且打出的泡沫更加均匀,大都已将打蛋器装设于电动搅拌机上。请参阅图1所示,是显示一种习用的电动搅拌机,其主要具有内藏驱动源的机体10、供放置待搅拌蛋白或者面糊的搅拌缸20,以及装在搅拌机上用来搅拌材料的打蛋器30;打蛋器30顶部是固结于可受驱动源旋转带动的转轴11上,而能受转轴11带动沿着搅拌缸20内部周边作「公转」运动及本身并可作「自转」运动,以可对搅拌缸20内的蛋白或者面糊作均匀搅动。
同时,为了扩大上述打蛋器30搅拌的范围,在该打蛋器30与转轴11之间设有增加旋转弧度的L连接轴12,使之可在上述搅拌缸20的空间内作较大弧度的运转作业从而实现自动搅拌功能。
按要打出完美的食品加工材料,其所须注重的因素包含有搅拌速度、力度及进入该食品材料中的空气量等,即为了使蛋白能呈发泡状,是需要经由搅拌使空气进入面糊中形成泡泡,并经一再的搅拌促使越多的空气进入面糊里,如此在搅打后才能形成的膨大松软泡沫,以做出松软的成品。
关于上述装设于搅拌机的习用打蛋器,其藉由复数支搅拌条有秩序错开所组成的搅拌网结构,结合搅拌时的空气与力量,虽然已具达到打发蛋白的部分效果,但是,其搅拌过程中所需的空气量只藉助同一旋转方向效应来导入,显然不充分,进一步来说,藉由搅拌切割面糊并使面糊与空气混合的过程中,如果空气量不充足,除了搅打的时间要较长外,且由于调打过度也会造成质地粗糙,口感不佳。就此问题,虽有不同种类的打蛋器被设计使用,但仍未见有较优秀的效果产生。
技术问题
为解决上述技术问题,本发明创造的主要目的在于本创作之主要目的在于提供一种省时、省力及避免了搅拌死角,使得打出的泡沫更加均匀打蛋器的改良机构,亦即,藉由本发明创造的结构能使打蛋器在搅拌过程中,可导入较高而且适量的空气来与蛋白及面糊混合,以增加蛋糕烘烤后的膨松感,同时能在搅拌过程中对蛋白及面糊做更均匀的搅拌切割,以提高面糊结构的细密度,让烘烤后的蛋糕质地细致可口者。
技术解决方案
为达成上述目的,本发明创造应用的技术是:一种打蛋器的改良机构,包括机体、电机和搅拌缸,以及搅拌棒和搅拌网,其特征在于:所述机体设有电机,所述搅拌缸具有容所述搅拌棒和搅拌网在其中进行搅拌作业的容腔,该搅拌棒包括连接部,该搅拌网安装在所述搅拌棒远离连接部的一端,并包括框架部和丝网部,所述丝网部是以布满所述框架部的态势与该框架部焊接为一体。
在本发明创造之实施例中,该打蛋器的改良机构是组装而成的一体式机构,包括机体中设有的电机及其设于该机体之上夹持该电机装设的搅拌缸,以及所述搅拌缸具有容所述搅拌棒和搅拌网在其中进行搅拌作业的容腔。
在本发明创造之实施例中,所述搅拌网垂直于所述搅拌棒,并以对称态势安装于该搅拌棒的两侧。
在本发明创造之实施例中,所述搅拌网垂直于所述搅拌棒,并以上下对应态势安装于该搅拌棒两侧。
在本发明创造之实施例中,所述搅拌网垂直于所述搅拌棒,并以相互间距的态势围设于该搅拌棒的四周。
在本发明创造之实施例中,所述打蛋器的改良机构,进一步包括该电机驱动的并列安装的两个设有搅拌网的搅拌棒。
在本发明创造之实施例中,该搅拌棒透过所述搅拌缸底部与内藏于机体的电机固接。
在本发明创造之实施例中,所述电机包括驱轴,该驱轴与搅拌棒的连接部固接。
在本发明创造之实施例中,该搅拌网是以点焊方式与所述搅拌棒固为一体。
有益效果
本发明创造与现有技术相比,其有益效果是:省时、省力及避免了搅拌死角,使得打出的泡沫更加均匀。

请参阅图2所示,一种打蛋器的改良机构,与机体40中设有的电机50固为一体,包括配套搅拌缸60进行打蛋作业的搅拌棒70和搅拌网80,其中:该搅拌棒70包括固接于电机驱轴51的连接部71;该搅拌网80安装在所述搅拌棒70的远离连接部71的一端,包括框架部81和丝网部82,所述丝网部82是以布满所述框架部81的态势与该框架部81焊接为一体。
请继续参阅图2所示,一种打蛋器的改良机构,包括垂直于搅拌棒70并以对称态势安装于该搅拌棒70两侧的搅拌网80。
请参阅图2,并结合参阅图3所示,一种打蛋器的改良机构,包括垂直于搅拌棒70并以上下对应态势安装于该搅拌棒70两侧的搅拌网80。
请参阅图2,并结合参阅图4所示,一种打蛋器的改良机构,包括垂直于搅拌棒70并以形成相互间距的态势围设于该搅拌棒70的若干搅拌网80。

在本发明创造之实施例中,所述电机50包括驱轴51,所述搅拌棒70包括与所述驱轴51固接的连接部71。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种打蛋器的改良机构,包括机体、电机和搅拌缸,以及搅拌棒和搅拌网,其特征在于:所述机体设有电机,所述搅拌缸具有容所述搅拌棒和搅拌网在其中进行搅拌作业的容腔,该搅拌棒包括连接部,该搅拌网安装在所述搅拌棒远离连接部的一端,并包括框架部和丝网部,所述丝网部是以布满所述框架部的态势与该框架部焊接为一体。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的打蛋器的改良机构,其特征在于,该打蛋器的改良机构是组装而成的一体式机构,包括机体中设有的电机及其设于该机体之上夹持该电机装设的搅拌缸,以及所述搅拌缸具有容所述搅拌棒和搅拌网在其中进行搅拌作业的容腔。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的打蛋器的改良机构,其特征在于,所述搅拌网垂直于所述搅拌棒,并以对称态势安装于该搅拌棒的两侧。
  4. 根据权利要求1或2所述的打蛋器的改良机构,其特征在于,所述搅拌网垂直于所述搅拌棒,并以上下对应态势安装于该搅拌棒两侧。
  5. 根据权利要求1或2所述的打蛋器的改良机构,其特征在于,所述搅拌网垂直于所述搅拌棒,并以相互间距的态势围设于该搅拌棒的四周。
  6. 根据权利要求1或2所述的打蛋器的改良机构,其特征在于,所述打蛋器的改良机构,进一步包括该电机驱动的并列安装的两个设有搅拌网的搅拌棒。
  7. 根据权利要求2所述的打蛋器的改良机构,其特征在于,该搅拌棒透过所述搅拌缸底部与内藏于机体的电机固接。
  8. 根据权利要求1或2所述的打蛋器的改良机构,其特征在于,所述电机包括驱轴,该驱轴与搅拌棒的连接部固接。
  9. 根据权利要求1或2所述的打蛋器的改良机构,其特征在于,该搅拌网是以点焊方式与所述搅拌棒固为一体。
