汽车作为人们日常生活的交通工具, 越来越普及, 但是随之而来的问题是 剧增的汽车数量远远超过地下车库的停车量, 大多汽车不得不停放在没有遮阳 条件下的露天场所, 尤其是夏季, 高温的天气导致车内的温度急剧上升, 给司 乘人员带来不适, 为了解决这一问题, 目前, 各式各样的汽车遮阳工具应运而 生, 有罩型和伞型等不同类型, 市场上出现一种将遮阳罩卷绕在卷轴上, 遮阳 罩与伸縮杆的伸縮动作只能分布进行, 伸展及收起的需要较长时间, 而且收藏 也十分不便, 另外一种固定设置在车上的遮阳装置, 虽然带来了时间上的节省, 不用单独收起放置在后备箱中, 其操作比较简单, 但是其结构复杂、 造价较高, 在一定程度上影响了其推广应用。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的问题, 本发明的目的在于在提供一种结构简单、 成 本低, 可实现伸缩架和遮阳罩同步开合的便携式自动汽车遮阳棚。
本发明通过以下技术方案加以实现:

本发明一种便携式自动汽车遮阳棚, 结构简单、 操作使用方便, 通过设置 在一侧挡板上的电机, 实现自动控制卷轴和螺杆, 进而带动伸缩杆, 完成遮阳 罩和伸缩杆同步开合, 整个操作过程自动化, 既节省时间又便于合拢后整个遮 阳棚的收藏。

以下结合说明书附图对本发明作进一步详细说明, 并给出具体实施方式。 如图所示, 本发明的一种便携式自动汽车遮阳棚, 包括支架、 遮阳罩, 支 架包括底座和设置在伸缩杆, 底座为两端设置有挡板 1 的长方形, 在挡板 1的 两侧分别铰接设置有伸缩杆, 遮阳罩的四个角配合设置在伸缩杆的末端, 底座 上配合设置有收卷装置和伸缩装置, 收卷装置用于遮阳罩的收起, 伸缩装置控 制伸缩杆的伸缩, 收卷装置和伸缩装置均有电机控制, 电机配合设置在其中一 端的挡板 1上, 该挡板 1上配合设置电机开关和磁性旋钮开关, 电机开关便于 有效的控制电机进行工作, 磁性旋钮开关起到将遮阳棚牢牢固定到车顶上的作 用; 电机的供电可以利用太阳能蓄电池进行供电, 也可以采用充电的形式, 遮 阳棚与车顶的配合形式, 利用磁铁的磁性吸力或者是选用 PVC塑料吸盘。
收卷装置包括一根卷轴 4和两根档杆 7,卷轴 4转接设置在两挡板 1之间且 位于挡板 1中间上部位置, 档杆 7设置在卷轴 4的两侧且档杆 7的两端固定设 置在挡板 1上, 卷轴 4转动实现对遮阳罩的收起和及放开, 两边档杆 7的设置, 可以有效的将遮阳罩固定在底座有限的空间内, 使得遮阳棚收拢后体积较小, 便于携带。 伸缩装置包括由第一螺杆 2和第二螺杆 6组成的螺杆、 由长杆 3和 短杆 5转接而成的伸缩杆、 由第一分支杆 12、 第二分支杆 11及第三分支杆 10 连接而成的连接支杆, 其中, 螺杆平行设置在卷轴 4 的下方, 便于在遮阳棚的 收拢和伸幵过程中实现同步进行及遮阳罩的收存, 在第一螺杆 2和第二螺杆 6 上分别套接设置有滑套 8, 滑套 8的两侧分别铰接设置有第一分支杆 12, 第一 分支杆 12的另一端与第二分支杆 11铰接设置且第一分支杆 12螺接设置在对应 长杆 3的下方, 长杆 3的一端转接设置在挡板 1上, 在长杆 3和短杆 5的一侧 均开设有滑槽 9, 滑槽 9内分别设置有滑块 13, 第一分支杆 12的另一端部和第 二分支杆 11铰接设置, 同时第二分支杆 11和第三分支杆 10的端部铰接设置在 长杆 3滑块 13上, 第三分支杆 10的末端铰接设置在短杆 5滑块 13上, 完成伸 缩杆和连接支杆的联动; 设置在卷轴 4下方的第一螺杆 2和第二螺杆 6的旋转 方向相反, 第一螺杆 2和第二螺杆 6同时反方向旋转, 迸而带动伸缩杆及连接 支杆同步收拢及打开。

使用时, 取出遮阳棚放置在车顶中部位置, 打开设置在挡板 1 上的磁性旋 钮开关, 使遮阳棚与车顶磁性吸合, 按下开关按钮, 启动电机, 卷轴 4和螺杆 同步运动, 卷轴 4转动将遮阳罩放开, 第一螺杆 2和第二螺杆 6反方向转动, 使设置在其上的滑套 8分别向各自的挡板 1端移动,带动各第一分支杆 12运动, 进而带动与各分支杆 12相连的长杆 3相互分离, 通过长杆 3和短杆 5, 及第一 分支杆 12、 第二分支杆 11和第三分支杆 10的联动关系, 使整个伸缩杆和设置 在伸縮杆上的遮阳罩同步打开, 整个打幵过程时间较短且无需人工操作, 需要 收起遮阳罩时, 按下电机开关按钮, 其收拢过程和打开过程相反, 整个操作简 单方便。
