Abstract

An onboard automatic umbrella comprises an onboard umbrella box, and an umbrella rib transmission mechanism, an umbrella rib lifting mechanism, a sunproof mechanism and an umbrella fabric windproof device, all of which are disposed in the onboard umbrella box. Said onboard umbrella box comprises an umbrella box body (1) and an umbrella box cover (2). Said umbrella box cover (2) is a part of a vehicle roof shell, and sealably connected to the rest part of the vehicle roof shell. Said umbrella box body (1) is sealably connected to the rest part of the vehicle roof shell when said the umbrella box cover (2) is opened. The umbrella rib lifting mechanism is fixedly hinged in said umbrella box body (1). Said umbrella rib transmission mechanism, the sunproof mechanism, and the umbrella fabric windproof device are positioned above said umbrella rib lifting mechanism and fixed to an umbrella cover base plate (16) of said umbrella box cover (2) by an upper gland (17) of a plane thrust bearing. The umbrella has small size and large shielding area, is beautiful and convenient to use, and does not increase wind resistance. The umbrella can save energy consumed for cooling, and is favorable for environmental protection.

Description

Description Vehicle-Mounted Automatic Umbrella Technical Field The invention relates to an automatic umbrella, more particularly to a vehicle-mounted automatic umbrella, which is also called as movable shed. Background Temperature reduction or shading is needed when a vehicle travels or is parked in the hot sun; in fact, the problem of temperature reduction is not serious because air conditioner is on when a vehicle travels; but once the vehicle is parked, air conditioner is seldom on owing to its massive energy consumption, thus, people will usually feel unbearable when returning to a vehicle that is parked in summer in southern areas like Guangdong. When a vehicle is parked under trees, it is necessary to prevent birds' droppings and other junks from falling onto vehicle roof; and it is also necessary to prevent snow accumulation on vehicle roof when a vehicle is parked on a snowy day in bitter winter. At present, there are a variety of tools for the sunscreen of vehicles in summer. However, the vehicle-mounted automatic umbrella, which has been contained in the roof of vehicle body completely to be integrated with vehicle without changing the current vehicle structure and can solve many of the above problems, has not been developed. The vehicle-mounted automatic umbrella of the invention that is popped out of vehicle body when in use has the functions of sunscreen, ventilation and temperature reduction in hot weather in summer and can prevent snow accumulation to a certain extent in snowy weather in winter so that removal of the accumulated snow before driving is facilitated. Summary of the Invention In view of the problems in the prior art, the invention provides a vehicle-mounted automatic umbrella with small size, wide shading area and convenient operation. In order to solve the technical problems discussed above, the technical proposal below is adopted: A vehicle-mounted automobile umbrella comprises a vehicle-mounted umbrella box, and umbrella framework transmission mechanisms, an umbrella framework lifting mechanism, a sunscreen mechanism and an umbrella vane windproof device which are all arranged in the vehicle-mounted umbrella box, the vehicle-mounted umbrella box comprises an umbrella box body and an umbrella box cove, and the vehicle-mounted umbrella box is characterized in that: the umbrella box cover is a part of a vehicle roof outer shell and is in sealing joint with other parts of the vehicle roof outer shell; when the umbrella box cover is open, the umbrella box body is in sealing joint with other parts of the vehicle roof outer shell; the umbrella framework lifting mechanism is fixedly hinged in the umbrella box body; the umbrella framework transmission mechanisms, the sunscreen mechanism and the umbrella vane windproof device are arranged above the umbrella framework lifting mechanism and are fixed on an umbrella cover cushion plate of the 1 umbrella box cover through an upper press cover of a planar thrust bearing. The umbrella framework lifting mechanism comprises a lifting drive mechanism and a lifting mechanical mechanism; the lifting drive mechanism comprises a lifting motor, and a lead screw and lead screw nuts driven by the lifting motor; the lifting mechanical mechanism comprises a lifting long rod, a lifting short rod, a guide rail, a lifting spring, a long lifting push rod and a short lifting push rod; the lifting long rod, the guide rail, the short lifting push rod and the long lifting push rod are all connected via a guide rail slide bushing and are fixed on a bottom plate of the umbrella box body respectively via a guide rail base; one end of the lifting short rod is fixed with the bottom plate of the umbrella box body via a lifting short rod support while the other end is in hinged connection with the middle of the lifting long rod; when pushing the lifting long rod via the guide rail slide bushing, the long lifting push rod 44 is in screwed connection an inner umbrella framework base and an outer umbrella framework base at the other end of the lifting long rod to perform vertical lifting movement; the lead screw is fixed with the bottom of the umbrella box body via a lead screw bracket, the lead screw nuts are fixed with the long lifting push rod or the short lifting push rod, and the lead screw nuts drive the long lifting push rod or the short lifting push rod to move synchronously during the movement of the lead screw. The umbrella framework drive mechanism comprises a worm gear, a worm, an umbrella framework drive motor, a gear set and a thrust bearing; the umbrella framework drive motor is fixed at the inner side of the umbrella framework base via a worm bracket and is connected with the worm, the worm gear is coaxially assembled with a driving central shaft via a flat key; the umbrella framework drive motor and the worm drive driving 2 gears in the gear set so as to drive driven gears meshed with the driving gears and then drive a driven central shaft which is fixedly connected with the driven gears, the rotation of the driving and driven central shafts drives a drive umbrella framework fixed therewith, the drive umbrella framework then drives the primary and secondary umbrella frameworks; the driving and driven central shafts each drive a half umbrella, and the half umbrellas are rotated by 180 degrees in respective opposite directions in folio to realize folding and unfolding. There are two umbrella framework transmission mechanisms for driving internal umbrellas and external umbrellas respectively, and the internal umbrella and the external umbrella are each composed of two half umbrellas; the two umbrellas are connected with each other via an umbrella framework base support rod, the roots of the internal umbrellas are arranged adjacently, the roots of the external umbrellas are slightly separated from each other, the internal umbrella framework is arranged slightly higher than the external umbrella framework; and the external umbrella is opened first during unfolding and is closed later during folding. The umbrella vane windproof device comprises umbrella vane spring steel wires, a windproof pulley rack and a spring steel wire pressure plate; each umbrella comprises six umbrella vanes which are connected in series together through twelve umbrella vane spring steel wires, one end of each of the umbrella vane spring steel wires is inserted into the primary umbrella framework connecting block while the other end penetrates through a wire pulling sleeve and is then connected to a tension spring in each umbrella framework tube via the windproof pulley rack; when the umbrella vanes are blown to be opened by wind, vent holes are formed between the umbrella vanes and the umbrella frameworks; and after wind is weakened, each of the umbrella vanes is pulled back to the original position by the tension spring in the umbrella framework tube. The umbrella vane is provided with an electric heating wire; and the umbrella box body is internally equipped with a remote control sensor. The advantageous effects of the invention are described below: Vent holes are formed between the umbrella vanes and the umbrella frameworks, so it is unnecessary to worry about wind resistance when the product of the invention is use. Each umbrella comprises six umbrella vanes which are connected in series together through twelve umbrella vane spring steel wires, thus facilitating replacement and cleaning of the umbrella vanes and change of the pattern types, The umbrella vane is provided with the electric heating wire; and the umbrella box body is internally equipped with the remote control sensor. Snow accumulation can be prevented to a certain extent in snowy weather in winter so that removal of the accumulated snow before driving is facilitated. Besides, the folding and unfolding of this umbrella can be remotely controlled as required. After the vehicle-mounted automatic umbrella is unfolded, a particular space is formed between the umbrella vanes and vehicle roof to realize air ventilation, in this case, a vehicle is parked just as under a tree or in a garage; the umbrella vanes could cover the entire vehicle roof without exceeding the maximal external dimension of vehicle body, therefore, the umbrella is not only wide in shading area, but also has no negative impact 3 on adjacent vehicles no matter they are traveling or parked. The containing cavity of the vehicle-mounted automatic is disposed centrally inside vehicle roof, and in general, this part only needs to be thickened by a few centimeters along the direction towards interior trim part. Consumers are amenable to the design that the umbrella box cover is a part of vehicle roof outer shell because such a design will not affect the original appearance of vehicle body; in addition, since the umbrella is folded inside vehicle, the umbrella can also be prevented from damage or theft. When a vehicle is parked in summer, this product can be used for shading the sunlight in order to prevent rapid temperature rise that is caused by direct illumination of the sunlight on vehicle roof and save energy consumption for temperature reduction, so this product is favorable for environmental protection to a certain extent. A vehicle-mounted automobile umbrella, comprising a vehicle-mounted umbrella box, and umbrella framework transmission mechanisms, an umbrella framework lifting mechanism, a sunscreen mechanism and an umbrella vane windproof device which are all arranged in the vehicle-mounted umbrella box, the vehicle-mounted umbrella box comprising an umbrella box body and an umbrella box cove, characterized in that: the umbrella box cover is a part of a vehicle roof outer shell and is in sealing joint with other parts of the vehicle roof outer shell; when the umbrella box cover is open, the umbrella box body is in sealing joint with other parts of the vehicle roof outer shell; the umbrella framework lifting mechanism is fixedly hinged in the umbrella box body; the umbrella framework transmission mechanisms, the sunscreen mechanism and the umbrella vane windproof device are arranged above the umbrella framework lifting mechanism and are fixed on an umbrella cover cushion plate of the umbrella box cover through an upper press cover of a planar thrust bearing.

The vehicle-mounted automatic umbrella according to claim 1, characterized in that the umbrella framework lifting mechanism comprises a lifting drive mechanism and a lifting mechanical mechanism; the lifting drive mechanism comprises a lifting motor, and a lead screw and a pair of lead screw nuts driven by the lifting motor; the lifting mechanical mechanism comprises a lifting long rod, a lifting short rod, a guide rail, a lifting spring, a long lifting push rod and a short lifting push rod; the lifting long rod, the guide rail, the short lifting push rod and the long lifting push rod are all connected via a guide rail slide bushing and are fixed on a bottom plate of the umbrella box body respectively via a guide rail base; one end of the lifting short rod is fixed with the bottom plate of the umbrella box body via a lifting short rod support while the other end is in hinged connection with the middle of the lifting long rod; when pushing the lifting long rod via the guide rail slide bushing, the long lifting push rod is in screwed connection an inner umbrella framework base and an outer umbrella framework base at the other end of the lifting long rod to perform vertical lifting movement; the lead screw is fixed with the bottom of the umbrella box body via a lead screw bracket, the lead screw nuts are fixed with the long lifting push rod or the short lifting push rod, and the lead screw nuts drive the long lifting push rod or the short lifting push rod to move synchronously during the movement of the lead screw.
3. The vehicle-mounted automatic umbrella according to claim 2, characterized in that the lifting spring is sleeved on the guide rail.

The vehicle-mounted automatic umbrella according to claim 1, characterized in that the sunscreen mechanism comprises an umbrella framework, an umbrella vane and an umbrella framework connecting block; the umbrella vane is attached to the umbrella framework of the sunscreen mechanism, the umbrella framework is connected to a central shaft via the umbrella framework connecting block, and the central shaft is arranged in an inner hole of the planar thrust bearing in a penetrating manner. 8

The vehicle-mounted automatic umbrella according to claim 4, characterized in that the umbrella framework comprises a drive umbrella framework, a primary umbrella framework and a secondary umbrella framework; the umbrella framework connecting block comprises an inner umbrella framework connecting block, an inner secondary umbrella framework connecting block, an outer secondary umbrella framework connecting block and an outer primary umbrella framework connecting block; the planar thrust bearing comprises umbrella framework root circles arranged between the upper press cover and the base, and steel balls among the umbrella framework root circles; the umbrella frameworks above are fixed with the respective umbrella framework root circles by the connecting blocks above; the primary umbrella framework is sleeved to the central shaft; the secondary umbrella framework is sleeved with the connecting block thereof; the drive umbrella framework is fixed with the central shaft thereof; the distances among the primary umbrella frameworks above are restricted by pulling needles in the umbrella framework root circles thereof; and all the umbrella frameworks above are driven umbrella frameworks except that the drive umbrella framework is a driving umbrella framework.

The vehicle-mounted automatic umbrella according to any of claims 1 to 5, characterized in that the umbrella framework drive mechanism comprises a worm gear, a worm, an umbrella framework drive motor, a gear set and a thrust bearing; the umbrella framework drive motor is fixed at the inner side of the umbrella framework base via a worm bracket and is connected with the worm, the worm gear is coaxially assembled with a driving central shaft via a flat key; the umbrella framework drive motor and the worm drive driving gears in the gear set so as to drive driven gears meshed with the driving gears and then drive a driven central shaft which is fixedly connected with the driven gears, the rotation of the driving and driven central shafts drives a drive umbrella framework fixed therewith, the drive umbrella framework then drives the primary and secondary umbrella frameworks; the driving and driven central shafts each drive a half umbrella, and the half umbrellas are rotated by 180 degrees in respective opposite directions in folio to realize folding and unfolding.

The vehicle-mounted automatic umbrella according to claim 6, characterized in that there are two umbrella framework transmission mechanisms for driving internal umbrellas and external umbrellas respectively, and the internal umbrella and the external umbrella are each composed of two half umbrellas; the two umbrellas are connected with each other via an umbrella framework base support rod, the roots of the internal umbrellas are arranged adjacently, the roots of the external umbrellas are slightly separated from each other, the internal umbrella framework is arranged slightly higher than the external umbrella framework; and the external umbrella is opened first during unfolding and is closed later during folding.

The vehicle-mounted automatic umbrella according to claim 6, characterized in that the umbrella vane windproof device comprises umbrella vane spring steel wires, a windproof pulley rack and a spring steel wire pressure plate; each umbrella comprises six umbrella vanes which are connected in series together through twelve umbrella vane spring steel 9 wires, one end of each of the umbrella vane spring steel wires is inserted into the primary umbrella framework connecting block while the other end penetrates through a wire pulling sleeve and is then connected to a tension spring in each umbrella framework tube via the windproof pulley rack; when the umbrella vanes are blown to be opened by wind, vent holes are formed between the umbrella vanes and the umbrella frameworks; and after wind is weakened, each of the umbrella vanes is pulled back to the original position by the tension spring in the umbrella framework tube.

The vehicle-mounted automatic umbrella according to claim 7, characterized in that the umbrella vane windproof device comprises umbrella vane spring steel wires, a windproof pulley rack and a spring steel wire pressure plate; each umbrella comprises six umbrella vanes which are connected in series together through twelve umbrella vane spring steel wires, one end of each of the umbrella vane spring steel wires is inserted into the primary umbrella framework connecting block while the other end penetrates through a wire pulling sleeve and is then connected to a tension spring in each umbrella framework tube via the windproof pulley rack; when the umbrella vanes are blown to be opened by wind, vent holes are formed between the umbrella vanes and the umbrella frameworks; and after wind is weakened, each of the umbrella vanes is pulled back to the original position by the tension spring in the umbrella framework tube.
10. The vehicle-mounted automatic umbrella according to claim 8, characterized in that the umbrella vane is provided with an electric heating wire; and the umbrella box body is internally equipped with a remote control sensor. 10
