薄膜场效应晶体管液晶显示器 (Thin Film Transistor Liquid Crystal Display, TFT-LCD ) 的液晶盒制造技术中, 液晶盒取向层工序中需在生产结 束或生产切换后对转印版进行及时清洗。 现有的转印版清洗设备的示意图如 图 1所示, 其包括依次并排设置的第一清洗槽 1、第二清洗槽 2、 离子水清洗 槽 3和烘干槽 4, 其中第一清洗槽 1和第二清洗槽 2内为转印版清洗液, 用 于清除转印版 9上的液晶分子取向剂; 离子水清洗槽 3内为一种离子水, 用 于将转印版 9上残留的清洗液清洗掉; 烘干槽 4用于将清洗干净的转印版 9 烘干备用。 转印版 9在清洗过程中, 完全依赖机器人主体 7上的机器人手臂 10,转印版 9由清洗固定夹具 8夹持,机器人手臂 10通过夹持清洗固定夹具 8带动转印版 9相对于清洗液或离子水上下运动实现清洗,或者夹持转印版 9 在烘干槽 4内进行烘干。 总之, 一块转印版 9从进入清洗设备开始, 始终要 由机器人手臂 10夹持来完成整个清洗过程,一块转印版 9清洗过程中,待清 洗的其它转印版 9均不能同时进入清洗过程。 而当生产切换或切换尺寸生产 频繁时就会造成转印版清洗设备满负荷工作, 无法及时清洗摘除下来的转印 版, 转印版来不及清洗时, 为防止干涸需马上在泡版台上浸泡, 而泡版台浸 泡对转印版有损耗且容易缩短转印版的使用寿命, 同时会不同程度污染转印 版, 长时间泡版后再清洗, 其效果不佳甚至无法彻底清洗干净且浪费人力物 力财力。 并且, 当新的转印版进入产线使用之前需要在转印版清洗设备里浸 泡 10小时左右,而目前的转印版清洗设备在浸泡新版的情况下无法清洗从产 线上摘除下来的转印版。 综上可知, 现有的清洗设备的转印版清洗效率相当 低, 并且容易造成对转印版的损伤和使用寿命下降。 发明内容 本发明要解决的技术问题是克服以上现有技术中的缺陷 , 提高转印版的 清洗效率, 避免对转印版造成损伤和减短寿命。
为了解决上述技术问题, 本发明实施例提供了一种转印版清洗设备, 包 括依次并排设置的第一清洗槽、 第二清洗槽、 离子水清洗槽和烘干槽、 以及 用于夹持转印版进行清洗的机器人手臂; 每个所述清洗槽和烘干槽上分别设 置有转印版固定升降模块, 所述转印版固定在所述固定升降模块上, 并由所 述固定升降模块带动所述转印版自动升降。
例如, 所述固定升降模块可以包括分别设置在每个所述清洗槽和烘干槽 相对两侧的升降单元, 以及安装在所述升降单元上的升降固定夹具, 所述转 印版固定在所述升降固定夹具上。 支架, 所述升降固定夹具安装在所述升降支架上。

由以上可以看出, 本发明的实施例通过在每个清洗槽和烘干槽上均设置 了转印版固定升降模块, 能够将转印版固定在其上并带动转印版升降运动, 从而实现转印版的清洗和烘干, 并且将机器人手臂释放出来, 只有在转印版 从一个槽向另一个槽转移或完成清洗和烘干时才会用到机器人手臂; 多块转 印版能够同时进行清洗液清洗、 清洗液浸泡、 离子水清洗或烘干等工艺, 转 印版清洗效率提高, 清洗设备的利用率也得到显著提高, 待清洗转印版的等 待时间缩短, 其损伤或寿命减短的概率降低。

1、一种转印版清洗设备,包括依次并排设置的第一清洗槽、第二清洗槽、 离子水清洗槽和烘干槽、以及用于夹持转印版进行清洗的机器人手臂; 其中, 每个所述清洗槽和烘干槽上分别设置有转印版固定升降模块, 所述转印版固 定在所述固定升降模块上,并由所述固定升降模块带动所述转印版自动升降。
2、如权利要求 1所述的转印版清洗设备, 其中, 所述固定升降模块包括 分别设置在每个所述清洗槽和烘干槽相对两侧的升降单元, 以及安装在所述 升降单元上的升降固定夹具, 所述转印版固定在所述升降固定夹具上。
