Definitions
- the invention relates to a method and a device for producing a shell of a ski boot fitted on a foot or a leg of a user with a prefabricated lower shell part made of a plastic material and having a substantially plate-shaped sole region.
- the ski boot has a lower softening temperature exhibiting material, so ⁇ the ski when heated to a specific softening temperature only in the range of these critical areas
- wel ⁇ cher consists in sections of different plastics or plastic mixtures is extremely complicated and costly.
- Plastic material is heated and the foot or the leg of the user is received in the heated state in the lower shell part.
- an additional printing device for the purpose of adapting the lower shell part to the foot or the leg of the user is in particular ⁇ special in the area of those neuralgic points where

- the lower shell part On the one hand to achieve the softening temperature of the preferably hard thermoplastic material of which the lower shell part usually consists, but without causing heat development in the interior of the ski boot, which would be uncomfortable for the user, it is advantageous if the lower shell part to at least 50th ° C, preferably to a temperature between 50 ° C and 100 ° C, in particular between 60 ° C and 90 ° C, is heated.
- the un ⁇ tere shell part at least the unte ⁇ ren shell portion substantially surrounding this case shaped printing element is in the heated state in a inserted
- the pressure element at least partly consists of a deformable, a cavity defining material, for forming the cavity the pressure element has an inner layer which is tightly connected to a äuße ⁇ Ren Skicht, and a pressure application fluid is introduced into the cavity, so that at least the lower shell ⁇ part is at least partially adapted to the foot or the leg of Benut ⁇ zers.
- a pressure on the above the softening temperature of the plastic material heated shell part is thus applied not only from the inside but also from the outside, so that an intimate Anpas ⁇ solution of the shell part to the foot or the leg of the user is achieved.

- Thisdemanschet ⁇ te or gait 17 includes a coolant, such as a cooling gel, which is filled in a cavity formed by deformable films cavity, and can be placed over the shoe 1 in order to accelerate the cooling of the shell part 2 below the softening temperature of the plastic material.
- a coolant such as a cooling gel
- the pressure element 14 can be activated. Subsequently, the pressure element 14 via the closure means 15 29los ⁇ sen and as already described above an overpressure on the introduction of compressed air, so that the inner layer 14 'of the pressure element 14 conforms to the outer surface of the cooling ⁇ gamasche 17.
- the captured in the lower jaw 17 degel then transmits, in principle, the hydrostatic pressure from the pressure member 14 on the surface of the shoe 1. Due to the contact between thedegamasche 17 and the heated Schuho ⁇ ber Design there is a very good heat conductivity and a rapid cooling of the Shoe 1 in the shape adapted to the foot or the leg 11 of the user.
- a cuff formed from an elastic bandage 20 in the form of an ankle bandage instead of the pressurized member 14 pressurized by a fluid, there is shown a cuff formed from an elastic bandage 20 in the form of an ankle bandage.
- the bandage 20 may in this case be made of an elastic material, for example elastic fabric or of a sheetlike rubber or the like, in order likewise to form the pressure element 14 in the neuralgic regions 6, 8 or 6 ⁇ , 8 ⁇ the lower shell part 2 to press against the foot of the user, thus achieving an intimate adaptation of the shoe to the individual foot of the user.
