背景技术
切割装置是液晶面板的主要制造设备之一。在液晶面板的生产过程中,切割装置用来将液晶面板按照需求切割成的合适尺寸;或者用来切割液晶面板的彩色滤光片基板以露出阵列基板的端子,用于对液晶面板进行配向。
现有技术中液晶面板的切割装置包括轴承、轮刀固定轴以及刀头。其中轴承包括一内环,轮刀固定轴与轴承的内环固定连接,刀头设置在轮刀固定轴一端。在切割液晶面板时,刀头切割面板会产生玻璃屑,由于轴承暴露在外,玻璃屑会沿轮刀固定轴滑落至轴承上,并在轴承上堆积,从而导致轴承旋转受阻,降低了轴承的使用寿命,进而导致切割的品质下降。
因此,如何防止切割液晶面板产生的玻璃屑进入轴承,已成为液晶面板切割领域亟需解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的在于提供一种切割装置,旨在防止玻璃屑掉落至轴承上,保证轴承旋转顺畅,进而提高切割的品质。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种切割装置,包括外壳、轴承、刀座和轮刀,所述外壳具有容置空腔;所述轴承容置于所述外壳的容置空腔内,其包括内环和外环,所述内环与所述刀座固定连接,所述外环与所述外壳的内壁贴合;所述刀座一端凸出所述外壳;所述轮刀包括刀头和固定轴,所述固定轴具有第一端和第二端,所述固定轴的第一端与所述刀头固定连接,所述第二端与所述刀座凸出所述外壳的一端固定连接。

应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
参照图1,图1为本发明切割装置的一实施例的结构示意图。本实施例提供的切割装置包括外壳10、轴承20、刀座30和轮刀40,其中外壳10具有容置轴承20的容置空腔101,该轴承20固定在刀座30上且容置于外壳10的容置空腔101内。该刀座30的一端凸出外壳10;轮刀40固定在刀座30凸出外壳10的一端上。
上述轴承20包括内环21和外环22,该内环和外环之间设有滚珠23,刀座30与轴承20的内环21固定连接,该轴承20的外环22与外壳10的内壁贴合。刀座30部分设置在所述容置空腔101内,用于固定所述轴承20,所述轮刀40固定在刀座30凸出外壳10的一端上。例如可采用电磁原理,使轮刀40与刀座30吸合,从而将轮刀40固定在刀座30上。应当说明的是,轴承20的数量可根据实际需要进行设置,本实施例中,轴承20优选为两个,且并列地固定在刀座30上。
本发明通过将轴承20内置于外壳10,在切割液晶面板时,玻璃屑将从沿轮刀40滑落至外壳10上。因此,本发明提供的切割装置可有效的避免玻璃屑滑落在轴承20内,影响轴承20的转动,从而提高了轴承20的使用寿命,同时保证了轴承20转动顺畅,提高了切割的品质。
应当说明的是,上述刀座30可以为任意柱状结构,本实施例中刀座30优选为圆柱体。刀座30凸出外壳10设置,例如可在外壳10设置一开口,该开口的大小与刀座30适配。轴承20容置于外壳10的容置空腔101、且与刀座30固定连接,该刀座30穿过外壳10上的开口与轮刀40固定连接,由于开口的大小与刀座30适配,从而进一步的防止玻璃屑落在轴承20内,影响轴承20的转动。
进一步地,上述轮刀40包括刀头401和固定轴402,该固定轴402具有第一端和第二端,固定轴402的第一端与刀头401固定连接,第二端与上述刀座30固定连接。
请一并参阅图2所示,图2为图1的局部剖视结构示意图。本实施例中,固定轴402的第二端可与上述刀座30啮合固定连接。
具体地,刀座30用于固定刀头40的一端内凹陷形成固定该固定轴402的容置部。该容置部内壁设置至少一凸条301,该固定轴402上设置与该凸条301适配的凹槽。凸条301与固定轴402上的凹槽卡合固定,可有效的防止固定轴402在刀座30的容置部内旋转,从而进一步的加强了刀座30与固定轴402固定的机械强度。
应当说明的是,上述凸条301的数量和位置可根据实际需要进行设定,在此不作进一步的限定。作为优选,本实施例中,凸条301的数量为4个,且均匀分布在容置部的内壁。
当然,在其他实施方式中,该刀座30的该容置部的内壁也可向内凹陷形成至少一凹槽,该固定轴402上设置与该凹槽适配的凸条。凹槽与固定轴402上的凸条卡合固定,可有效的防止固定轴402在刀座30的容置部内旋转,从而进一步的加强了刀座30与固定轴402固定的机械强度。
应当说明的是,上述凹槽的数量和位置可根据实际需要进行设定,在此不作进一步的限定。
上述实施例中,所述刀座30的凸条301或凹槽为与刀座30一体成型。在其他实施例中,所述刀座30用于固定刀头40的一端也可开设一固定部,该固定部内固定一用于与所述刀头40卡持的固定环。
请参阅图3,其为所述固定环的一实施例的仰视示意图。该固定环50的内壁凸设有至少一凸条501,对应的,固定轴402上设置与该凸条501适配的凹槽。固定环50固定在刀座30的固定部内,且固定环50的外壁贴合所述固定部的内壁,凸条501与固定轴402上的凹槽卡合固定。
请参阅图4,其为所述固定环的另一实施例的仰视示意图。该固定环50的内壁向内凹陷形成有至少一凹槽502,对应的,固定轴402上凸设有与该凹槽502适配的凸条。固定环50固定在刀座30的固定部内,且固定环50的外壁贴合所述固定部的内壁,凹槽502与固定轴402上的凸条卡合固定。
上述实施例中,所述固定环50与刀座30为分别制得,并通过组装固定,因此,当所述凸条501或凹槽502出现损坏而与刀头40之间的配合出现问题时,只需更换固定环50而无需更换刀座30,使更换操作更加简便,也节省了更换所需的成本。
请再参阅图1,上述切割装置还包括导轨50、电机60和丝杆70,该丝杆70分别与电机60和连接臂103转动连接,外壳设有与该导轨50适配的导槽。
本实施例中,上述外壳10具有两相对设置的支撑臂102,该支撑臂102的末端设有连接该支撑臂102的连接臂103,该连接臂103设有与丝杆70适配的螺纹通孔。丝杆70具有外螺纹,螺纹通孔设有与丝杆70的外螺纹适配的内螺纹。导轨50位于外壳10的导槽内,外壳10沿导轨50滑动。工作时,通过电机60丝杆70转动,使得螺纹通孔沿丝杆70上下移动,从而实现外壳10沿导轨50的方向滑动,进而带动轴承20、刀座30及刀头40上下移动。

Claims (20)
- 一种切割装置,其特征在于,包括外壳、轴承、刀座和轮刀,所述外壳具有容置空腔;所述轴承容置于所述外壳的容置空腔内,其包括内环和外环,所述内环与所述刀座固定连接,所述外环与所述外壳的内壁贴合;所述刀座一端凸出所述外壳;所述轮刀包括刀头和固定轴,所述固定轴具有第一端和第二端,所述固定轴的第一端与所述刀头固定连接,所述第二端与所述刀座凸出所述外壳的一端固定连接。
- 如权利要求1所述的切割装置,其特征在于,所述刀座固定所述轮刀的一端凹陷形成容置部,该容置部内壁设置至少一凸条;所述第二端上设置有与所述凸条适配的凹槽,所述凸条与所述凹槽卡合固定。
- 如权利要求1所述的切割装置,其特征在于,所述刀座固定所述轮刀的一端开设有固定部,该固定部内固定有一固定环,该固定环的内壁凸设有至少一凸条;所述第二端上设置有与所述凸条适配的凹槽,所述凸条与所述凹槽卡合固定。
- 如权利要求1所述的切割装置,其特征在于,所述刀座固定所述轮刀的一端凹陷形成容置部,该容置部内壁向内凹陷形成至少一凹槽;所述第二端上设置有与所述凹槽适配的凸条,所述凸条与所述凹槽卡合固定。
- 如权利要求1所述的切割装置,其特征在于,所述刀座固定所述轮刀的一端开设有固定部,该固定部内固定有一固定环,该固定环的内壁向内凹陷形成至少一凹槽;所述第二端上设置有与所述凹槽适配的凸条,所述凸条与所述凹槽卡合固定。
- 如权利要求1所述的切割装置,其特征在于,所述切割装置还包括电机和丝杆,所述丝杆分别与所述电机及所述外壳连接。
- 如权利要求6所述的切割装置,其特征在于,所述外壳具有两相对设置的支撑臂,所述支撑臂的末端设有连接所述支撑臂的连接臂,所述连接臂设有与丝杆适配的螺纹通孔;所述丝杆具有外螺纹,所述螺纹通孔设有与所述丝杆的外螺纹适配的内螺纹。
- 如权利要求6所述的切割装置,其特征在于,所述切割装置还包括导轨,所述外壳具有导槽;所述导轨设置到所述导槽内。
- 一种切割装置,其特征在于,包括外壳、轴承、刀座和轮刀,所述外壳具有容置空腔;所述轴承固定在所述刀座上且容置于所述外壳的容置空腔内,所述刀座一端凸出所述外壳,所述轮刀固定在所述刀座的凸出所述外壳的一端。
- 如权利要求9所述的切割装置,其特征在于,所述刀座固定所述轮刀的一端凹陷形成容置部,该容置部内壁设置至少一凸条。
- 如权利要求10所述的切割装置,其特征在于,所述轮刀包括刀头和固定轴,所述固定轴具有第一端和第二端,所述固定轴的第一端与所述刀头固定连接,所述第二端与所述刀座固定连接,且所述第二端上设置有与所述凸条适配的凹槽,所述凸条与所述凹槽卡合固定。
- 如权利要求9所述的切割装置,其特征在于,所述刀座固定所述轮刀的一端开设有固定部,该固定部内固定有一固定环,该固定环的内壁凸设有至少一凸条。
- 如权利要求12所述的切割装置,其特征在于,所述轮刀包括刀头和固定轴,所述固定轴具有第一端和第二端,所述固定轴的第一端与所述刀头固定连接,所述第二端与所述刀座固定连接,且所述第二端上设置有与所述凸条适配的凹槽,所述凸条与所述凹槽卡合固定。
- 如权利要求9所述的切割装置,其特征在于,所述刀座固定所述轮刀的一端凹陷形成容置部,该容置部内壁向内凹陷形成至少一凹槽。
- 根据权利要求14所述的切割装置,其特征在于,所述轮刀包括刀头和固定轴,所述固定轴具有第一端和第二端,所述固定轴的第一端与所述刀头固定连接,所述第二端与所述刀座固定连接,且所述第二端上设置有与所述凹槽适配的凸条,所述凸条与所述凹槽卡合固定。
- 如权利要求9所述的切割装置,其特征在于,所述刀座固定所述轮刀的一端开设有固定部,该固定部内固定有一固定环,该固定环的内壁向内凹陷形成至少一凹槽。
- 根据权利要求16所述的切割装置,其特征在于,所述轮刀包括刀头和固定轴,所述固定轴具有第一端和第二端,所述固定轴的第一端与所述刀头固定连接,所述第二端与所述刀座固定连接,且所述第二端上设置有与所述凹槽适配的凸条,所述凸条与所述凹槽卡合固定。
- 如权利要求9所述的切割装置,其特征在于,所述切割装置还包括电机和丝杆,所述丝杆分别与所述电机及所述外壳连接。
- 如权利要求18所述的切割装置,其特征在于,所述外壳具有两相对设置的支撑臂,所述支撑臂的末端设有连接所述支撑臂的连接臂,所述连接臂设有与丝杆适配的螺纹通孔;所述丝杆具有外螺纹,所述螺纹通孔设有与所述丝杆的外螺纹适配的内螺纹。
