一种防水通风装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种保护装置。
背景技术
电子设备因为内部安装有电器元件,故其对防水性能具有较高的要求,特别是在运输的过程中,通常都会对其进行密封保护;而电子设备在正常工作时,其内部的电器元件(如电源等)会产生大量的热量,此时则应当以满足散热需求为主,然而防水需要密封,散热则需要通风,二者实质上是相互矛盾的,现有技术中解决该问题的方法通常为两种:
1、在运输时通过密封的保护罩、保护箱等装置进行保护,而在工作时将设备转移至专用的散热装置上,这种方式操作比较繁琐,特别是对于大批量设备的运输与安装需要耗费大量的人力,效率低下。
2、制造集防水与散热功能于一体的保护装置,目前这种保护装置的结构多种多样,然而基本原理都大同小异,都是包含有两块平行放置的板,外侧的板上设有若干的朝下开口的百叶窗,内侧板上设有通风孔,通常通风孔的位置高于百叶窗,因为百叶窗的开口朝下,故液体很难直接进入外侧板,即使有部分的液体流入,因为通风孔的位置较高,液体也无法进入内侧板,而空气却可以通过百叶窗和通风孔流动,然而这种方式也存在若干缺陷,首先其不能实现全方位的保护,相对于全密封结构还是存在进水的可能,即防水等级不高;其次,这种设备的风道具有较多的转折,风压和风量损失比较大,设备散热效果欠佳。
因此,人们亟需一种既可以实现全面保护,又具有较好的散热效果的保护装置。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种防水通风装置可提供防水与通风两种状态,满足设备防水以及散热的需求;可实现全方位的防水保护,防水等级高;无需进行额外的拆装,有助于减少拆装用时;风道无转折,风压与风量的损失较小,散热效率高。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种防水通风装置,包括
作为承载结构的面框,面框上设有通风口;
第一通风板,第一通风板上设有若干的通风孔;
第二通风板,第二通风板的一侧表面上设有密封层,第二通风板与密封层上设有若干的通风孔;
锁止装置,锁止装置用于实现第一通风板、第二通风板与面框的固定,其中
第一通风板、第二通风板层叠设置,密封层位于二者之间,且第一通风板、第二通风板上的通风孔均对正于面框上的通风口;
锁止装置可解除对第一通风板和/或第二通风板的固定,以使第一通风板与第二通风板之间可发生相对滑动而具有第一状态与第二状态,当处于第一状态时,第一通风板与第二通风板的通风孔重合以实现通风功能;当处于第二状态时,第一通风板与第二通风板的通风孔彼此错开,且压缩密封层以实现防水功能。
作为上述方案的进一步改进方式,面框、第一通风板与第二通风板依次层叠,第一通风板可相对第二通风板滑动。
作为上述方案的进一步改进方式,密封层由可发生弹性变形的防水材料制成。
作为上述方案的进一步改进方式,密封层为橡胶。
作为上述方案的进一步改进方式,密封层与第二通风板通过防水粘接剂粘接为一体。
作为上述方案的进一步改进方式,锁止装置包括旋钮与压条,旋钮具有一螺杆,其竖直的安装在面框上且仅能发生沿轴向的转动,压条安装在第二通风板上,其上设有螺纹孔,转动旋钮,螺杆可旋入至螺纹孔内,以使第二通风板可随旋钮的转动而沿竖直方向移动。
作为上述方案的进一步改进方式,旋钮在螺杆的上方位置具有一光杆,光杆的上方具有一平台,面框设有一通孔,光杆插接在通孔内,平台与面框的一侧表面抵持,光杆上卡接有一挡圈,该挡圈与面框的另一侧表面抵持。
作为上述方案的进一步改进方式,包括沿径向插接在螺杆底端的止位销。
作为上述方案的进一步改进方式,锁止装置为两处,分别对应防水通风装置的两端设置。
作为上述方案的进一步改进方式,包括设于第一通风板上表面且从通风口内伸出的把手。
本发明的有益效果是:

参照图1至图3,示出了本发明一个实施例的相关示意图,包括面框1、第一通风板2、第二通风板3与锁止装置。
面框1作为承载结构,优选为一矩形框,该矩形框的中间部分设有通风口11。第一通风板2与第二通风板3上设有若干的通风孔,相邻通风孔之间间隔一定距离,该距离应该大于通风孔的直径,即当第一通风板与第二通风板错位放置时,二者的通风孔均不发生连通,在本实施例中通风孔优选均匀排列成矩形。
第二通风板3的一侧表面上还设有密封层31,密封层31上设有与第二通风板3上通风孔相同的通风孔。优选的,密封层31由可发生弹性变形的防水材料制成,更进一步的,密封层31为橡胶。
第一通风板2、第二通风板3层叠设置,密封层31位于二者之间,且第一通风板2、第二通风板3上的通风孔均对正于面框上的通风口,从而可以实现空气的直接流动。
锁止装置用于实现第一通风板2、第二通风板3与面框1的固定,其中锁止装置可解除对第一通风板2和/或第二通风板3的固定,以使第一通风板2与第二通风板3之间可发生相对滑动而具有第一状态与第二状态,当处于第一状态时,第一通风板2与第二通风板3的通风孔重合,此时空气可以通过面框1上的通风口以及第一通风板2与第二通风板3上的通风孔穿过整个装置,实现通风功能;当处于第二状态时,第一通风板2与第二通风板3的通风孔彼此错开,且压缩密封层31使其变形,此时通风孔之间的连通被切断,而第一通风板2与第二通风板3的接触部位由密封层31进行密封,从而具有良好的防水功能。
本发明的防水通风装置可以直接作为电子设备的外壳,或者是形成用于容纳电子设备的保护箱,通过在不同状态之间的切换便可以分别实现防水与通风的功能。本发明可以实现全方位保护的目的,防水等级高(最高可达到IP67防护等级,即完全防止外物及粉尘侵入、防止浸水时水的侵入),同时也无需进行额外的拆装,有助于减少拆装用时;此外由于风道无转折,故风压与风量的损失较小,这对于提高散热能力具有突出的意义。
优选的,面框1、第一通风板2与第二通风板3依次层叠,即第一通风板2位于面框1与第二通风板3之间,并由第一通风板2完成错位滑动,可以理解的是,也可以是第二通风板3完成错位滑动,或者是二者共同完成。
作为锁止装置的一种优选实施方式,其包括旋钮41与压条42,旋钮41具有一螺杆,其竖直的安装在面框上且仅能发生沿轴向的转动,压条42安装在第二通风板3上,具体的,其通过螺钉锁止在第二通风板3的下表面。压条42上设有螺纹孔,转动旋钮41,螺杆可旋入至螺纹孔内,以使第二通风板可随旋钮41的转动而沿竖直方向移动。
进一步的,旋钮41在螺杆的上方位置具有一光杆,光杆的上方具有一平台,面框1设有一通孔,光杆插接在通孔内,此时平台与面框的一侧表面抵持,同时光杆上卡接有一挡圈43,该挡圈与面框的另一侧表面抵持,如此,旋钮41便只能发生转动而无法发生轴向的移动。
此外,螺杆底端沿径向插接有在止位销44,该止位销可以防止压条42与螺杆脱离。
为了避免出现受力不均的现象,锁止装置为两处,分别对应装置的两端设置。
还包括设于第一通风板2的上表面且从通风口11内伸出的把手21。
参照图4至图6,本发明由防水状态切换为通风状态的具体使用过程为:
①、拧松旋钮,第二通风板随之下移并与第一通风板脱离接触,此时第一通风板处于可自由移动的状态;
②、水平移动第一通风板(图中是向左运动)直至第一通风板和第二通风板上的通风孔由错位状态变为对正状态。
③、再反向拧紧旋钮,第二通风板上移并再次与第一通风板接触,如此便完成了由防水状态至通风状态的切换,反之,则可以实现由通风状态至防水状态的切换。

    作为承载结构的面框,所述面框上设有通风口;
    第一通风板,所述第一通风板上设有若干的通风孔;
    第二通风板,所述第二通风板的一侧表面上设有密封层,所述第二通风板与密封层上设有若干的通风孔;
    锁止装置,所述锁止装置用于实现所述第一通风板、第二通风板与所述面框的固定,其中
    所述第一通风板、第二通风板层叠设置,所述密封层位于二者之间,且所述第一通风板、第二通风板上的通风孔均对正于所述面框上的通风口;
    所述锁止装置可解除对第一通风板和/或第二通风板的固定,以使第一通风板与第二通风板之间可发生相对滑动而具有第一状态与第二状态,当处于第一状态时,所述第一通风板与第二通风板的通风孔重合以实现通风功能;当处于第二状态时,所述第一通风板与第二通风板的通风孔彼此错开,且压缩密封层以实现防水功能。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的防水通风装置,其特征在于:所述面框、第一通风板与第二通风板依次层叠,所述第一通风板可相对所述第二通风板滑动。
