灯具主体1的第一端10上,如图3与图4、图6与图7所示,沿第一端10四周边沿设置有第一安装面100,第一端10四周边沿的第一安装面100首尾相连设置,透镜板3固设于灯具主体1上,透镜板3对应于第一安装面100的位置处设置有向第一安装面100方向凸起的第一抵持臂30与第二抵持臂31,且第一抵持臂30、第二抵持臂31分别对应于第一安装面100的内沿、外沿设置,第一抵持臂30与第二抵持臂31间隔设置,以在第一抵持臂30与第二抵持臂31之间形成第一凹槽300,第一安装面100与透镜板3之间固设有第一防水圈4,第一防水圈4一端嵌设于第一凹槽300内,另一端与第一安装面100相抵持,从而形成一防水结构,防止外界的水分通过透镜板3与第一安装面100之间的间隙进入灯具内部。
本实施例中,如图7所示,第一防水圈4包括横臂40以及嵌入臂41,嵌入臂41垂直设置于横臂40的中间部位,从而嵌入臂41与横臂40配合形成第一台阶400与第二台阶401,第一台阶400、第二台阶401分别与第一抵持臂30、第二抵持臂31匹配,从而增加了第一安装面100与透镜板3之间的密封性。
优选的,第一安装面100上、对应于第一抵持臂30位置处固设有与第一台阶400相匹配的第三抵持臂1000,第三抵持臂1000、第一抵持臂30分别从第一台阶400的上下两侧与第一台阶400抵持,并将第一台阶400挤压,使得第一台阶400变形并填充第一抵持臂30与第三抵持臂1000之间的间隙,从而使第一抵持臂30与第三抵持臂1000之间密封性很大的提升。
本实施例中,透镜板3四周边的第一抵持臂30与灯具主体1的第一端10相配合形成一容置腔结构,灯板2固设于该容置腔结构内,且灯板2的四侧面分别与透镜板3四周边的第一抵持臂30抵持,通过第一防水圈4的设置,阻止了外部的水分通过透镜板3与第一安装面100之间的间隙进行该容置腔结构内,进而保证了灯板2的防水性,防止灯板2因受潮而寿命下降甚至损坏。
请结合图4与图7,第一防水圈4的材料为硅胶,硅胶具有良好的形变特性以及密封性,本实施例中,第一防水圈4采用挤压的方式安装在第一安装面100与透镜板3之间,故而第一防水圈4原本的结构与第一防水圈4安装于第一安装面100与透镜板3之间的结构并不一样,实际安装过程中,由于第一防水圈4的第一台阶400处于第一安装面100与第一抵持臂30之间,安装时,第一防水圈4会受到挤压力发生变形,直至第一抵持臂30与第一安装面100贴合,而第一防水圈4变形可以使得第一防水圈4紧塞入第一安装面100与透镜板3之间,保证该防水泛光灯的防水性能。
如图3与图5、图6与图8所示,灯具主体1的第二端11开口设置,沿第二端11的四周边沿设置有第二安装面110,第二端11四周的第二安装面110分别首尾相邻,以形成一封闭结构,第二端11上罩设有底板5,用于封闭灯具主体1的第二端11,底板5与第二安装面11之间还固设有第二防水圈6,用于增加底板5与第二安装面11之间防水性。
本实施例中,第二安装面110包括水平安装面1100、倾斜安装面1101、第一竖直安装面1102以及第二竖直安装面1103,其中,第一竖直安装面1102、水平安装面1100、倾斜安装面1101、第二竖直安装面1103依次相连并组成一梯形结构,水平安装面1100设置于第二端11的端面上、朝向于灯具主体1的内侧位置处,倾斜安装面1101朝向灯具主体1的外侧位置设置,其与水平安装面1100倾斜设置,第一竖直安装面1102设置于灯具主体1的内侧,其与水平安装面1100垂直设置,第二竖直安装面1103设置于灯具主体1的外侧,其与第一竖直安装面1102平行设置,本实施例中,倾斜安装面1101朝向于灯具主体1的第一端10方向倾斜。
第二防水圈6包括L形板60与倾斜板61,其中L形板60的两自由臂分别与水平安装面1100、第一竖直安装面1102贴合,倾斜板61贴合设置于倾斜安装面1101上,且倾斜板61与L形板60对应于水平安装面1100上的自由臂连接,倾斜板61远离于L形板60一端与第二竖直安装面1103对齐设置。
底板5对应于第二防水圈6的位置处设置有与第二防水圈6相匹配的容置槽50,具体的,容置槽50包括容置槽主体500以及依次设置的第一竖直槽壁501、水平槽壁502、倾斜槽壁503、第二竖直槽壁504,其中第一竖直槽壁501、水平槽壁502分别与L形板60的两自由臂相贴合,倾斜槽壁503与倾斜板61相贴合,第二竖直壁504与倾斜板61远离于L形板60一端以及第二竖直安装面1103贴合。
第二防水圈6材料也选择为硅胶,其在安装的过程中也受到挤压变形,从而使得第二防水圈6会塞满第二安装面110与底板5之间的空间,保证第二安装面110与底板5之间处于良好的防水密封状态,大大增强了该防水泛光灯的防水性能。
通过上述的第一防水圈4、第二防水圈6的设置,分别增加了灯具主体1的第一端10、第二端11的防水性能,防止空气中的水气通过灯具主体1的第一端10与第二端11进入灯具主体1内部,对灯具主体1内部的电气元气件造成损坏。
如图1,本发明的防水泛光灯还包括支架7,用于将该防水泛光灯安装与固定平台上,本实施例中,支架7固设于灯具主体1的其中一侧面上,当然,在其他不同的实施例中,支架7也可以固设于底板5上。
为了实现大角度照明的效果,灯具主体1上对应支架7位置处或底板5对应于支架7位置处还固设有安装座70,支架7与安装座70铰接连接,从而支架7与安装座70之间可以相对转动,应用时,由于支架7固设于安装平台上,其固定不动,于是,安装座70可以带动该泛光灯相对于支架7转动,从而调整该泛光灯的照射角度。
本发明的防水泛光灯,为了得到更好的照明效果,在透镜板3上设置有若干透镜,透镜呈向外凸出的半圆形结构,灯板2上对应于透镜的位置处固设有灯珠,灯珠嵌设于该半圆形结构内,从而增加了该泛光灯的照明效果,通过调整灯珠与透镜的数量,就可以调整该泛光灯的照明强度。
本实施例中,透镜板3以及其上的透镜为一体化成型,大大简化了透镜板3的加工时间以及加工成本。
实施例2:
如图9,示出了本发明第二个实施例的防水泛光灯的整体结构示意图,实施例2与本发明的实施例1结构基本相同,不同之处在于,实施例2中,支架7呈U形,其两端分别转动设置于灯具主体1相对的两侧面上。
实施例3:
如图10,示出了本发明第三个实施例的防水泛光灯的整体结构示意图,实施例3与本发明的实施例1结构基本相同,不同之处在于,实施例3中,支架7固设于灯具主体1的一侧面上,且支架7可自身转动,以调节灯具主体1的角度。
以上是对本发明的较佳实施例进行了具体说明,但本发明并不限于所述实施例,熟悉本领域的技术人员在不违背本发明精神的前提下还可做出种种的等同变形或替换,这些等同的变形或替换均包含在本申请权利要求所限定的范围内。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种防水泛光灯,包括灯具主体、底板、灯板以及透镜板,其特征在于:所述灯具主体包括相对设置的第一端、第二端,所述第一端四周边沿处设有第一安装面,所述透镜板固设于所述第一安装面上,所述透镜板对应于所述第一安装面位置处设置有第一抵持臂、第二抵持臂,所述第一抵持臂对应于所述第一安装面朝向所述灯具主体内侧一端设置,所述第二抵持臂对应于所述第一安装面朝向所述灯具主体外侧一端设置,所述第一抵持臂与所述第二抵持臂间隔设置,以在所述第一抵持臂与所述第二抵持臂之间形成一凹槽,所述第一安装面与所述透镜板之间还固设有第一防水圈,所述第一防水圈一端嵌设于所述凹槽内,另一端与所述第一安装面贴合。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的防水泛光灯,其特征在于:所述第一防水圈包括横臂与嵌入臂,所述嵌入臂垂直固设于所述横臂的中间部位,所述嵌入臂嵌设于所述凹槽内,所述横臂与所述第一安装面贴合,所述嵌入臂与所述横臂配合形成一朝向所述第一抵持臂的第一台阶、一朝向所述第二抵持臂的第二台阶,所述第一台阶与所述第一抵持臂匹配,所述第二台阶与所述第二抵持臂匹配。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的防水泛光灯,其特征在于:所述安装面上、对应于所述第一抵持臂位置处设置有第三抵持臂,且所述第三抵持臂与所述第一台阶匹配,所述第一抵持臂与所述第三抵持臂分别从所述第一台阶的下侧、上侧抵持并挤压所述第一台阶,以使所述第一台阶受压变形。
  4. 根据权利要求1-3中任一项所述的防水泛光灯,其特征在于:所述第二端开口设置,所述底板罩设于所述第二端,以将所述第二端封闭。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的防水泛光灯,其特征在于:所述第二端四周边沿处设有第二安装面,所述底板固设于所述第二安装面上,所述底板与所述第二安装面之间还固设有第二防水圈。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的防水泛光灯,其特征在于:所述第二安装面包括水平安装面、倾斜安装面、第一竖直安装面、第二竖直安装面,所述第一竖直安装面、水平安装面、倾斜安装面、第二竖直安装面依次相邻形成一梯形结构,所述水平安装面平行于所述第二端、并朝向所述灯具主体内侧设置,所述第一竖直安装面设置于所述灯具主体内侧,并与所述水平安装面垂直,所述倾斜安装面朝向所述灯具主体外侧设置,且所述倾斜安装面与所述水平安装面倾斜连接,所述第二竖直安装面与所述倾斜安装面远离于所述水平安装面一端相连,并与所述第一竖直安装面平行设置。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的防水泛光灯,其特征在于:所述第二防水圈包括L形板与倾斜板,所述L形板的两自由端分别与所述水平安装面、第一竖直安装面贴合,所述倾斜板与所述L形板对应于所述水平安装面上的自由臂相连,且所述倾斜板与所述倾斜安装面贴合,所述倾斜板远离于所述L形板一端与所述第二竖直安装面对齐且平行。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的防水泛光灯,其特征在于:所述底板对应于所述第二防水圈位置处开设有与所述第二防水圈相匹配的容置槽,所述容置槽包括容置槽主体以及依次设置的第一竖直槽壁、水平槽壁、倾斜槽壁、第二竖直槽壁,所述容置槽主体用于容纳所述第二防水圈,所述第一竖直槽壁与所述L形板对应于所述第一竖直安装面的自由臂贴合,所述水平槽壁与所述L形板对应于所述水平安装面的自由臂贴合,所述倾斜臂与所述倾斜板相贴合,所述第二竖直槽壁与所述第二竖直安装面以及所述倾斜板远离于所述L形板一端贴合。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的防水泛光灯,其特征在于:还包括安装座以及支架,所述安装座固设于所述灯具主体的其中一侧面或所述底板上,所述支架铰接连接于所述安装座上。
