本发明涉及 LED照明领域, 更具体的说, 涉及一种方便装卸的 LED灯具。 背景技术
LED 作为照明光源, 有节能、 环保、 高效的优点, 其已被越来越多的应用于 多种场合的照明。 通常的 LED照明灯具, 其安装方式一般都是采用将 LED光源通 过若干个螺丝安装固定在灯具外壳上。这种结构安装复杂,尤其对大型灯具而言, 费时费力, 且螺丝拧紧过程中很容易造成安装错位, 更严重的是造成光源损坏。 同时, 在灯具拆卸维修时, 采用在现场拆卸 LED光源非常不方便。 而且, 在对灯 具的防护等级有较高要求的使用场合, 灯具外壳需采用特殊的结构形式, 如灯具 外壳采用封闭式结构情况下, 采用在灯具外壳内部不同部位拧螺丝安装的方式就 变得不可能实现。
发明内容
本发明为解决上述技术问题, 提供一种方便装卸的 LED灯具, 采用一体化光 源结构, LED光源模条与灯具外壳之间只需通过简单的插拔方式, 就可以方便的 进行安装和拆卸, 不需要打开体积相对庞大的灯具外壳, 也无需采用专门工具拧 开大量的螺丝, 操作程序进一步简化, 使得灯具在安装拆卸时变得更加的简单和 方便。
为达到上述目的, 本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种方便装卸的 LED灯具,包括灯具外壳以及安装在其内的光源模条,所述 光源模条在 LED照明灯中为可独立拆装的一体式整体结构, 该整体结构包括 LED 光源以及 LED光源安装基座, 所述 LED光源安装基座为长形型材, 所述光源模条 穿过一通孔插入所述灯具外壳的插槽内并固定, 通孔处用密封件密封。
所述通孔开设在所述灯具外壳上。
所述灯具外壳上安装有端盖, 所述通孔开设在端盖上。
所述光源模条上安装有电气插头, 所述灯具外壳上安装有与之匹配的插座。 所述光源模条上安装有电气插头, 所述灯具外壳上安装有端盖, 所述端盖 上安装有与所述插头匹配的插座。
所述灯具外壳与所述 LED光源安装基座为两种结构相互配合的长条形拉伸 型材, 两者之间通过插槽插入的方式连接固定。

本发明所提供的方便装卸的 LED灯具, 采用独立可拆卸的一体式光源模条 结构, 该光源模条穿过一个通孔,通过简单的插拔方式即可完成灯具的安装和拆 卸。这种结构带来的优点尤其反映在灯具已安装并投入使用的过程中,对灯具进 行日常或异常故障的维护时,在条件限制的使用现场,操作将会变得非常的方便。 现场不需要任何工具, 只需打开密封盖, 拔出光源模条即可。

具体实施方式
以下通过附图和具体实施例对本发明技术方案做一详细描述:
图 1〜图 3所示, 本发明所提供的方便装卸的 LED灯具, 包括灯具外壳 1以 及光源模条 2。本实施例的 LED灯具是一种反射式 LED灯具。灯具外壳 1为呈拱 形的长条形拉伸铝型材, 拱部为封闭结构。 在灯具外壳 1的拉伸方向上, 靠 近其底端的位置开设有插槽 10。 光源模条 2在 LED照明灯中为可独立拆装的一 体式整体结构,该整体结构包括 LED光源 20以及焊接 LED光源 20的线路板 21, 线路板 21的一端安装有电气插头 4。线路板 21贴装在 LED光源安装基座 22上。 灯具外壳 1的两端分别安装有端盖 5和 6, 如图 4和图 5所示。端盖 5和 6内侧 安装密封垫 9, 再用螺丝固定在灯具外壳 1上。 端盖 5上开设有通孔 50, 若灯 具外壳的单边安装 LED光源, 则只需要开设一个通孔, 若两边安装, 则相应开 设两个通孔。 LED光源安装基座 22穿过通孔 50插入到灯具外壳 1的插槽 10内。 为了进一步提高灯具的散热, LED光源安装基座与灯具外壳 1之间要具有一定面 积的接触面, 以使光源模条 2产生的热量通过灯具外壳 1散发出去。 端盖 6的 内侧安装电气插座 7, 在 LED光源安装基座 22插入灯具外壳 1后, 线路板 21— 端的电气插头 4正好插入插座 7上, 形成电气连接。 为了方便 LED光源安装基 座 22更加方便的从灯具外壳 1的插槽 10内拔出, 在 LED光源安装基座 22的一 端设置一个拉手 11。 然后, 在通孔 50外采用螺旋方式安装密封盖 8。
灯具外壳 1的拱部内侧壁上贴装有反光膜。 LED光源 20与反光膜的相对位 置以及灯具外壳 1的拱形弯度根据实际所要求的照度和照明效果通过现有的照 明计算软件确定, 如 dialux (帝尔勒斯) 软件 (一种应用于灯光照明领域, 可 精确计算并模拟照明效果的设计软件), 或者其他计算软件。
如图 6所示, 本发明所提供的 LED灯具, 在拆卸维修时, 只需将密封盖 8 旋开, 然后拉 LED光源安装基座 22上的拉手 11, 将光源模条 2拉出即可, 现场 不用任何拆卸工具, 从而使操作非常简便。
图 7是本发明实施例二的结构分解图。 与实施例一的区别在于, 本实施例 是一种直下式 LED照明灯具。 在光源模条 2的每个 LED光源 20上均罩设有透镜 23。 灯具外壳的出光面上安装玻璃面罩 3。
上述实施例所提供的是在本发明技术方案下的一种长条形反射式 LED照明 灯的具体实施方式, 但本发明所保护的范围并不限于该具体实施例。 显然, 本 领域的技术人员可以对本发明的具体实施例进行各种改动和变形而不脱离本发 明的精神和范围。 这样, 倘若这些修改和变形属于本发明权利要求及其等同技 术的范围之内, 如: 根据美观和实际实用的需要, 将灯具外壳的形状设计为圆 形或方形, 或其他的形状; 为了提高散热效率, LED光源模条上的 LED直接贴装 在光源安装基座上, 而省掉了线路板这一层结构, 则本发明也意图包含这些改动 和变形在内。
