Abstract
一种方便装卸的LED灯具,包括灯具外壳以及安装在其内的光源模条,所述光源模条在LED照明灯中为可独立拆装的一体式整体结构,该整体结构包括LED光源以及LED光源安装基座,所述LED光源安装基座为长形型材,所述光源模条穿过一通孔插入所述灯具外壳内并固定,通孔处用密封件密封。本发明所提供的LED灯具,采用简单的插拔,就可方便的进行安装拆卸,不需要打开体积相对庞大的灯具外壳,也无需采用专门工具拧开大量的螺丝,操作程序进一步简化,使得灯具在安装拆卸时变得更加的简单和方便。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及LED照明领域,更具体的说,涉及一种方便装卸的LED灯具。
背景技术
LED作为照明光源,有节能、环保、高效的优点,其已被越来越多的应用于多种场合的照明。通常的LED照明灯具,其安装方式一般都是采用将LED光源通过若干个螺丝安装固定在灯具外壳上。这种结构安装复杂,尤其对大型灯具而言,费时费力,且螺丝拧紧过程中很容易造成安装错位,更严重的是造成光源损坏。同时,在灯具拆卸维修时,采用在现场拆卸LED光源非常不方便。而且,在对灯具的防护等级有较高要求的使用场合,灯具外壳需采用特殊的结构形式,如灯具外壳采用封闭式结构情况下,采用在灯具外壳内部不同部位拧螺丝安装的方式就变得不可能实现。
发明内容
本发明为解决上述技术问题,提供一种方便装卸的LED灯具,采用一体化光源结构,LED光源模条与灯具外壳之间只需通过简单的插拔方式,就可以方便的进行安装和拆卸,不需要打开体积相对庞大的灯具外壳,也无需采用专门工具拧开大量的螺丝,操作程序进一步简化,使得灯具在安装拆卸时变得更加的简单和方便。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种方便装卸的LED灯具,包括灯具外壳以及安装在其内的光源模条,所述光源模条在LED照明灯中为可独立拆装的一体式整体结构,该整体结构包括LED光源以及LED光源安装基座,所述LED光源安装基座为长形型材,所述光源模条穿过一通孔插入所述灯具外壳的插槽内并固定,通孔处用密封件密封。
所述通孔开设在所述灯具外壳上。
所述灯具外壳上安装有端盖,所述通孔开设在端盖上。
所述光源模条上安装有电气插头,所述灯具外壳上安装有与之匹配的插座。
所述光源模条上安装有电气插头,所述灯具外壳上安装有端盖,所述端盖上安装有与所述插头匹配的插座。
所述灯具外壳与所述LED光源安装基座为两种结构相互配合的长条形拉伸型材,两者之间通过插槽插入的方式连接固定。
所述端盖上对应插槽的位置开设有通孔,所述LED光源安装基座通过所述通孔插入插槽与灯具外壳固定。
所述密封件是密封塞或者密封盖。
所述光源模条还包括焊接LED光源的线路板,所述线路板贴装在所述LED光源安装基座上。
所述LED光源安装基座的一端设置有便于将其拉出灯具外壳的拉手。
本发明技术方案所带来的有益效果如下:
本发明所提供的方便装卸的LED灯具,采用独立可拆卸的一体式光源模条结构,该光源模条穿过一个通孔,通过简单的插拔方式即可完成灯具的安装和拆卸。这种结构带来的优点尤其反映在灯具已安装并投入使用的过程中,对灯具进行日常或异常故障的维护时,在条件限制的使用现场,操作将会变得非常的方便。现场不需要任何工具,只需打开密封盖,拔出光源模条即可。

具体实施方式
以下通过附图和具体实施例对本发明技术方案做一详细描述:
图1~图3所示,本发明所提供的方便装卸的LED灯具,包括灯具外壳1以及光源模条2。本实施例的LED灯具是一种反射式LED灯具。灯具外壳1为呈拱形的长条形拉伸铝型材,拱部为封闭结构。在灯具外壳1的拉伸方向上,靠近其底端的位置开设有插槽10。光源模条2在LED照明灯中为可独立拆装的一体式整体结构,该整体结构包括LED光源20以及焊接LED光源20的线路板21,线路板21的一端安装有电气插头4。线路板21贴装在LED光源安装基座22上。灯具外壳1的两端分别安装有端盖5和6,如图4和图5所示。端盖5和6内侧安装密封垫9,再用螺丝固定在灯具外壳1上。端盖5上开设有通孔50,若灯具外壳的单边安装LED光源,则只需要开设一个通孔,若两边安装,则相应开设两个通孔。LED光源安装基座22穿过通孔50插入到灯具外壳1的插槽10内。为了进一步提高灯具的散热,LED光源安装基座与灯具外壳1之间要具有一定面积的接触面,以使光源模条2产生的热量通过灯具外壳1散发出去。端盖6的内侧安装电气插座7,在LED光源安装基座22插入灯具外壳1后,线路板21一端的电气插头4正好插入插座7上,形成电气连接。为了方便LED光源安装基座22更加方便的从灯具外壳1的插槽10内拔出,在LED光源安装基座22的一端设置一个拉手11。然后,在通孔50外采用螺旋方式安装密封盖8。
灯具外壳1的拱部内侧壁上贴装有反光膜。LED光源20与反光膜的相对位置以及灯具外壳1的拱形弯度根据实际所要求的照度和照明效果通过现有的照明计算软件确定,如dialux(帝尔勒斯)软件(一种应用于灯光照明领域,可精确计算并模拟照明效果的设计软件),或者其他计算软件。
如图6所示,本发明所提供的LED灯具,在拆卸维修时,只需将密封盖8旋开,然后拉LED光源安装基座22上的拉手11,将光源模条2拉出即可,现场不用任何拆卸工具,从而使操作非常简便。
图7是本发明实施例二的结构分解图。与实施例一的区别在于,本实施例是一种直下式LED照明灯具。在光源模条2的每个LED光源20上均罩设有透镜23。灯具外壳的出光面上安装玻璃面罩3。
上述实施例所提供的是在本发明技术方案下的一种长条形反射式LED照明灯的具体实施方式,但本发明所保护的范围并不限于该具体实施例。显然,本领域的技术人员可以对本发明的具体实施例进行各种改动和变形而不脱离本发明的精神和范围。这样,倘若这些修改和变形属于本发明权利要求及其等同技术的范围之内,如:根据美观和实际实用的需要,将灯具外壳的形状设计为圆形或方形,或其他的形状;为了提高散热效率,LED光源模条上的LED直接贴装在光源安装基座上,而省掉了线路板这一层结构,则本发明也意图包含这些改动和变形在内。
Claims (10)
1.一种方便装卸的LED灯具,包括灯具外壳以及安装在其内的光源模条,所述光源模条在LED照明灯中为可独立拆装的一体式整体结构,该整体结构包括LED光源以及长条形LED光源安装基座,其特征在于,所述灯具外壳内侧壁开设有插槽,所述光源模条穿过一通孔插入所述灯具外壳的插槽内固定,通孔处用密封件密封。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方便装卸的LED灯具,其特征在于,所述通孔开设在所述灯具外壳上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的方便装卸的LED灯具,其特征在于,所述灯具外壳上安装有端盖,所述通孔开设在端盖上。
4.根据权利要求1所述的方便装卸的LED灯具,其特征在于,所述光源模条上安装有电气插头,所述灯具外壳上安装有与之匹配的插座。
5.根据权利要求1所述的方便装卸的LED灯具,其特征在于,所述光源模条上安装有电气插头,所述灯具外壳上安装有端盖,所述端盖上安装有与所述插头匹配的插座。
6.根据权利要求1所述的方便装卸的LED灯具,其特征在于,所述灯具外壳与所述LED光源安装基座为两种结构相互配合的长条形拉伸型材,两者之间通过插槽插入的方式连接固定。
7.根据权利要求6所述的方便装卸的LED灯具,其特征在于,所述灯具外壳上安装有端盖,所述端盖上对应插槽的位置开设有通孔,所述LED光源安装基座通过所述通孔插入插槽与灯具外壳固定。
8.根据权利要求1所述的方便装卸的LED灯具,其特征在于,所述密封件是密封塞或者密封盖。
9.根据权利要求1所述的方便装卸的LED灯具,其特征在于,所述光源模条还包括焊接LED光源的线路板,所述线路板贴装在所述LED光源安装基座上。
10.根据权利要求1所述的方便装卸的LED灯具,其特征在于,所述LED光源安装基座的一端设置有便于将其拉出灯具外壳的拉手。
